I got the dreaded blue screen on my work laptop on a Saturday afternoon and I contacted Bexar Virtual Technical Solutions to see if there was anyway he could try to fix it and recover my data before Monday. He replied immediately and although he was busy he was able to get to my laptop and went above and beyond to try and fix it. When I got my laptop back it ran faster and initially I could not find all my previous documents but a quick call and he came and got them recovered. Very happy with the service, promptness and friendliness. I had peace of mind that my laptop was in good hands.

Honestly the best guy, had some faults when I set up my computer, and I didn’t want to use the services around my area as I can’t trust them with properly fixing my computer, sent them all the way to the US of A to this guy and he fixed it and even tidied all of my cables into the neatest set of cables on earth, cost me a fortune to send it from Sheffield to America but well worth the wait and money.Thank you so much!

Sent an e-mail for a quote for a graphics card issue I was having, and within 5 minutes he called me to set up an appointment. When our computer crashed suddenly, we were referred to look into Jordans services. We contacted him, and he arrived at our house on time, in uniform, and immediately helped us feel more at ease. Since we dont know much about our computer, we were sure that it was ruined and would just have to be replaced. We were especially concerned that our data - pictures, videos, and important documents - were gone forever.Jordan was calm and collected, and his confidence in running tests and checking out our computer helped us have a little hope that it might actually be able to be repaired. By the end of the day, and for FAR less money than we anticipated, Jordan had our computer up and running again, even better than it had run before. Even better, our data was just fine!Another thing that I loved about Jordans service was that he was able to come to our home and do the work in front of us, so we were assured our files were safe in his hands, as opposed to dropping our computer off somewhere, where anyone couldve accessed or stolen our sensitive files.Jordan is a true professional, and you can tell hes passionate and highly trained and well versed in his field. Needed someone to solder a resistor back in on a circuit board. Called up two other computer repair companies in town and neither could do this type of work but said they could ship it off.
