Kids love it. Plenty of parking. Staff are friendly and good with the kids. If youre bringing your kids to a birthday party and plan to stay, theres plenty of seating.

Clean place, friendly front desk staff. My kids had fun. There wasnt a lot of staff on the floor. It was also a LOT smaller than ones I have been to in the past. We feltike cattle, pushed from one room to another and only allowed in one. Then suddenly with no verbal communication herded out. The staff literally said nothing, we happened to see people leaving and asked what was going on.

Awesome place for kids expected much less. The room is set to a perfectly cold temperature. Staff is great they interact with the children in a genuine way. Party rooms are private and comfortable

The kids had fun and sanitation measures are being taken between parties. I put four stars because the party assistants did absolutely nothing but stand there, no help and they accidentally threw away the spiderman birthday candle.

Went for a birthday party. So much fun. The host staff even took pictures for the party. Pizza was good. Had fun even as an adult.

We had my sons bday party here (May 8th) and it was the first time we actually spent $ for a bday. Very disappointing. It felt so rushed and kids couldn’t use all that was there like the rock wall, table hockey. The kids had fun but definitely was NOT worth what we paid. You only get 35 min in each room then 50 min in the party room then you’re rushed out of there too. After spending soooo much the ONLY thing they offer the birthday kid is to CHOOSE from stickers, a cheap bag, or something else from the dollar tree store (I’m sure I could have gotten all this at the Dollar tree next door). How upsetting. STICKERS!!! Is what my son picked after spending almost $500!! Not even an open play pass. I’m definitely Not hosting a party here. I will say the girls that helped us were nice.

Good place to celebrate kids birthdays, they have good clean up and sanitization procedures, move the party along a couple of rooms for kids to play, and finally to the room to eat pizza and cake.

Staff is fun and friendly. The kids have a great time and parents can join in too. Building seriously needs to be refurbished on the inside but thats just being picky.The equipment is safe and thats what matters.

Open Jump time is fabulous. Its a great way for the kids to have fun and burn off all that energy.

Easy to reserve your play slot online. Groupons are available super cheap. 2 rooms give tons of space for the kids to play, its great excersize & sitting areas for adults.

Ok I felt a 3 star was fair for all the effort that they do put in with hosting and entertaining guest. As I was looking around Ive noticed that some of the lights on the ceiling were not replaced so theres dark areas lets just say by the snack machine which should be lit up so that way we could see what were trying to get. The bathrooms were clean just need to be dusted in areas like on top of the frames of the doors oh and lights-out also in there . And I noticed a foul odor. Floor needs to be mopped really well like with Pine-Sol. And another suggestion can we please paint some art on the wall. Thank you for taking time to read my review.

Nice place for a kids birthday party. Staff extremely attentive. They explain all charges up-front and your party pro is with you 100% of the time. Parties transition throughout the facility with military precision. Party room is a little austere, so bring tablecloths and table decor to brighten it up. The throne that the birthday child sits in is a really great touch. Highly recommend this venue for a childs special day!

Had my 2 year olds birthday here and it was really fun for her but the price is not really worth it. You only have two hours and everything feels rushed. This place would be so much better if they didn’t move you from room to room. The setup is very weird. When you go to a party you should be able to go to the party room right away. It makes it very awkward for guest. This place is nice but seems like they just want to get as many parties as they can in one day. This is not really what I think of as a private party. It is misleading it should probably say that they do semi private parties since there is so many other parties going on at the same time that you have to wait for. Staff was very helpful though. I probably won’t be having another party here. It isn’t worth the little time They give you and money.

I had my sons birthday party here. We all loved it. All the kids got to jump. They had fun. My fiance and me didnt have to worry about anything. We got to enjoy the party. The staff did a great job at communicating with us and our guest. The party ran smoothly. All of our guest enjoyed the party. We had such a great time.

I love Pump it up! They always treat my daughter and her guests so well at each event. My daughter says she gives them five stars and if a Kid says five stars well...

I really love that older kids and adults can jump with the kids here and the kids really did enjoy it. My only issues are that the rooms are pretty small (only about 3-4 bouncers in a room), its a really short time slot (70 minutes), and even though I am specifically signing up for the glow bounce only half of the 70 minutes is actually the glow in the dark part.

Great place for kids to run and have fun. You start in one room of inflatable bouncy houses and then after so long you move to a different room that has different inflatable bouncy houses. Both my kids love this place and are always excited to come. We have come once for free play time and once for a birthday party. The staff has always been kind and helpful. Never had an issue

We had my sons birthday party here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The girls assigned to his party were full of energy and the kids LOVED them! They went out of there way to help set up and ensure everything went according to plan. I would definitely recommend!

My son attended Camp during break here and enjoyed it tremendously. The staff was friendly and polite. They always checked my ID upon pick up even when it was someone I knew which from a parents perspective was very reassuring. Each day there was tons of jumping and activities. The hours are extremely convenient! Will definitely consider it again.

Super friendly service! Had a massage in the massage chairs which felt amazing. They had the kids play in one room for about an hour then they get to go to a new play area for the second hour. I had the pogo pass and used it on there so it was much cheaper that way and the kids loved it

It was ok. The kids had fun but it really wasn’t enough time. Luckily there is a McDonald’s play place in the same parking lot, so we went there after since they still had so much energy. I did not notice a smell like some reviews mentioned but there was a huge roach in the hallway.Don’t put money in any of their machines. I have blank pics from the photo booth that cost $5. The guy working there seemed to think it was funny... I didn’t. What a waste 😣

Booked a party 2 months in advance. When we arrived for the tour and to finalize paperwork no one was there. At this point we cancelled the party only to be fraudulently charged for it 2 weeks later. When we called the store, we spoke to an incredibly rude employee erica. She told us that her manager (who she claimed she had no way of getting a hold of) would have to fix it and then abruptly hung up on me. Would NOT recommend this place! Spend your money elsewhere

Pump it Up is not only fun for kids ...but for adults as well!!! Loved it. And the young ladies hosting my grandsons party were amazing..smiling faces on them throughout the party. I would highly recommend this place for a party or just to have fun with your kids on the weekend😀😀😀

A wonderful place for a kids party . The kids all had a blast a nice variety of jump castles, huge slides and massage chairs for grown ups. Our party host was awesome the kids loved him. The pizza was good and the main party room has a throne for the birthday person . Really impressed

Good indoor place for kids to play around during winter. Maintenance of the play area can be improved. Little Kids and toddlers will enjoy the place. Can include many inflatables like in other cities. Very limited inflatables are they to play. Service is good.

Went to a 5 year olds birthday party. The kids had a blast. Con: staff did not explain anything. So we did not know that we would move rooms 3 times. What would or would not come with use.The helpers for food and party did not understand what there roll was. They wanted birthday mom to still do everything.The staff even gave two face sized pieces of cake over to a demanding father and mother and then their child before the birthday girl was handed anything. The siblings of the birthday girl had to go over and demand cake. Birthday parents were putting out a fire with younger members of extended family. My daughter is speech impaired and I had to demand food and drink for her. Because they couldnt understand a Yes. they wanted a complicated answer. Yes I want fill in with food or drink. The whole group was special needs. Also no security of any kind anyone could walk in. There was no questions or anything when I took my child out. So if are in the custody battle stick with Chuck-E-Cheese.

Went to enjoy my time with the family and one of the machines didnt work. All I wanted was a refund or a credit to use one of the other machines. The supervisor on duty couldnt take care of me as a paying customer. I was told I had to leave my phone number & name and the machine that was owned by another company would call me for a refund. Too much hassle. I would boot recommend this place. Peter Pippers and other places give you the money or credit on the spot.

Kids had a great time, we had dedicated employees overseeing our party and they even decorated for me. At the end, they loaded our stuff up on a cart and sent us on our way while they cleaned. My son had a blast and felt like a king!

If I could give this place a zero . . . I would. My nephew had his birthday party here and all was well until we entered the second room. It was below 50 degrees easy. How does that happen from one room to another? I have a 4 month old baby and it was so cold in there that he started shaking. I had to leave my nephews party and stay outside the second playroom.When we brought it to the attention of the child workers, they sent out, I suppose the oldest one of all the child workers, to say there was nothing they could do but they apologize. As soon as the time was done, a family member noted that they went and turned off the AC for that room.Pretty convenient. Now my baby is sick with a cold and fever.Note to the owner: Please hire some adults to work there whom specialize in conflict resolution.

We hosted our end of year celebration for my daughters Girl Scout Troop at this location. The kids all had a great time. The food and service were excellent. We booked a little last minute and they were very accommodating and even gave the troop a discount.

Hate the new marketing campaign ... 3 emails in 21 minutes in the middle of the night last night?!? The same email 12 times in the last seven days!!! Fire whoever’s idea this was! For years I’ve never had this many emails. When I called about this email blitz, the lady on the phone was flippant “There’s nothing wrong with our marketing… If you don’t like it you can unsubscribe”. Unsubscribe I will!!!

Went there for a birthday party. They only give kids 2 hours and move them from room to room. Although the kids DID have tons fun the prices they charge families to have birthday parties in there is a bit to high given the place looks like its been around forever.

It was fun in the jumping room but when you go to eat just felt as if they were rushing us and you could only get a pitcher of 1 kind unless you want to pay for 1 more pitcher. then when we were leaving the 2 host were more busy talking to each other than telling us thank you have a great day come back nothing. I had to be the one to tell them im sorry but that is not great customer service

After years of coming here to play we decided to have my daughters birthday party here. It really wasnt good. Half way through the party they realized they had the wrong birthday kid, and all their pictures were of my daughters friend and not her. That was awesome.When it came to decorating, you get two whopping inch thick, three feet long line of cork board to hang anything up. WOW. I couldnt do much with my decorations because I couldnt tape anything on the walls.It just really wasnt worth the $300+ for the MINIMUM package. Which, by the way, we couldnt use the drinks we brought because that was included in the next package up and not the one we got.Its fun to take your kids to to play, but not to have a party at. Extremely disappointed.

Great variety of blow-up structures and climbing apparatus. Open jump session time is split between two rooms so the kids dont get bored. Great rainy day option or a place to beat the heat.

Its hot in SA & the kids still need to get out and play. This is a great place for them to exert their energy. Parents can participate as long as the wear socks too. Staff is fun & birthday parties are well done. Its fun to see the kids physically play, than it is to have them sit in front of the screen all day.

My son always has a blast when we visit. They have open play availability for indoors fun. The staff is helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Had a day planned to bring daughter here for first time at 2:15pm. I checked round 12pm for open jump availability. Got here & now they said, “we have no availability. we do have another location 33 minutes away.” Who wants to drove to the opposite side of town on this hot Texas day?

Remember august 31 the gas panic and the traffic? We arrived about 45 mins late to our party scheduled at 6:20 but the staff STILL gave us our full time. They were very accommodating and flexible . They cut our cake for us and even packed up all the gifts in our car for us. Very pleased with this establishment. Highly recommended this place

We had a great time here. There are two rooms that have giant air obstacles. We were in one room with just our party. Then we went into the other room with just our party. No interruption. There was an employee taking pictures of our party. When we sat down to celebrate all of the pictures that were taken were uploaded to a tv. We saw our self having a blast. We had a great time.

The kids love the place. 9 and 10 year old girls always want to go back. The summer program is a great way to spend a day each week. All day and they come home tired and excited.

This is a perfect place to bring your child. If youre looking for a place to have your kid release there energy to tire them out look no further. Great staff, price is very reasonable for what you get out of the place. My son never gets weary of pump it up.

Our family had such a great time laughing on all the obstacles and slides. The atmosphere is fun for all ages. Our son is 19 months old. He had a really good time letting loose lol. We were there for our nieces Birthday party but our hostess was completely miserable. The face she had on the whole party. Like she was just going through the motions. I dont expect much. Just smiles and an approachable host! She seemed so bothered being there. I was planning on having our sons 2nd Birthday party at the exact location but this experience definitely has me thinking twice 🤪🤔🤐

I cannot vouch for all of their facilities, because I dropped my daughter off at the front for a school event, but she had an absolute blast. The front waiting area is a tad small, but it also has things to entertain the kids while they are waiting to go in. The staff was very friendly and seemed concerned that the kids were taken care of and safe. I know my 6 year old daughter loved it because she keeps asking to go back.

My niece has her birthday parties here often ... For the price they rush you and charge by the minute if you go over. Feels too rushed they should not book parties so close or get more rooms for the cake and food at least. 3 stars are only for the fact that its a good INDOOR party place and thats needed in San Antonio.

Had my daughters birthday party there. Spent close to $400. Host rushed us. I kept hearing you have so many minutes. I understand they have other parties to host but there wasnt​ a party after ours ended. On top of that they kept the soda machine locked. After that they wanted a $40-$80 tip!! Seriously?! I know the employees are paid hourly. I will never have another party there again.

Kids had a lot of fun. Overall, well organized. It states when booking party that photos are included, but then when you pay for the party they charge $5 if you actually want to have access to the photos. The photos were ok. There were some with the kids heads cut off even when they were standing there. There were also quite a few blurry photos. I wish I had taken more of my own pictures at the party in retrospect.

I was very impressed. Came for a kids party, and was surprised at how amazing the hosts are. Incredibly helpful and the site was immaculate.

One party host was super friendly, the other, not so much. The inflatables were in good shape and seemed clean. In the second party room, the AC was out and it was miserable! Otherwise they would have got 5 stars.

At first the place feels a little dirty and run down. But once you get into the jump areas its not bad. Our daughter had fun and I was even able to play with her on the inflatables. It was a blast!

Went here for a birthday party. This place was very clean and organized. Although its smaller than I thought and too young for my 11 year old.

It was ok. 1st room was extemely cold and a bit smelly. 2nd room was better. 1st host was very loud, almost screaming at the kids. Party room and pizza were good.

Awesome place for birthday parties. We have been here a few times and the kids always have fun. Two huge rooms full of bounce castles and other stuff for kids to play with. Birthday parties then proceed to a third room for the food/presents.

A great place to take your kids. The prices for open play cant be beat. The staff is friendly and helpful. The system of rotating between arenas is really great for keeping any potential boredom at bay. There is a new large climbing playscape in arena one. They have also added a rock climbing wall though it is only available for an additional fee.As for birthday parties, I havent been to a better party venue in San Antonio. While most are pretty comparable price wise, Pump It Up is the only one Ive been to thats truly, fully private.I only deduct one star because the last party I was at the large HVAC unit in the ceiling was leaking water all over in arena one. The staff had set out several buckets right in the middle of the floor but still the carpet was soaked all through the main thoroughfare. No one likes wet socks, yuck.

Went to granddaughter birthday party. Kids love this place where they play and tumble for one hour than spend another hour eating pizza and and cake. Can be expensive but kids love it.

Attended a 3yr olds birthday party at Guilbea location. I thought the setup was smart. As the kids get bored of one room they move you to the next. The inflatables in each room have good variety for various ages. Adults can also play so I was able to race my kiddo up the slides. The party room was large and the guy managing our party did a good job.

The service was good but unfortunately during the party while the host was getting supplies from the cabinet drawer I saw small roaches with the utensils. I had to tell the host, and then he took action. Up till that point I would have recommended other but this is unacceptable.

Please post business hours. They are closing in 20 mins. & I wasnt going to waste my pogo pass visit on 20 mins.

While we didnt get to participate in the actual jumping fun, the interaction of the party hosts was incredible. They stayed in superhero character throughout. The kids loved it!

Nice location with plenty of inflatable slides and play areas. They have a nice climbing structure similar to what you would find at a McDonalds play place.

We just celebrated my sons 6th birthday here and it was a blast! I love they have two separate playrooms so that halfway through playtime you switch so theres new bouncies and a floor game. We paid a little extra for 10 minutes of bubbles and the kids loved it, such a fun idea! The staff was so friendly and attentive. They took great pictures of everyone during playtime, they even gathered everyone for a group shot without us having to ask. They set up a few decorations that we brought, served all the kids in the party room, lit the candles, cut the cake, helped my son open gifts so we could take pictures and they even kept a gift log so we would remember who gave what to write them thank you cards. The party assistants were very sweet with my son and even made small talk with him and the kids while everyone enjoyed their pizza and cake. When it was over they packed everything up and helped us load our car. It was an overall great experience!

I went to a birthday party for a 3 year old. My big 5 year old could play, but I dont think those big bouncy things are appropriate for little ones.

Good place to take your child to burn off some energy! It’s pretty hot in those rooms just FYI. The only problem we had was that some parents don’t take care of their kids and let them do whatever they want and don’t follow the rules they have in pump it up. PARENTS! Please take care of your kids! Also make sure you wash your kids hand often and take sanitizer because my child ended up catching herpangina at this place. Not fun.

Kids had a great time. When we were outside getting in our cars to leave the lady in charge came outside and asked up if we left a tip. We didnt know tipping was required after all we paid $300.00 for the party. She was rude and made us all feel uncomfortable.if you have your childs party there be prepared to give a required tip. I didnt know tipping was mandatory. Doubt if we will have any other parties there.

Fun but a little hectic and the smell needs to be dealt with. The people assigned to handle parties are slow and not as attentive as they should be. Also one of the rooms needs an AC repair desperately. The dust buildup on the ceiling and piping up high is wildly negligent. If these things were fixed it would be a 4 star rating.
