Walk In, the quickly greeted me and had me seating looking at colors. I got pink toes and ombre nails with a snowflakes ❄ on my ring fingers ! Love love love it. Amy did great!!!

I’ve been going to a lot of nail salons these past couple years and i’ve never had a better experience then when i came to mansion. today was my first time coming and i’ll definitely be back!! the staff was so friendly and vicky did an amazing job on my nails! ALSO they do give a student discount so that is totally awesome for my budget!the receptionist(?) cheyenne was super helpful when i needed to find a color for my nails.

The environment was completely chilled and amazing somewhere I can go just to like spend hours at is what it seemed like the people were incredibly friendly absolutely love the salon!!!!!!! Honestly this was the best experience Ive ever had at any nail salon and Ive been getting my nails done since I was 14 Im now 26 and this was awesome! I would strongly recommend this place to everybody!!!!!!!

First time getting a pedicure. Nail cutting was a little too close for me personally but overall it was a pleasant experience for me. My daughter was over the moon happy!

Waited for about 30 minutes just to get someone to pay attention and attend to me. Took another 2 hours to get a dip without a tip done. It came out looking chunky, uneven, rough surface with nail chips underneath my fingers and surroundings. This is my first time here, not a good first impression. Honestly, i went because of the good reviews. Unfortunately their service did not meet my expectations and i will not be returning.

Very clean environment, temperature check when you walk in and immediately must wash your hands before they will do your nails or toes which i think is great especially during covid!! cleanest nail salon i’ve been to, and they do very good quality nails.

We made a reservation for 5, it took 3 hours! They gave us a 10% discount for waiting which was nice, but way too long.

First time there, between the technician and I,what I wanted and what I got was way different. Even after explaining what I didnt like he didnt speak just continued. I had specifically asked for two colors(design) but after the first color he said just wait a few minutes and never came back. Had a different technician ask me to wash my hands and say I was done. She also didnt care to hear what I had to say. So the second color and design never got put on and no one seem to care.

My husband works In San Angelo and I came for the weekend. I broke my nail into the quick. And it was hurting bad. I googled and Mansion Nails came up. When I got there they were so friendly and were so easy with my nail. They fixed me right up. I would recommend this place. I will be going back when Im in town again.

Every single staff member is very nice as soon as you walk in! it’s always very clean and has fast service. i highly recommend Wendy for any type of nails!! she’s very nice and always willing to do whatever nails you want. definitely will continue getting my nails done here!!

Read all the reviews and decided to try it for myself. I gave it three stars. The building is new and clean and the massage chairs are really nice. Greeted at the door, picked my color and was sat quickly into a foot soak. I waited in the foot soak for 25 minutes before anyone was available. Which is fine, I understand. I waited my turn. Where the lack of starts comes in was the quality of the pedicure. I picked the signature which is $35 and included a 10 minute massage. Nothing was added to the water to soften the feet, which I’ve noticed a lot of places don’t do anymore. I don’t feel a lot of detail was payed to the cuticle area which is specifically why I get pedicures. I definitely could have used more if any pressure during the Massage. My technician was friendly but disappeared for a while after placing the hot towels on my legs. Not a terrible pedicure but definitely lacking.

Michael did my dip ombré & he was great, friendly and really good at his craft! Bonus head,neck and shoulder massage was awesome. Did not give a 5 because was offered nothing to drink while there ( not even water-it was very hot outside. I walked in about 2 in the afternoon ) I saw several others were offered something to drink as soon as they walked in . Got my eyebrows waxed by an older lady who did an excellent job ( don’t know her name) . I would recommend and definitely would go back.

I have done service calls here for electrical work a few times.From my point of view the caregivers are exceptionally talented and eager to please the customers. Nice atmosphere, very busy all the times i have been there.

Me and my daughter comes to this nail salon all the time. I love when Brian do my nails he is on point. One Sunday it was so packed in there they forgot about me I guess, Brian did my nails and also gave me two free designs. Love them will be coming back.

Love these nails! Kelly is also amazing if you are looking for a quality manicurist who is open to engaging in fun conversations! She is very detailed oriented as well.However, if you dont get a reservation (and sometimes even if you do) if might take a bit to get your nails started so be sure that you dont have to be anywhere right after. They are just always busy.

Brian did an amazing job. I wanted some ombre nails in dipping powder and when he did 2 nails I decided I didnt like the color combination. He was more than happy to get me the colors again and helped me choose. This to me is important because Im paying for a service and other places would get mad if I decided to change colors. He treated me so well and super friendly. This was my second time here, first with Brian and both times I got great service and pretty nails. Highly highly recommend

I’ll give 2 stars because the service was quick and friendly. But- I have several qualms with this salon. Never have I ever been to a nail salon without drying tables! I got regular polish on my toes and I was shocked when my nail guy said he would just spray them with quick dry and to wear the flimsy flip flops out of the store. What type of salon doesn’t have a nail dryer??? This alone is reason enough to not return. While my nail guy was nice he never asked what shape I wanted my toe nails in and filed them much shorter than I would want. My pinky toes are hurting from them being filed too low. Lastly, he only put a base coat on one foot??? I don’t know what was going on but I was very confused. For $35 I expected better quality. The place was sort of a mess and the atmosphere is just a big room with some chandeliers and not the cleanest.

I would give 0 star but they were super friendly so I will give 2... anyways... it was the worst nails I’ve ever gotten in my life. It was my first time and I didn’t know how good they were. I showed the design I wanted (super simple one) but it was terrible. && my gel nails only lasted for 3 days. The person put 5 layers of gel polish that my nails were lumpy. I was generous enough to tip my technician but I would never go back here... or recommend it to other people.

Now, I’ve been going here since they opened and the last couple of time I have been here my service wasn’t as good as it usually is. I know everyone has a bad day but the past month or so it’s been sorely lacking. This last time which was about two weeks ago, I asked for Dip. That’s my normal and I didn’t get dip. The gentleman put acrylic on my nails. I just blew it off because I was going on a cruise and needed my nails done quickly before we left. Needless to say I went elsewhere this morning to get my nails done.

Very pleased. The best pedicure Ive ever gotten was from here the other day. They get their work done quick but make sure youre taken care of! I will be back for sure!

I just moved to Texas so it was my first time coming to Mansion Nails & Spa. I will definitely be coming back while I live here for the next year. Tammy did a great job with my ombré acrylic nails with a coffin shape and the back massage at the end was a great way to end my experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Been going to Mansion Nails and Spa since they opened! I love this place and they are always so nice when you walk in! I can not complain about the pedicures and I am always pleased with the outcome of my nails! Iget my nails dipped and they do last about 2.5 to 3 weeks before I need a fill.

I highly recommend Mansion Nails, especially if Kim is there! She always does an awesome job. She does it all and is awesome. Very sweet lady!

I took my niece in for a full set and myself a Pedi... guy said sure 15 mins wait. No problem.... 45 mins later Im still sitting with my feet in cold water and my niece still hadent even been seated. Nobody even checked on us, didnt even see a color choice nor was I asked.Very unimpressed with this place and will not return.

Skinny guy called himself the owner did a horrible job. For my wedding day my nails looked off and the design I had requested wasnt even good. Got over charged for them. If you do go please make sure your ready to give up like 2 hours for your nails to get done. On top of that dont go with the skinny guy who is very easily distracted... Kept going to other people as I just sat there waiting and waiting... Very disappointed and will never go again. Wish I could give a 0 on the rating.

Initially, I was a huge fan of this place. However, the last two times I have been two different nail technicians have adamantly argued with me over what I wanted. And neither time my wants were nothing out of the ordinary. The first time, I wanted all white dip, and the technician kept insisting I do a different color because she doesnt like all white dip. She then proceeded to complain about it the whole time she was doing it. The second time, I wanted tips even though they insisted I didnt need them, but I know my nails and as strong as they look I know they will break without tips. They argued to the point that I finally just agreed to no tips. Unfortunately, I dont think I will be returning.

Always happy with my nails and how fast they get done. I never make an appointment and always have someone different do them.

This is an update to my original post. I was disappointed when my regular technician left, but I have a new one and Kim is awesome! I highly recommend mansion nails. I have bee coming here for nearly a year and will continue to come!I was pleasantly surprised with Mansion Nails. The experience is what I have been looking for since arriving in San Angelo more than 2 years ago. I am a mani/pedi girl and am often left disappointed after a manicure, but not at Mansion Nails! Everything from beginning to end was awesome, especially the massage that came with the manicure. I will definitely return!

Got recommended to go to this place after getting a lousy job done at the mall. Mansion is frickin AWESOME!! will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone I know!

My nails came out so great but when my mom went after me she got a different person. This guy was nice at first but he made my moms nails too short. When she asked about it he didnt talk. It didnt help that he got up and walked off leaving my moms nails incomplete.

They were very nice. However, I waited for almost an hour with my feet in the water. Didn’t have time to get polish and then wait to dry. Wouldn’t recommend if you have less than two hours to spare.

If I could give no stars I would! The only reason I give 1 🌟 is the tech was very attentivethe second time around but the way its ran is ridiculous! Went back for them to fix the problem I had originally, tech filed my toenails down way to fair, left a great amount of rough skin and callus on my feet and got an infection in both big toes. When I went back to make them fix the $75 pedi I paid for it was rushed and still didnt get the service I originally paid for. Owner threatened me with his attorney after he originally said he would fix the problem after my toes healed. Would not refund my money and my nail set was also horribly done and never fixed.

They were lazy, didn’t do a good job on my acrylic nails, I’ve only had them for 2 weeks & they’re already popping off like fake nails from walmart. I’ve never written a review, this is my first one because I’ve never gotten worse service anywhere else.

Over sanded my nails could not use my fingers for almost 3 days. They looked good but just too painful to think about going back.. :’(
