Clean - Not busy. No complaints. Helpful drivers.

My visit was peaceful, or is it that my two little girls werent with me to push me around? Seriously though, it was peaceful, cleanly, and surprisingly quiet. Exactly the way I prefer it when Im layed over while riding San Antonios public transportation.

534 bus stopped for two seconds at the transit station. Saw riders trying to board, and left. This is UNACCEPTABLE from a service that is supposed to be for the public. Simply dumbfounded at the rude and unprofessional behavior of the driver. Do better.

Your place is so clean you feel safe cuz I have security guard I believe they even have air conditioning inside and a restroom very nice

The staff Latina female at the information window is so nice and calm. Gives everyone all the help for the bus routes on where there going or when the bus routes will arrive. At Ingram transit center. Shes so nice.

Still requires masks, busses I took were on time like it was displayed in the lobby. Was clean too.

Just prayed for some one last time I was there I didnt like the mess way of them but truly felt sad I know what it like to need to just talk to someone cause of how others treat you. He well kind of she needed some one to truly talk to but that didnt excuse the disrespectful way of the flirting.. hope hes okay . They called to cops on him/she I was the only one that was gonna stay on the bus and was asking why we was being moved to another bus. I just thought it was messed up how it was being dont .. pray hes in a better place of mind . Much love princesses . Hugs

Good service but sometimes they lack precision.

I hate these places. I dont take the bus unless my car is incapacitated.

I come to the Ingram Transit Center often as a transfer point between destinations, and Ive never had an issue here. The public facilities are well maintained and the staff is helpful and polite. Fantastic place to rest for a transfer!

Went to renew my senior reduced fare ID card. No hassle, fast, and efficient. Out in less than 10 minutes.

Its really nice since they have gotten all the work done. The inside has vending machines that help provide a snack along the way to your destination.

Cleanest restrooms of all transit centers, at least Monday-Friday. I see that lady scrub those floors daily. Sad that some customers treat the staff ugly and they just have to smile and take it. Very sweet lady at the window for ticket sales. If the place was dirty from the evening, that janitor lady gets on it right away. I feel safe with her cleaning. Both ladies have been there a long time. I think Heidi is the ticket sales and Susan is the cleaning lady. Great job from both of them.

Always nice and quiet. They have one to two guards on duty. Cold AC in the Transit building and clean bathrooms. Staff always have their mask on

Covid really ruins the atmosphere and environment of all the bus stations. Ingram is my second most frequented station, always clean and never any problems (that security couldn’t handle lol). Overall a very above par bus transit station.Ps: if you play Pokémon go there are 3!! Poke stops and a gym you can hit while waiting for your next bus!

Nice transit center, NVC students are usually here at this stop in morning and afternoons. Lots of mall-goers and mall employees also wait here for their buses. Drivers and staff are nice, if you are just respectful back usually. Be cautious of strange individuals, especially at night.

Its a great place and seems fairly safe also security always around only thing I didnt like via has to keep track of the cleaning on be busses better some of the ones who suppose to clean sanitize the busses just go in wipe the busdriver section and leave there is this one guy awesome always without a doubt does his job everytime dont know his name but props to him

A very pretty, clean facility, adjacent to the Leon Creek Greenway/bike trail. Plenty of seating, clean restrooms, vending machines. Outdoor play area for children.

Convenient travel hub for getting around town. Access to bus schedules, fare passes, and a restroom are a big help getting across town.

They keep it clean and safe. buses are in and out pretty quickly. cant really ask for much more. Texas Thrift is within walking distance thats a big plus if you like bargain shopping

Good place to relax while you wait for your bus. Staff is very fast and friendly. Accurate departments and arrivals of the busses is spot on! The little work out area and the small park for the kids is a great addition too!

I ride the bus every day, and been to all the transit centers many times... Ingram is good because of the convenience/location and the choice of bus routes there, plus they have a cool little charging area in the AC for you to plug your phone in not just an outlet or 2 but several and even some USB ports in case all you have is the cord not your whole charger. Also, if you are bored and feel like walking just a very short ways theres a trail that starts nearby and a huge beautiful bridge thats fun to cross and look around and be a great place to take some cool pics! I gave only 2 stars because the staff here are just so RUDE!!! Ive never had any problems myself but Ive witnessed some pretty unprofessional altercations. And this just makes it unpleasant being there.

The city of San Antonio has thoughtfully provided an air conditioned, well designed building, with adequate restrooms, drinking fountains and seating for passengers who commute by Via Metro bus lines.This facility even provides a landscaped playground for children! Security and custodial staff are present to maintain passenger comfort!

Cant say anything bad about this establishment however there are some bad memories attached to this particular Transit. Memories that are experiences of mine own and as I recently discovered Olivia bus and crew are amazing individuals.

I dont really feel safe there due to possible gang activities.

Theres no shade where you wait for certain buses. Nice though. Clean and has a water station to refill water bottles.

Its nice. There is security onsite that keeps loiterers away. The restrooms are clean. The a/c inside is nice.But outside there is little shade, so if is hot out and you cant see your stop from the building, its a gamble to go inside.

What a great find...a trailhead to Leon Creek Greenway Trail AND a great facility with a clean bathroom AND ample parking. Its very rare to find this combination. This is a fairly new facility and should be on your list if you want a nice peaceful run. And it felt safe too but I was running with friends. I might have felt different alone.

The Center is new it is AWESOME outside children can play. They have handicapped entrances and ladies restroom and inside is very clean and the all the employees are really nice and helpful.

Its ran excellent, and cleaning is done constant.

Being a new facility covered waiting areas, all roofs leak, concrete works hold water.To where your feet get wet!! Some how the inspection of this facility was not accurate, toilets were not working,water fountain was disabled and drivers are ether rushing their routes or lagging behind.I understand weather and traffic are nuances,but things could be better.

The remodeling of the center is a 100% improvement and the buses are easier to get to and from here as well. New vending machines and armed security make it comfortable for the loner waiting at night for bus also.

Clean with helpful staff. Be outside 5 minutes before your bus comes. They will leave you.
