I have always dreaded going to the dentist but once I found this office I have been going back without dread. Everyone is super nice from the front desk, to assistants, hygienists and doctors and never do I feel like a burden or uncomfortable. Recently got my wisdom teeth removed and was treated so well and they even called to check on me the day after. I will continue going to this dentist. Also took my 15 month old for her first appointment and it was quick, easy, and everyone was so nice to her. Love this dentist

De Zavala Dental was fantastic. We are new to San Antonio and hoping to find a good dentist and we sure did! The hygienists are super kind and my kids loved them, the dentist, Dr. Taylor, was great too. They all spent so much time with both of my teens and really explained everything to them. I’ve been here a few times and I’ll never go anywhere else. Comfort is a priority here. Just had 4 or 5 fillings done all at once and felt absolutely no pain, not even at the injection sites. Have no fear of the dentist anymore.

My mom and I had our first visit here today. My mother and I both agree we have never been to a dentists office that was so friendly and thorough. It started with Stephanie (I hope thats how its spelled), who I spoke with the morning of our appointment to ask about my moms insurance benefits. She contacted the insurance verified the insurance benefits, and got back to me within 30 minutes. They greeted us with such friendliness. My appointment was before my elderly moms, but they allowed her to come to the back with me, so I didnt have to worry about her alone upfront. Monica, our dental hygienist, was excellent. She made sure both of us were comfortable during our cleaning and not feeling any discomfort. She explained everything in detail about my teeth and gums. Ive never had anyone explain the reason why they do gum measurements, etc. I was blown away about that. Dr. Taylor was so friendly and explained everything in detail as well. If you want to have an honest dental office that is upfront about everything, this is where you want to go. We have found our dental office!

The experience was fantastic, the moment I entered the clinic I was welcomed and the staff gave me a very positive vibe. The hygienist was incredible and she explained every single detail in the cleaning process. The also review everything up front if you have insurance to make sure everything is correct. The Dentist explained very well and detailed. This office is honest, they do not try to overcharge you like other offices do and they treat you with respect and honesty. I will be back and I recommend it.

Staff was very friendly. Dentist was also great! Only thing was they take their sweet time in getting things done. They have you sitting there in the chair waiting for long periods of time. A trip to the dentist should be fairly quick- in and out.

I thoroughly enjoy visiting De Zavala Dental. The staff is always so kind and very attentive. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes before I am seated in a dental chair and beginning my appointment.

I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, and they made me feel so comfortable. The girl who cleaned my teeth was amazing and gentle. I will be returning. Everyone was really informative and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients.

First, I want to start off by saying today was my first time ever going to DeZavala Dental. I didn’t expect much, just a regular routine cleaning. I left feeling like a whole new individual. Thanks to my dentist, Taylor, I now have the confidence I’ve always wanted. She offered services to better enhance my smile and it only took an extra few minutes. Now my teeth are perfect! I loved the hygienist and the dentist. I get such anxiety when I get my teeth cleaned it anything dental. They made me feel so comfortable! I will stick with them for sure.Update - I had oral surgery with their periodontist, Dr. Wu, and I couldnt be happier. Although nobody wants oral surgery, Dr. Wu and staff were the best.

After working at a dental practice for 20 years, it has been very difficult to find someone to replace my dentist who retired. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Taylor after researching her background and experience. I had old bonding on my upper front teeth that had worn down and chipped over time. Dr Taylor was extremely thorough in explaining options. She removed the old bonding and replaced with precision. My teeth look natural. The front office staff is now filing a predetermination with my insurance so I can plan for veneers. I am happy I have found a new home and highly recommend Dr. Taylor. She is a natural artist with a soft touch.

Weird experience. Went for a cleaning and you don’t even see the dentist. How does the dentist know the hygienist is doing a good job? It was the fastest cleaning of my life. I’m talking about like 10 min max on my teeth outside of the floss and brushing my teeth. I can’t see myself going back. Sad because I’ve been coming to this dental office for over 10 years.

I finally found dental office that im comfortable with. Dr. Blaess is very knowledgeable and all her staff are very nice. They know how to treat their patient. They are one of the few offices that still know what customer service is. They told me what is the problem and what need to be fix in my tooth, but they are not pushy no sales pitch or whatever.

Fast,friendly,really know their stuff! Convenient! Reasonably priced. Cant say enough about these great people! And they got me in for cleaning on my intake visit! How can you beat that? Think they were voted best in San Antonio by their peers! I cant see how anyone could be disapointed.

I had bad toothache, made appointment at 5:30 am, and was seen at 11:15 am the same day. Dr. B was an Angel, she helped me overcome my fear and the treatment was fast and effective. Lauren was great. She was patient and kind and very professional. I had zoom whitening done and she took her time ensuring I had good molds for my take home trays and made sure to protect my gums very well during the whitening process. I highly recommend having dental work done here!

They are so great!!!! I suffer from major dental anxiety because Novocaine does not work on me. I could still feel a lot of the work in the beginning even with the sedation!! They were so gentle and understanding... I would definitely recommend this place!!! I will always have my anxiety, but they still made me feel a lot better. They were extremely patient with my stubborn mouth!!! Dr. Longoria and all her staff were very gentle and caring!!!

I liked my early visits, starting 2 years ago. Now, technology polling me, I feel a bit irritated. My scheduled appointments seem a bit confused in this COVID19 world.

I have had the good fortune of finding this dentist office. They understand the needs of their patient and immediately takes care of them. The staff is very professional and yet very friendly. My dentist, Mrs. Longoria is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. I use to be terrified to go to the dentist, but now I look forward to going.
