ABSOLUTELY TRY TO AVOID THIS BUS LINE. Worst customer service I have ever had. The address on the site is not correct, I had to drive an extra 20 miles to get to the correct one.The bus is old and smells bad. It was 6 hours late to its destination! The site says its first class and Wifi is available which is not true. This is the last time I use this service. Much safer to fly or take some other bus line.
