This morning I called Cool Planet Air Conditioning at 8:15am this morning, and a technician was here within the hour. He was very nice/professional. He had my AC fixed by 10:15 am. and it’s not even 11:00 am. My house is cooled down from 81 degrees to 76 degrees. The price for the was very affordable for replacing a dual capacitor. I will be recommending their services to all my friends and family.

Very nice and professional

As a single mom, Im always nervous about being taken advantage of especially since I dont have much knowledge about A/Cs. But the tech was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions and had my unit up and running in no time. I didnt feel intimidated or feel overcharged. I will definitely be using them again if my unit ever goes out again.

For Labor Day 2019 my wife and I went to go see family. When we got back to our house today it was 83 degrees inside. I dont know anything about air conditioners so we called Cool Planet. The technician arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes (it was a messed up capacitor), changed the capacitor, replaced a blown a/c fuse, repaired insulation on the attic a/c unit, checked for any other issues, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Excellent customer service and I will be calling this company again if any more problems arise.

This review is based on a quote we received for HVAC installation a few weeks back. I understand it’s a business and people need to make money. However, charging someone 20K for labor is a bit much.The whole HVAC system (top brands) is a bit under 15K. We never informed them of our engineering background of said HVAC systems. I do not underestimate experience and quality of work but that’s a bit much.
