Slow, lackadaisical service. They will leave you on hold for 30 minutes. Can take over an hour for them to call back. Ordering online is an equally slow, & frustrating process. I wrote this during minute 25 of being on hold. I refuse to sell carrier to my customers, not worth it to me, & I sure wouldnt be doing my customers any favors.
