I’ve had my hair done by Felicia and Jenny they both are really awesome. I went in and asked for my hair to be highlighted noela did my hair this time I left in tears it was nothing like what I asked for I told her exactly what I didn’t want in the color and she did it anyways it’s like she did whatever she wanted and I asked her not to cut my bangs and she did it anyways I went back the same day to have it fixed by her but it still wasn’t anything close to what I asked for ..she made remarks about a client there and about another worker I came back the next day to have my hair fixed again and Jenny approached me she was so kind and calming she assured me we could fix it and she recommended how to go about it. Felicia was the one who ended up fixing it and I’m very happy with the results now but I was so upset with the original results and the professionalism Noela . I do recommend this salon they have a nice environment and really good prices I’m usually very happy with the work try to get seen by feleica, Electra or Jenny all do amazing work!

I went here a while back for a cut and color. Big mistake. I can’t remember her name but she’s the blonde one who’s really rude. The lady left hair dye in my hair, I had to go home and wash my own hair. She put two layers in my hair one an inch above the other, it looks like she just didn’t feel like cutting the bottom of my hair, someone at my work called my hair ‘butchered’. She gossiped about another lady who worked there that I really like, I was so uncomfortable the whole time. She didn’t say a word to me, only to the girl next to her who’s supposedly the manager, it’s like she just stared at you and judged you. It’s in a Walmart what can I expect though, right? I’ve been to get a cut before by Mari and she’s great, I’ve only had an issue with this particular lady.

They do a great job with fixing eyebrows, but if youre on a budget careful about the cost calculation for a haircut. I was charged 6 dollars more for having long hair. Had to get my hair cut somewhere else.

So I’ve been getting my haircut at this location on and off for quite sometime. Sometimes the transgender male cuts my hair. He usually does a good job. The time before last, he was a little too touchy/feely. He’d caress my neck and head a little here and there. I was a little uncomfortable but I was too afraid to say anything since anytime anyone says something negative about a transgender individual, it gets twisted into “you’re just a bigot”. So this last time I got a haircut, it was much worse. I’m guessing he’s been getting away with the inappropriate touching for a while because this time, he went all out. He caressed and gently ran his fingernails over my head, neck, shoulders and chest the entire haircut. He even kept pressing his crouch against the armrest. It was extremely uncomfortable. This was the last straw. I’m not going back to get my haircut there if he’s still working there. Something needs to happen.

The person was extremely rude. Said was going to charge me $70 to blow dry and cut my hair even though the board says $31. She said she wasn’t going to do “all that work” and blow dry it for that price and I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. I asked what the prices were for on the board then, she said suggestions. My hair is barely at my shoulders.

Got a cut here this morning Felicia did a great job!!! Definitely coming back.

Both myself and daughter just got haircuts here...neither received the cut requested. Daughters hair ended up 5 inches shorter than the picture. Mine looks nothing like the long layered photo requested. Beyond disappointed.

I had a over all great experience. I went in to get my sons haircut, he’s 2 years old and had a bad experience in the past with a different salon. (They clipped his ears) and now he’s so traumatized of getting haircuts, the lady that did his hair did a great job especially with the fact that he was crying so much. The only issue I had was when I walked in there was another lady that had rude remarks and kept giving me ugly looks. I didn’t need to hear or see all her little faces, as if having a screaming toddler wasn’t enough!!! Has we were waiting another lady walks in with her child who was crying as well and she kept rolling her eyes and giving the child ugly looks as well...I’m so sorry but I think that is really rude as if the parents aren’t dealing with enough with there kids screaming but have to deal with that from the workers.

The hairstylist did a good job with what I asked for but took appointments in between her time with me which really took up alot of time from me it was hectic.

Over they did an awesome job on my sons highlights . Very friendly and professional . Did eat better then the last salon I paid an arm and a leg at Regis .

My daughter wanted to cut about 12 inches. After the cut we are told there is a an extra $10 fee and ate also charged for a shampoo she didnt get. Very disappointed!!!! We will never return

Have been there several times and Felicia always does a great job, my grandson (early 20s) also goes to Felicia also and have nothing but great reviews for her!

Had appointment. Stylist called in .I didnt get a courtesy call. Showed up. They were short coming as to what to do. Not even offering someone else to help.
