I had the most disgusting situation with one of their busdrivers. She was an old very rude woman. I was asking her how to take the bus. I explained her that I was foreigner and I just wanted to know how take or book the bus. But she doesnt care about how to be a polite person, She told me very rude to wait just for saying I can not help you. I had to insist that I only want information, and only then she gave me this card and said call there, they can help you. Was it so difficult just to say “Sir you can book a travel in the app or web, you will find the information here?.But after that, here is the card for the people how want to travel here.

Cancelled my trip three days in a row?!?!?! Leaving me wondering if they even are a transportation service....how does a Friday, Saturday, then Sunday trip all get cancelled?

Cancelled my bus ride on the same day that I was schedule to head out. Not a good start!!

I love this bus line. The fares are very good while providing comfort and entertainment for your trip. The drivers are courteous but professional. The 2 times I have ridden to Houston and back have convinced me that Flixbus is the only way to go!
