My stars are for the employees who helped meI had my car towed due to the parking permit not being visible which was my fault. The first lady that I dealt with was a nightmare but then I was able to call back and talk to a gentleman named Ricardo who answered and he did everything he could to help me get my car back. I also talked to a lady named Susan who was very helpful. The business is not the best but Ricardo and Susan were great. I even offered to tip or compensate Ricardo for his help but he told me to pay it forward. We need more people like that.

GREAT Towing Company for Businesses that need help with regulating their parking. Very professional and caring staff, very punctual and accurate. We use them at my place of business and we LOVE them!

My car was towed by this place because the apartment tag was faded and the 9 looked like a 1 to the tow truck driver. I went to my apt the next day and told the manager what happened but no help so I called the tow truck place to see what I would need to pay the next day. Gianna answered the phone and gave me the price for the current day and the next day with no mention of making an appointment. The next morning I called again and again Gianna answered and i asked about payment - if I could use my debit card or did i need to bring cash. She told me I could use my debit card but there would be a charge. By this time what is another $10 dollars. Again NO MENTION of making an appointment. My son and I get to this place and I tell her I need to get my car do you have an appointment? no I didnt know I needed one. She becomes hateful - my son says hes calling the cops. She tells him to go ahead and tells me I will NEVER get my car back if my son doesnt leave the premises. Im crying by this time - which she LOVES - and I tell him to leave. She finally gets my paperwork to me after she emails my insurance info to herself from my phone - even though I tell him my insurance is in my car where it is supposed to be. She tells me to go through the gates - no mention of YOU BETTER CLOSE THE 2ND ONE. All of a sudden she comes barreling out the back door I told you to close the fng gate - you wont leave if you dont close the fng gate b. I tell her to leave me alone and that she is an ugly person and she said I was ugly. This is a professional business? A licensed business? Really???? Gianna is a disgusting person who should be ashamed of herself for treating a senior citizen like she did. And it was all a lie - my car should NEVER have been towed.

This Company has a Contract with the apartments I live in and the Tow Company Is So Anxious ( Rather the tow truck man who represents the company) to get cars or trucks because the more they tow the more they earn.Well I was in the car, while the car was ON and Had the right Permit to park In the Car port area.I then see a tow truck behind me that I thought was only reversing . The Tow man gets out and starts looking at the car for what I thought was to see how much room he had (to reverse)when all of a sudden he lifts up the car and quickly hops in his truck and starts to drive off.(All this is done in like a matter of 30 seconds the Man was Very Fast and Efficient in His Job.)I then start honking my horn and the Guy gets out and says “ I am so sorry I didn’t know you were in there, I thought you didn’t have a parking permit I’m sorry”#1). The man NEVER EVER even attempted to check if I had a PARKING PERMIT.Had he checked he would have seen the Car was On, there was someone inside and lastly that I had a FREAKING PARKING PERMIT!I hate to even imagine the INCONVENIENCE I would have been put through had I NOT BEEN IN THE CAR!?I hate that there’s even a company out there operating like this. . . I looked this place up when they towed my car and was baffled at how unprofessional, shady and disrespectful these people were! Their shop is shady the lady in the front was giving attitude over the phone but wasnt like that in person so I see they know how to choose who to play games with and who to not(my wife)They gave me no problems w my car it was just the incapable receptionist . Check your cars before leaving this place is not professional and untrustworthy! Keep calm with these people they will try to get you mad to start giving you the run around Believe the reviews stay calm and handle it after you get you car. Cheats. They do their best to sign an area but make you think you can park there so they can tow you and make money. In addition, the guy you deal with gets his kicks off of your situation and antagonize you...perhaps he is just lonely.

I manage an apartment complex and everyone is super helpful. They cleaned up my property of abandoned vehicles and patrol regularly for city ordinances. The staff is reliable and always answer the phones at all times. Ricardo is extremely friendly and professional!!!

This place is hard to find the person that I talked to on the phone seem like he was in a rush to get rid of you on the phone and came across to me as being rude

They dont answer the phone. I called three times back to back. I finally got an answer when I called from another number.

They towed my car from the apartment that I live at for the past year. The driver saw me and I even turned on the alarm. The permit had fallen between the console and when I went to pick my car I showed them. The driver even told the lady at the office he has seen my car at the apartment with a sticker before, but yet he still towed it. When I asked about the drop charge and why did he acknowledge me the lady stated that the driver said he heard it but it’s common for car to do that when towed.

Horrible customer service extremely unprofessional and highly overpriced. There was no one to assist at the actual location and you had to make an appointment to get your car back. There methods should be illegal

They towed illegally my car is at an apartment complex and they told it and I didnt get no notice in my hand because I didnt have no permit to park there they told it without notifying me within 10 days with a written notice

Our vehicle was towed because my husband did not put the permit on but it was in the car. We were frantic and called at least 10 times in the night and a few more during the day and both ladies were really helpful and patient. I was scared when I read the reviews but they made it easy and appreciate the patience and understanding Kayla and Diana had with us.

My friends car was towed by this company in an area that was not clearly marked as reserved parking after being parked for 1 hour, nevertheless he agreed to pay to get his car back for, they werent upfront with what all he needed to get his car back. When they finally did tell him, after he had to ask multiple times, they sent him the wrong email to send the information to. The supervisor then denied ever giving the wrong email, even though it was blatantly obvious in the text that was sent. Once they finally gave the correct email, he immediately emailed them the information. The initial lady was unprofessional and the supervisor was completely disrespectful. They specified a time to pick up the vehicle, and they were still not ready. This company deserves a zero star review for this lack of professionalism.

The customer service here is T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E! The customer service rep doesnt know how to spell their email correctly was very unprofessional. The supervisor was really rude to my friend I was helping in getting their car out of the tow lot. I could hear the supervisor yelling at my friend over the phone. We waited past the time they said would have the car ready. Id give it no stars if I could.

Wrongfully towed my vehicle from my apartment complex. I had my permit displayed on the windshield, but i guess the tower was too incompetent to check all four corners and identify the parking permit. Called and explained the situation and said they would call me back--suprise suprise.. they didnt. Upon arriving lady was rude, but helpful nonetheless. Quite baffled from the situation, and will be taking them to court to get my money back.

They damage my truck and refuse to show me the pictures or video of the tow. You can never reach the owner of the company. The owner definitely give zero ———- about you or the company.

They towed my car from my car port because the parking permit fell. It is an accident that can happen to anyone. If they would have looked inside the car they could have seen it. They requested for me to pay 220.00 without considering I was parked in my spot. They took the car at 5am and by 9 am I was calling to see if they had it. I think it is very inconsiderate for them specially for time it was gone and the car being parked in its carport. Upon picking up the car the lady at the window was so rude. I called first and she seemed bothered because I was there before time. Once I arrived her attitude did not change at all. She was not friendly at all and gave attitude. Lady at the front desk has terrible customer service and wrongfully towed my truck. When given proof her response was oh I didn’t notice. We still had to pay the fee and when showing proof of insurance she gave us a hard time and hung up. I’ve never dealt with such a horrible person, and given the reviews I’m surprised this place still has any business. Management should really step in and knock her off her high horse.

They towed my vehicle which had a parking permit on it saying they so called couldn’t see it in the brow of the car and multiple cars here at my apartments have the sticker the same way so they said all they can do is release my only vehicle to me at no cost but couldn’t do the right thing and bring my vehicle back just like they took it the lady running the front desk called me back to even see what time I was getting there so she could take her lunch break then gave me information that she didn’t tell me before she was very unprofessional and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say but if I was coming now to get the vehicle or later

Wish I can leave no stars. Redundant policy when trying to get a tow to my apartment complex where another vehicle is parked in my reserved spot. In order for them to come out I needed to send them a picture of my license and permit before they can come. I’ve never heard of that kind of policy anywhere I have lived at.

This company seems extremely shady. I was given a time to pick up my vehicle and when I arrived they told me I was scheduled for 15 minutes later and would not take me earlier even though there were no other customers. The individuals servicing this operation were rude and unprofessional. Per the several reviews I have seen, this company is notorious for towing vehicles erroneously and charging people wrongly.

Who ever owns thus company should tell their drivers to be more cautious on the road. At 5 am I was tailgated by a driver who had a towed vehicle and he was driving erratically switching from one lane to the other.

If you get your vehicle towed here goodluck they’ll give you a hard time to take it out. I asked to speak to the manager or someone higher up and the lady said she was the higher up.

Mistakenly towed my car because they didnt see the parking permit. When they checked my car and found it they still charged me to tow it back to where they took it from and I couldnt just drive my car out because my car magically acquired a flat. Scam!

Waited 2 hrs. for a truck and even spoke with the driver. He never showed, left me stranded, and blocked my phone number.
