If you were thinking about coming here for your needs. Just do it. My wedding is coming up and I wanted to see if they could help me with my chin. With a big day coming I wanted my face in my photos to be perfect. I met with Crystal and she was able to get me wedding ready! 2 radiofrequency sessions later I am so happy with the results!!! She assured me this would do the trick for what I was looking for and she did not disappoint! Besides her being great at what she does, she is super sweet and understanding of your needs. Thank you Crystal!!!!!

I love coming here! Ive had IPL done, and facials done with Refinery spa at the La Cantera location inside Bio2. Everything has been excellent with great customer service. I love the results! Super professional staff as well.

HIGHLY recommend Bio2 Skin Studio!! When I called I spoke with Nicole and from the very beginning she was the utmost professional. I explained to her I needed the service for my wedding that got delayed 3 times and she was so caring! She was able to get me in sooner than later which I super appreciated. When I got my facial I felt like I was talking to a friend the whole time, she was fun to talk to and really knowledgeable! My skin looked amazing afterwards, it’s so smooth and clear now!If youre looking at other places you might as well stop searching. Bio2 Skin/ Refinery spa is the place to go to!!!

Words can’t begin to express what Crystal and the Bio2 team mean to me! Facial care was never a primary for me...But when my stubborn Pcos facial hair became a huge insecurity for me I had to find a solution and I’m just overjoyed at, not just my results, but also the compassion Crystal has for all her patients! My wife came in for a micro dermabrasion with Nicole. My wife already had great skin, but when she came out after her treatment her face was GLOWING. Im not sure what magic Nicole did but Im glad my wife saw her. Im writing this review because my wife has not stopping talking about how professional and great the ladies there were. Anything that makes her happy, makes me happy.

I have been coming here several months with Xavier who is AMAZING!!! I have noticed a significant difference in my complexion. My skin is brighter, smoother, and looks more youthful! Its always an easy experience when I come for my appointments at Bio2 Skin Studio. Everyone is so kind and make you feel at ease and comfortable when you walk through the door. Ive gone in for the IPL permanent hair reduction and I cant believe how well it has worked - best decision ever!!! The machine they use is gentle and at times I cant even feel it working. Waaaay better than laser hair removal which is so painful. Im in and out in about 10 minutes when I would get my underarms treated and it was so easy! Crystal is always such a delight to work with. I highly recommend them.

Three words. BEST. FACIAL.EVER. I loved my facial with Xavier and 12 hours later my face is still glowing. He is so passionate about his craft and it shows. The collagen mask is a game changer and you leave with a skin evaluation and notes for your skincare regimen.

Ive been to many spas but I can truly say that Bio-2 has an amazing staff. Ive had a couple of microdermabrasion & chemical peels and Xavier takes his time and educates you about your skin while he is treating your skin, he is awesome!. I have also had Chrystele do a set of eyelashes and she is also an amazing person. She takes her time and she makes sure you look your best before you walk out. Thank you guys and Ill see you soon for my next treatment.I highly recommend this spa.

I just would like to start by saying that 5 stars is genuinely not enough to describe my eternal love for this business. To begin with, I have been going here since 2013, I am a long time customer & I absolutely adore Crystal, she is the owner & I can trust my body with anyone that she hires because she truly only brings on the best. My entire family comes to this med-spa, and there is not a single complaint across the board, every service, facial, IPL treatment, teeth whitening, the products we have purchased (literally everything & anything)has been the best experience. The confidence I have received from doing the laser hair removal is something I simply can not put a price on, I had struggled with darker skin on my underarms that I had tried everything for (from intense exfoliation to skin bleaching) & the IPL not only took care of my unruly thick body hair, but also helped with the color of my underarms. I’ve done the IPL on my face, neck, arms, & legs & let me tell you: when I get a pedicure, I’m always ready for my pants to be rolled up no matter how long it’s been since I’ve looked at the hair on my legs. Every penny you spend at Bio2, goes right back into you and your self confidence. Every time I walk out of BiO2 I feel not only rejuvenated but empowered and confident by not only the services, but the amazing staff that administers them.

I’ve been coming here for a while and have had great experiences with the extremely friendly and helpful staff. I’ve received beautiful facials and IPL sessions in the past but recently I decided to try the teeth whitening with Zave and I immiediately saw results. The whole session lasted about 30 minutes and at the end, my teeth literally look pearly white. I will definitely will be getting another session when this one wears off, which I was told lasts 4 months!!

Amazing! The girls are so sweet and the space is beautiful. Recommend.Edit: Editing this post because of a surprising and poor experience. I stand by the front desk staff being amazing. The space is relaxing also. I have had teeth whitening, facials, made use of the oxygen bar, etc. I loved all of the services.I decided to try a procedure for the first time. I made my appointment and waited for about 35 minutes past my appointment time, which is the second time this has happened. No big deal! I showed pictures of the results I wanted and proceeded with the procedure. A few days later, after the swelling from the needles had gone down, there was no noticeable difference in my lips. Multiple people close to me confirmed they couldnt tell even the slightest difference. I couldnt either. I contacted the store and told them it hadnt worked. The girl at the front told me that my second syringe would be half off if I wanted to try again. I got ahold of the owner and let her know they didnt work. Long story short... I was told there was a difference. There wasnt. I was then asked to purchase the more expensive product if I wanted to see the results I had originally asked for when showing the photos.Basically, I am out almost $500 for a product that didnt work and their solution was to upsell me on a more expensive product. Very disappointing experience. I paid extra for their services instead of going to groupon like I usually had because they were going to be my new go-to! I recommend all other services mentioned above but would not risk the more expensive treatments.
