Chris did a great job explaining to me about my computer issues for my home computer. He was thorough and clear with his evaluation of my problem. He fixed it in no time and also helped me with my printer. He was very polite and it was a pleasure having him work in my home. His expert computer knowledge and skills were very apparent and I now appreciate having someone I can trust take care of my personal computer needs in the future.

Chris, Is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. He came to my house and picked up two Laptop both were older models and spoke truthfully on what he was able to do and not to do. Do not be alarmed when Chris shows up in a foil hat and a pet tarantula riding on his shoulder. Seriously, he is a very sharp guy who knows his computer stuff. He quoted for a quick repair and ended up spending over two hours. When he finished, my Mac was running like a bag of donuts from a herd of fat girls. He still charged me the quoted price and said the extra time was worth it because he gets to meet interesting people on his job., I use to use Geek Squad for everything- I will only use Chris from now on, I will even keep a roll of Reynolds Wrap on hand.
