Jasmine was eager to help us in the beginning but, as soon as we got to the house we let her know we there she had us wait up until an hour because she was showing other tenants the house. Which we were understanding we got there at 12:55 her appointment was at 12:45. But, to wait til 1:35! No very un professional

Rented a house through this company for a couple of years. They were always prompt with answers to questions and quick with getting repairs made. They sent my full deposit back within the required 30 day period (less the small move-out cleaning fee I requested). They were always courteous and were a pleasure to rent from. Theyll be my first stop if I every l need to rent in San Antonio again.

I’ve tried contacting this San Antonio company via phone and email about a rental property that was being advertised over a two day period with ZERO response during and throughout their normal business hours. I’ve also contacted their other office in Harker Heights however they just transferred me back to the San Antonio office with no answer yet again. They lost a potential tenant for a $2K per month property.

We have been renting a house that is managed by them for 3 years and they have been very good to us. They worked with us when I was on medical leave from work and always handled our maintenance request very promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

This company could care less about tenants, they just want the money. They pressured me to move in as fast as possible and when I did the house was disgustingly filthy. I requested that the cleaning crew come to the house and deep clean the four inches of dust and grim from almost every corner, the six inches of dog hair that was built up between the wall and major appliances, a disgusting amount calcium/rust and soap build up/residue on all sinks, showers and water fixtures and the to clean the hundreds of dead by hugs out of various light fixtures. None of it was done, they just mopped floors again and left, stating that they dont do those things. I ended up cleaning everything myself! I cleaned that house immaculate when I moved out, mopping the floors three times and dusting, changing filters and they still charged me hundreds in cleaning fees out of my deposit. I had a mainatenance request put in with the company for things to fix before I moved in (like exhaust fans dangling from ceilings, an awful metal screeching sound the ceiling fan made when turned on, the list could go on and on), and none of what I asked to be fixed had even been touched. Most of it they claimed was too much to fix and I ended up having to make a short term fix for the poorly built fence in the yard so that my dog would simply not walk straight out of the back yard. They promised that they would fix it and for the entirety of my lease did absolutely nothing. Fire detectors were broken and beeping constantly, (which they are supposed to be new and serviced between tenants, state law) I ended up fixing and replacing them myself at my own expense. I was told upon move in that holes in walls was not something they fixed between renters, but when I moved out they charged me for every hole. Even though I fixed every hole my self at my own expense, even the ones I didnt make that were there when I moved in. At the end of my lease they tried to charge me for things being messed up when they were in the exact same state from when I moved in. If I hadnt documented everything they would have charged me for it all, and tried to until I petitioned and called them weekly to refund my deposit. When they did refund my deposit more all they did was give me an extra $100 from the $455 they kept for damages and cleaning. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We rented a house that was managed by this company, we faced so many unfair situations with them. They are very impersonal, strict, the ones that assume you read that fine print in the contract and they hold you accountable for everything you sign, no matter your situation. The kind of company that will not let you leave until you pay every penny for every little thing. They on the other hand dont follow the contract as precisely as they want you to follow it. Our fence was supposed to have been fixed before we moved in, but that didnt happen until 9 months later. Again. very impersonal, very selfish, very poor customer service. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.
