By far the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. I found a truck on on the website, scheduled my visit the next day at 12:15. I decided to buy and was driving off the lot In my new Silverado at 3:15. Isidro Delgado was a great sales rep! I would recommend Ancira-Winton Chevrolet to everyone.

We had a bad experience at the Kia dealer next door so stopped in to see what they had and our salesman Robert was there to help answer all our questions and helped us select our new Chevy Traverse that we absolutely love. The bank was closed by the time we picked our car but they still allowed us to bring home and just go back the following day to finish up the paperwork. Very positive experience and the hubby already has plans to trade in his car with Robert due to our great experience.
Amanda is a great service writer. She was very attentive in hearing my trucks issues. Everything was fixed and back in original working order. I definitely recommend Ancira and Amanda.
Went in for an oil change. I specifically asked if other fluids would be topped off during the inspection and was told yes. My antifreeze reservoir was on the low end. Oil change was performed in a timely manner. Once I got home, I noticed none of my other fluids were topped off. The issue is that I was told they would be and they werent. Makes me wonder if they even inspected the vehicle as stated on the invoice. Otherwise, the service rendered was done and I have no complaints on that.

Oil change discounts at the freaking dealership you bought the truck at is a myth! I should have gone with the Ram when I was in the market. I even got the truck washed last time...but not today. Lastly, they couldnt bother to reset the oil life meter??? Look elsewhere for your next vehicle if post sale service is important to you! You will be disappointed here guaranteed!UPDATE Post Response: Really? You cant even get my name right???? Who is Kevin??? See folks, this is why customer service is seriously lacking here. My experience ranged from awesome to somewhat questionable at first. I was a little upset about the amount I was offered for my trade in despite what KBB said it was worth. In the end it all worked out because my sales guy Charles helped knock off an additional amount to make the deal work out for me. At first my numbers weren’t what I needed but after a little tweaking we came to an agreement that left both sides happy. He did awesome and I will definitely be sending people to him. I am beyond happy with my new truck!

My customer service technician Will was awesome...Provided me with detailed descriptions of the issues effecting my vehicle, insight into service delays, and ensured I was kept up to date on where I was at in the transmission check waiting list...Ill definitely use him on my future service appointments or issues...Really wish that there were more transmission techs available, especially at a dealerships of a major Car manufacturer...It took 2 1/2 months to diagnose my transmission issue and resolve it; a little excessive...
They had the parts to repair by 13 Avalanche and were able to schedule the repairs the same day. Awesome service.
Our salesman Lee was very attentive. During our time reviewing details of the vehicle Lee was sure to review the information being presented. Only reason I didn’t rate my experience as a 5 was due to the length of time it took to be seen by the finance department.
Ancira-Winton Chevrolet, not only wasted our time but left me not wanting to do business with them moving forward. After wasting a day at the dealership I was told the SUV I was about to sign off on was sold and no further ones were on the lot. I was not given any explanations/alternatives/options and was told I could not buy. A couple of days later I was contacted in regards to an SUV, I was there within 10 minutes. After a long day of discussing numbers we went home with our SUV even though we reluctantly signed off for more than we wanted. I was contacted 2 days later saying the terms of the loan had changed and the price would now be 200 more a month than expected and we would need to finance $10k more and a trade was mandatory. I was given no alternatives, no options, no negotiations just told this was the new price. After I showed up to return the Tahoe, only then was I met with great customer service and was able to negotiate price and trade in value. All of this back and forth, lack of communication, lack of follow through, shady business practices has left me to no longer want to do business with Ancira-Winton Chevrolet. Not the first time Ive experienced this but will definitely be the last.
Repair was done pretty quick. I wish they were able to give me a better estimate of the repair time when I dropped it off.I was told when I came in for my appointment, for which they were aware of the needed repair, it would be a few days to replace two door locks. That seemed quite excessive and I almost just left. But then the advisor checked something and came back with maybe today, probably tomorrow. That seemed a little more realistic. Then it was done a few hours later.I got the distinct impression that they were fishing for me to be OK with the long wait so they could move other jobs forward and put me off. I could be wrong on that, but I really dont think I am.The cost seemed a little too high, but not ridiculous for dealer prices.Other than that, Amanda was cool, the cashier was cool, and the work is clean.
Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our sales rep, Lee, was just right. Of course, everything takes forever to finish up. But they did a good job checking in on us while waiting on that pesky paperwork.Happy to recommend them.
Generally speaking buying a new car is something I try to avoid. My experience was not as painful as I expected. They worked with me to get the price where I needed it to be although it did take some negotiating. Everyone was kind and respectful and the process went as smooth as buying a new car can. I felt like they were being honest and sincere and I would recommend buying from them and would probably do so again.
Over all had an ok experience, could have been a little faster but better then last time. Didnt like the financing. The vehicle was not detailed and had some type of paint left on the back window that I had remove myself. I didnt try to negotiate the price where it think I should have, now that I have found cheaper ones. My trade-in is on your lot for 5k more then what you gave me for it so could have at least got a little more on the trade. But at the end of the day, Its America and we have the right to go where ever and buy what ever and learn a lesson the hard way or the easy way. In this case I think I will do my due diligence to shop next time instead of just heading back to the same place.

I had incredibly friendly staff that got me in for my recall appointment. Amanda kept me informed of the progress the entire time. She took time to check with me and went in to move the process along often. My only complaint is the issue of several hours waiting for a key to be made for a recall issue that an appointment was set for … the runners had to go to another dealership to get one. They made it happen tho!
I scheduled an oil change, rad check because the stations are changing on their own, and also to change the emblems. It was all in writing. When I got there I told that maybe they could change the emblems because it was almost closing time. Waited 2 1/2 hours thinking thats what they were doing, only for them to bring my truck back with just a oil change. When I asked why the emblems werent changed the desk lady made excuses about no one being in the back and if I brought the truck next week it would take 1/2 hour. So I asked if it only takes 1/2 hour why couldnt it be done today? Again I was given excuses. I asked why my radio couldnt looked at and the lady said that it would need a diagnostic check ad again it could not be done. Id have to leave the truck, but she said I couldnt do it that day. Its going to cost $200 to change the emblems per her quote. I dont know how much for the radio. But they need to do something about signing up for things done and not carried out.

Also, my Suburban was returned as promised, and the replacement of air bag (factory recall notice) was excellent. I am a return customer of Ancira Auto Group for about 20 years and each time I receive excellent service.

When the service writer (David Baker) asked me what I needed, I said an oil change, I then told him that the last time the car had one they had not fill all the levels under the hood and show him some pictures I took! Good thing I looked under the hood when I got home and then had to do it myself which was ridiculous after paying all that money. So I told him some levels might need to be fill so to be sure they checked them. He assure me that they would be checked. I waited about 2hrs, went and paid then decide to check under the hood before I left and again NOT FILLED! So I had to go call him/show him and he had to drive the car back to a stall to get it done. For what you charge I would expect better then this. This is Terrible service/maintenance and it keeps repeating. After paying close to $60 when I can get an oil change Cheaper somewhere else and the work will be done right is my next option. I just wonder how much more work your dealership does that is substandard and the customers are paying for it. I hope this goes up to GM and maybe somebody can correct this.

I met with Mike to service my 2014 Cruze yesterday. This was a completely new experience for me as I usually use a mobile mechanic to fix my vehicle. There was an issue with the water pump and he fixed it under special warranty for free! His team also let me know other issues related to the water pump. It was not high pressure sales at ALL. He was very helpful and made sure I understood my options. I will recommend this dealership to anyone needing service for their GM car. Ill be going back there for all my service needs in the future. Great and fast purchase! Went in at 9:00 AM and knew what I wanted. My salesman Tahseen assisted me with the car buying process and made my purchase happen. I was out driving my new car by 12:00 PM! This was my first car buying experience and was quite surprised and delighted about the experience.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I called and left 3 messages for service dept. manager. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Last oil change and tire rotation (April) took 2 HOURS and 45 MINUTES, WITH AN APPOINTMENT. This week my wait was 1 hour 40 minutes. Your customer service is HORRIBLE. I come from a Illinois dealership and compared to Ancira I am sadly disappointed.

At first I had some difficulty getting in touch with my service technician. After I spoke with the service technician and voiced my concerns she did everything she could to make it right. I was helped by Jake Keeton in the service department. I had a fantastic experience due to his awesome customer service. He made it an easy and painless process to repair my vehicle.
My advisor was great, but it took 1 week to even get my car into the shop to be looked at. I feel like that was unacceptable. At the beginning I used the tow company that was recommended and later was told they could not find my car . It took a few hours for them to locate at the service dept .
Charles was very helpful in finding a truck that would suite me. He knew how the gadgets worked and explained how to operate them properly.
The Service Department representative that was helping me (Ray) was very difficult to get ahold of after they initially received my vehicle in their possession. I called multiple times to get updates and it took him a week to return my calls, finally I chose not to get my vehicle serviced and when I got it back it was worse off than when it went in there. Now the vehicle has NO power at all because they pulled most of my fuses out and didnt put them back, my Chevy emblem on the front has been broken off and the paint to my vehicle has been damaged. I called to talk to the Service Department manager and I never received a call back from him either. I guess because I chose not to get my vehicle serviced there I was put on the back burner because there was no commission to be made off of me. Talk about getting blown off
Started the process online around midnight on a Friday, was in touch with someone Saturday morning (despite them being closed), walked in around opening on a Sunday, and was out within two hours. Super simple, super easy process. Eduardo, my salesperson, was super friendly, and helped make me feel at ease as I purchased my first car.
Im sorry to say that I had a negative experience dealing with this dealership!1). Week one, my car sat outside for the entire week without anyone looking at it.2). Week two, I was told not just any mechanic can look at my car, and the special mechanic they had assigned was busy.3) week three, we think there is major damage and we are waiting for (GM) to let us know what they want us to do next!4). Week four, sorry we havent heard from (GM), they havent returned our emails or calls.5). Week 5, sorry we have mechanics on vacation and the mechanic working on your car is getting pulled off to do oil changes and other work!.6). Week six, I call the Director on that Monday and leave a message, I receive a call from the service tech Amanda, and she says we will have the motor out by today ir tomorrow, and a new motor will be ordered and only takes a day to be delivered and your car should be ready by Friday.7). Week 7, I call around 3:45 asking is my car ready? I was told the mechanic had driven it, but the manager wanted to test drive it, but he wasnt able to because he was in meetings all day! I said Im on my way to pick up my car and I dont car about anyone else test driving the vehicle! This was the worst experience Ive ever had! There was no urgency, when it came to fixing my vehicle or having any type of communication! I was told multiple stories of why my car was in the shop for almost 7 weeks! Not one time did the Manager or Director call me about anything! The only reason I kept my cool was because of the service tech Amanda! She was the only individual that kept communication and helped me get a loaner! Rating for the mechanic 0 out of 10, rating for the Manager 0 out if 10, rating for service rep 8-10.
Our truck salesman Isidro Delgado was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get us into the right truck. From sales, all the way to finance, the whole vehicle process went smoothly. The customer service was exceptional.
Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience due to a lot of miss information. My family had purchased more than 5 vehicles from Ancira and I truly am disappointed at the quality is service I received. I made an appointment to have my truck serviced due to a recall issue and since it was going to be there I requested to have them take a look at a couple of other issues the truck was having. Over the phone when I first called I was told the truck may have to stay overnight which wasn’t a big deal. When I arrived the service attendant that I was supposed to see was not available so someone else made the ticket for me and told me it may be a few days, I said fine. When I finally spoke with my service advisor I was told it would be seen in the following Tuesday (day shy of a week). When I called to get a status I was told that it would be another 2 to 3 weeks until my truck would be seen. Leaving my truck to sit there for month waiting to be looked at is really unacceptable and extremely inconvenient. Will be reconsidering my options on where to take my truck to get serviced or purchasing other vehicles in the future.

I am disappointed in the service that my mother received at the service department at Ancira Wnton. A senior citizen on a fixed budget who thought she made a wise purchase when she bought a series of oil changes at a discount. However, Ancira did not honor her last oil change because it expired. This is even after she was assured during a call, that because of the low mileage and pandemic she could bring the car in when it was ready. Does an oil change really affect your bottom line that much to treat a customer like this?

This place has the worse customer service and a unfriendly service parts cashier. They are unorganized, and try to definitely make you spend more money than you need to. I brought my car in for a 75,000 check up. I updated my contact information before leaving, and they even called me to confirm the work needed to be done on my car. I have been taking my vehicle here since purchasing it from them. Hence all my records should be here on file. I had and have all my receipts for work done on the car as well. When they called with the “recommendations” one of them was a transmission flush, which had already been completed on the car) and about 6 others. I decided on 3 things plus the oil change that i also needed. I waited the rest of the day without hearing a word and even missed work the next day. I called at 8 am and didn’t hear back until 10am. Come to find our my car had been ready the day before. I also used a coupon for a free w change which i was given from them, and still managed to pay $48 dollars for it. I trust that when i take my car to get work done, that they would do the right work, or right research to make proper recommendations. I wish they would also send or give you a copy of the listed recommendations as a guide for future services. I know they could do better.

Ha! If I could leave a no star I most certainly would! We walked in preapproved for the vehicle we picked out. Chose the vehicle and dealer partly because of the Big Name. Hoping for the easiest car buyer experience of my life. Biy was I wrong. The Audi A6 we called and scheduled an appointment to see the day before was brought around front wait when I pulled up. Upon opening the front door I was greeted with a disaster! The car had not been even wiped down on the inside. After pointing out some issues with the car it was agreed to take it to Audi to be serviced. After service I called Audi and was given the service ticket and notes. (after being approved by Ancira). Had I not ask specifically for the notes I would have completed the sale of a car whos front-end is in need of repairs; Audi marked it as needing immediate attention. So thank you Zach and Alvin the two sales managers I dealt with for canceling my sale and not want to put up with me anymore.

Service was quick and painless and Cindy with the BDC confirmation specialist was very nice and professional.Only reason for four stars is due to the layout of the servicing department. Almost got hit 4 times within the few minutes I was there from people pulling in from the road. Either clearly mark the parking lot or block off one of the flows of traffic into the department.
Amanda in the Service Department was amazing! Greeted me instantly when I got out of my vehicle to giving me the details of everything they were doing and giving me an accurate time frame of the work.

Recently went to the dealership to test drive a car they had on the lot and ended up buying it. David Kronk provided excellent service, helped me with the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure that the car I was getting was in perfect condition for when I drove off. Truly went above and beyond what my expectations were and highly recommend going to them if your looking at purchasing a vehicle.
They are impossible to get a hold of to make an appointment. They didn’t have my tire in stock, which is fine, but then I had one day off to get it put on and they “didn’t have any availability” even though I was told that I wouldn’t require another appointment, they would just squeeze me in. I get to the place after being on hold for an hour and a half, trying to find out what the situation would be. They said I’d have to wait there, in line, for at least 4 hours. I told them to just sell me my tire and I’d get it put on and balanced elsewhere. That proved to be a more difficult solution for some reason, so they managed to push me to the front of the line and got it put on in 20 minutes. I’m just not sure why this experience was so difficult.

I was raised a Chevy fan, but after the way I have been treated here.....I’ve seriously considered never driving a GM product again. If you want to be lied to, not get responses in a reasonable time, be forced/manipulated into purchasing add ons for your vehicle or you can’t buy the vehicle, schedule a visit/pick up time to get your new car and then find out it’s the wrong one, and if you want a place that just doesn’t have information related to what they sold you, then this is your place.Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and integrity of this dealership.

My vehicle had a recall on shift cable. The workers at Ancira Winton worked promptly to get their clients in an out and they did. Hopefully technicians repaired properly. So far seems that my vehicle is driving well. Had a little problem with shift when stopped at store, vehicle got stuck in gear for a few seconds but may havebeen because of the way car was parked and didnt have on flat service in parking lot. But hasnt done again. Thank you Ancira. Only gave 4 rating because one of the employees didnt like his attitude he tried to hide it and because you have my name as Laritha instead of Lesia.
