If you’re looking to get ripped off, this is definitely the company you want to do business with. We leased a home from these guys for a year. We were model tenants who took excellent care of their property leaving it in much better condition than it was when we moved in. Yet they still managed to take more than half of our security deposit for items already damaged when we moved in. When we moved into the home, it was filthy with lots of wall damage and multiple damaged blinds. The carpet reeked of wet dog smell. It was apparent the carpet had not been professionally cleaned prior to us moving in, although the lease requires professional carpet cleaning upon moving out. We cleaned the home when we moved in AND when we moved out. We even repaired the wall damage and painted. All items mentioned were annotated on the move-in pre-inspection and apparently ignored. Upon moving out we were charged outrageous cleaning fees and charged for blinds to be replaced.Renee Thompson is rude and less than professional. Save yourself the trouble and do business elsewhere!! This company is all about the money.

Be careful guys with this place and especially if you from anther country from first day when we started leasing an townhouse from this company we had nothing but problems, from the first week we saw a lot repairs to be done we mention this to mrs Renee she acted like it was us that did this, she send a guy which he said himself that the place who ever try to fix it was done very badly, they put new carpet on floors very uneven and if you are bare foot you feel the bumps, the blinds not put the right way so when you pull on the string it breaks in half the microwave had a lot of glue on the handle I guess it was broken before, the closet poles done wrong so I couldn’t hang my clothes, the stove not working, and ect.... a lot more mrs Renee wanted to blame all this things on us, but we lucky we toke pictures before we move in now after a year that we had to stay because of contract, we knew she was going to come with more stuff to get more money out of us, my husband smokes and we was told for him to smoke 12 feet away from property, which I did, we have a kid, so I never did smoke inside the home now mrs Renee of course say they had put new paint inside the whole place, we had ask mrs Renee if we could stay extra days because we wasn’t renewing the contract and she ask us how many days we told her how many days. So mrs Renee said ok but we still needed to pay the whole amount of rent then they will return on the days we didn’t live there, we wanted to trust her so we pay the whole amount of rent even though we was there only 11 days after contract finish, coming from mrs Renee we gave deposits, plus pet deposit to, and now her wants to stay with the rest of the rent, on the days we didn’t live there after she agree that we would get deducted only for the days we stay there which was only 11 days after contract, she said we would get refunded for the remainder now she says she can’t refund any of the rent because of damages so she saying more then what because a lot was there already, we gave on deposits like if we was buying the property, or a house, this is ridiculous, mrs Renee was always so rude on her textes that we didn’t wanted to ask her anymore for them to fix anything that was there already. We just didn’t want to deal with her anymore, we kind of knew she was going to do this, so be careful with her and her company
