I used the Mach1 Roadside Assistance app to tow my roommates Miata to the shop for some electrical work because it wouldnt start. After requesting a tow through the app the tow truck showed up within 15 minutes, the car was hooked up in 5-10 and the whole process was complete in about 30 minutes!!!! The car was then towed to the shop I chose for the price agreed on in the app!!!! USAA said it was going to be hours before they could dispatch a tow and it was going to cost hundreds of dollars?!?! This company got everything done in under 30 minutes and it cost $75!!! Truly amazing experience!!!

Mach1 provides service quicker than any motor club I have worked with and at reasonable prices. I look forward to utilizing their services in the future if I am in need of roadside assistance.
