At home with my three young children when I noticed the temperate continuing to rise in the house. I contacted 24-7 and they were here within the hour. With in the next hour the work was completed at a reasonable cost and we are now enjoying a cooler house. I highly recommend 24-7!

Agree with another post: why list your service as 24/7 if no one is there to answer the phone.

Called for an emergency last Saturday, they showed up 1 hr later (did not charge me for estimate). They offered a reasonable price and did the job the same day.

Called at noon, he said hed call back. No call. I called again at 4, he said hed text me immediately. No response after calling. How unprofessional.

Called at 11:30pm and got the voicemail. Thats NOT 24/7 service.
