I was greeted by employee Benjamin as I drove up and he listed to what I had to say about the services I needed. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that these services were done in a timely fashion. Was informed I needed a new air filter but the person didnt argue with me when I told him I couldnt get it at the time.

You gotta go hear to get things done! They are always fast, quick, through and professional, these folks know what they are doing and never disappoint. Great job guys!

I went there for my car inspection. They were busy so i was prepared to spend some time waiting. One attendant pointed me to pull up to a bay and i did. Then another came out and had me run through the inspection another gentleman was parked next to me. We pulled in at the same time. Then the Mgr came out with the inspection paper and asked both of us if we were veterans and we both were. He then thank us for our service and said that there was no charge for the inspection. I would of gladly paid the $7, because we were done in less than 10min. I have been thank for my service before, but being an exMarine when he said the words i immediately thought of the 12 Marines who gave their life 3 days earlier. So many people have no idea what our military Men and Women sacrifice everyday. But this Jiffy Lube Employee or Mgr thank me with true feeling in his voice. It was clear that he really did care about our Veterans. So i say thank you and thank Jiffy Lube for their great employees.

I received the most prompt and efficient (while thoroughly comprehensive - no corners cut) mandatory annual state vehicle inspection in my 42 years of vehicle ownership, including providing me with the necessary documentation. Everyone was courteous and friendly from greeting us as we pulled up to the rear of the building to paying for the service and receiving my vehicles inspection report. Two thumbs up!

Just a mess...lots of disarray, non employee on the bay fixing their own vehicle.I have serviced the car at the dealership for the same service and is only $79.00 instead of $109.00... total was $161.00 with a battery terminal clean up and a air filter.didnt vacuum, cleaned windows or checked the wipers...I stayed in the car during service and I know they did not completed any of the checked work!...never going back to this location.

Very dissatisfied with my visit here went in for a simple oil change and was not able to stay in my car while change was being done after I said I wanted to stay in my car. Staff member working on my car stated I needed to purchase all new air filters bc my filters hadnt been replaced and 8 months which was false. When cashing me out cashier stated I was being given a discount he didnt state why he was doing so no such discount had been given.

They did not have the oil filter for my truck at the time but they were able to ship it and get it there within a few minutes. I was not expecting to receive this kind of service. I took my vehicle in for yearly state inspection. Within less than 15 minutes they had lost my auto insurance paperwork. Their attitude about my concerns seemed very casual and careless.Clearly a very sloppy operation with lack of standards and little to no attention to details.If they are not able to even get a state inspection right, I would not trust them with any other services to my vehicles, let alone an oil change (which is the heart and soul of a vehicle).Never going back.Beware!

Brought the vehicle in for state inspection. Devin was the vehicle inspector and he was outstanding. I can’t say enough good about him. After the inspection was complete, he pointed out that the cabin air filter was super dirty and showed it to me. I told him to go ahead and replace it. He promptly changed it out, cashed me out and I was good to go in about 15 minutes max. When I got in the car I checked my maintenance book to see when I last replaced it as I am usually on top of those things. It was 43,000 miles back which is way over the recommended 30,000 miles. What is interesting - I have been getting the oil changed at another place that will remain unnamed and they did not call that out when I had the oil changed only 5,000 miles back. It was obviously dirty then and they failed to check it. Minor detail but it makes me wonder what else they are missing. I will be using Jiffy Lube for oil maintenance service in the future. You guys are great.

The staff was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Jesus specifically did an incredible job of helping me out; he knew what needed to be done and explained why, he kept me updated every step of the way and was very professional and polite. Im new in town and wasnt particular to Jiffy Lube but I have to say after today Ill only feel comfortable getting my car taken care of by Jesus.

They could tell I was kind of going through a rough time financially and they did everything they could to try and help me out.

They do a good job checking the major systems. A needed service when you just dont have the time to do the self administered preventive maintenance you should be doing as an operator of your vehicle. We sometimes take for granted that it is going to start when we get in.

I always go here for oil change and state inspection and get great service this time one tech seemed not so attentive or maybe was confused. Had an issue with renewing my registration and when I called the they didnt show my service or my vehicle. Ive been going there for over 10 years. I was able to resolve issue over the phone in less than 10 min so I am going to say that 1person was just having a bad day

This location offered the best overall customer service I have ever experienced when getting ANY work done on my vehicle. I was extremely impressed with how friendly, efficient, polite, and professional Michael, Benjamin, and Darrell were during my visit. I had several questions concerning my car but they were not only friendly and professional, but also very patient with me. This location is not necessarily close or convenient to where I live, but I will be making the extra drive to this specific location for any future car services because of how excellent their customer service was.
