The staff was very professional and respectful. They informed me about the whole process and explained all my options thoroughly. They were also really accommodating when I didnt make it on time to pick up my laptop-- they called me after closing hours saying I could come pick it up since I had mentioned this is my work computer. I highly recommend them.

I was amazed on how fast Gilbert was able to find the problem to my non-working laptop. He gave me the impression that he not only knew his stuff but enjoyed working on my laptop. Within minutes he came up with the solution to my laptop problem. I took one of his calling cards because I plan to use him as one of his dedicated customers in the the future..
