He had a couple, but it turned out that I wanted something not so basic. He also went further to order a bluetooth adapter for the USB at no extra charge. He also promised me his usual guarantee. I lost my power cord for my desktop. Contacted several places in San Antonio and the prices were crazy. I contacted Carlos and he provided me a power cord for a very reasonable price. While at his place, I told him my desktop was very slow. I left it with him. During the time he was servicing my desktop, he kept in contact with me. I am very pleased with his work. My desktop is working great. I even called him to ask how to load scanner onto my desktop and he walked me through the process. Thank you Carlos for your honesty and humility.
