Jerry has many years of experience. He worked on my computer 2 hours remotely before I took it in for repairs/upgrading. Took time to explain all the repairs when I picked it up. Excellent service. Got exactly what I needed. Jerry is very easy to talk to and listens to your needs. He also works remotely, and managed to clean my 2 PCs (which had a lot of hidden bad stuff) in about 3 hours of work. Will most likely be able to get your data back for you, barring complete catastrophe. My 8 year old hard drive failed less than my second month into grad school, because of course it did. Due to always having some bigger sort of financial obligation, I had yet to put my data onto an external hard drive. Was able to get everything I needed that I wasnt sure I had backed up elsewhere. Being sentimental about my stuff, this was the best option (save for a hard drive that lives in perpetuity, but then those dont exist).

When I turned on my computer the other day, Win 10 had been downloaded. I tried to get win 7 back but my computer froze up in the process and I could not do anything. The curser just would not move. Tried everything I knew and failed so I packed it up and went looking for a repair shop. Took it in and had a long talk with Jerry the owner. He suggested the least expensive way and best way to fix it was to continue the download of 10. So I left it in his shop overnight and the next day it was ready. Shade tree computer repair out of his house. Wont take a check from another company that has done business with him in the past because he doesnt want to drive to the bank to deposit it. Claims that he told me yesterday that he doesnt take checks which is not true. There are closer companies that do the same work that will take a company check. Get with the times Jerry and get a bank that you can mobile deposit from your phone. Also dont knock on the door/ ring the door bell or his dog will apparently go crazy, real professional. Wont be doing business with Jerry again.Update: I’m glad you can give an apology over the internet instead of face to face. That means a lot ..........

Got me to Windows 10 and I love it. Been using Jerry for years since a frend first sent me to him.

I found Jerry when I had a major issue with my computer and didnt want to take my computer to a big box store that would just put it in the queue for repair along with everyone else. He was able to find my problem and recover my data and get my computer back working. He fixed all my 5 business computers and got them up to date with current software and anti virus software. He has been great about giving me guidance on keeping everything updated and protected, and I get lectures when I dont do what I am supposed to do, lol!!
