Have been using Air Care & Canyon Lake Air Conditioning for the last 18 years and they never disappoint. Honest, dependable service. We had a very old unit and they did not pressure us to replace it. Each year they said it is ok for another year. Then came the time during the fall maintenance when they said we should consider replacing by the summer. Sure enough, that summer, the unit froze up and they came out and took care of us. Cannot say enough good about this company.

Tucker was the young man who came to assist my elderly parents when their thermostat which was not cooling their home. He was very professional and polite with me and my parents. Great customer services. 👍😘

The reason why i decided to go with Air Care is because of the excellent communication with Mike and the state of the art technology this company uses. Mike installed mini splits in my new garage apartment. He made a stressful situation much easier by constantly keeping in touch with me because I couldn’t be there during the install. I interviewed 4 great companies in the area and Mike came up with a more conservative way to save money on my electricity in the long run. He was also cognizant of where to place the mini splits and condenser esthetically as well as for the best functionality.

Before purchasing the units, all our options and pricing was clearly presented allowing us to make an easy decision about which AC and Heating system was ideal for our home. Replacement installation of our new AC and heating unit went smoothly and without any complications. Installers were very professional and were able to address and answer all our concerns during the installation. We recently endured five days of temperatures exceeding 105° and our electrically efficient 2-stage AC system performed beautifully. Our 72° inside temperature setting held steady throughout the Texas heat wave. My wife and I have never experienced a system so comfortable! The optional iPhone app allows me to control my home AC unit remotely when I’m away from home or from the convenience of my lounge chair! We are throughly enjoying this total comfort system for our home!

Wanted an HVAC organization that had the expertise to tell me what might be wrong with my heating and cooling performance. They more than lived up to my expectations.

We needed a small AC unit for one end of our upstairs converted attic. They were able to get to us right away and finished the job promptly. The unit is of very good quality and is very quiet. Cosmetically, both the outside and the inside look nice, and the unit is performing well. We appreciate how promptly every contact was answered and workmen arriving so fast!!! This is a good company and you can rely on their service.

I called them on a Friday and they had Ronnie out to check my mini split the same day. They followed-up with phone calls about parts ordering and when they could be back to finish the job. They are very easy to deal with and do good work. Ronnie came and finished the repair today and my garage is now super cool again so I’m very thankful for a good local AC company. Great professional service at reasonable cost

I put in a new upgraded system R/18 when my almost new air conditioner bit the dust. I could not be more pleased with this unit it cools my house it’s amazing. I even have the UV light feature that help with the air quality. Best thing: I am saving significant money on my electric bill every month. Air Care was prompt and professional. As a retired disabled veteran I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company. Everything they promised was done. Often now a days it’s difficult to know who to trust with home repairs you can count on Air Care for all your air conditioning needs. I would rate them ten stars but only five are available.

Older AC unit quit working and new system was needed. Since system couldnt be installed for several days, Michael, GM, arranged for a portable cooler and came to house to install until new unit could be set up. Cooler was used for several days and worked well. Everyone from Ken who initially came out to Taylor and Tucker who did the install were great to work with. Have used Air Care for many years and highly recommend.

Air Care took care of my family member when she needed a new AC. Here is her message regarding their great service. Air Care has been maintaining my air conditioner for about 30 years. The unit just replaced was installed by them in 1996 and they have kept it in good running condition, always prompt to respond when I called them. By the time the 23 year old unit needed replacement recently, I had collected abundant input and advice from friends and family about the Air Conditioner companies they use, as well as done my own research. I decided to stay with Air Care. After the recent new unit installation, I am glad about my decision as well as very grateful. Two remarkable installers, Jason and Tucker, arrived on time as promised and worked non-stop from 8:30 am to 6 pm replacing my old unit and left after cleaning up just as efficiently as they did the technical work.

The service technician came sooner than scheduled. He charged up our unit until it was cooling pretty good. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing.

Disgraceful!Taking advantage of elderly Veteran.My elderly parents were told their compressor was bad and it would cost almost $3000 to replace but, then were told since the label on the outside unit was not legible, it would cost over $4000 to replace with a new unit because the service guy couldn’t tell what model it was.A second quote from another company proved the compressor was fine and $500 later their AC is fully functional.

Our outside unit wasnt working and they came out within an hour or 2 to diagnose the problem. Turns out our compressor called it quits and they came the next day to replace it. Tucker and Taylor worked in the hot sun and got it up and running. I cant regulate my body heat so I truly appreciate how hard and quick they worked. They were very professional gentlemen. Our a/c is running great now and just in time before the summer heat starts.

We have used Aircare @ Canyon Lake for many years and have always had great service. As luck would have it, we had scheduled our Spring A/C checkup and our primary unit quit working. Taylor showed up right on time and checked the other system and quickly evaluated the problem on our main unit. Condensation had rusted a control board. Taylor had the parts ordered and Deana reschedule the repair As usual, Taylor showed up on time and quickly fixed the issue. Taylor is great a very competent and polite Technician. I called at 8am because my a/c condenser was dumping water onto my floor. They scheduled me right away for the same morning. They arrived on time and walked me through what was wrong and how to fix it. Within 2 hours everything was good as new.
