Can I add more stars??? I am forever thankful for Reflections Day Spa and Erica Sanchez! Erica is one of the most friendly people I have ever met. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes out of her way to make her schedule work for us.The other staff at Reflections is amazing as well. They always make you feel at home! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

You would think that someone who makes their living doing hair would actually care to do a good job. The cut I got is fully two inches shorter on one side than the other.

Been here twice once to have my hair done and the other for a couples massage. Both visits were great! Its quiet and relaxing. Staff is so friendly and make you feel relaxed. Only negative thing was having to wait over a month for both appointments so you have to plan ahead. Cant wait to come back and be pampered!

Best deep tissue massage in town! I was skeptical doing a two hour massage with a new place but I was not disappointed . I will be going back!

Erica Sanchez is amazing! I have been coming to see her for years! She always asks about pains or problem areas that I may have, and focuses on those areas. She is sweet and works wonders! I will be a loyal client!

Booked an hour and a half massage and 30 minute facial. When I arrived, there were only 2 places to sit, so I had to stand and wait until people were called back for their appointments. The entire waiting room seemed cluttered with stuff theyre selling. 10 minutes past my appointment, the massage therapist walks across the room and says as shes walking that shell be right with me. 20 minutes later she calls me back. The massage was adequate, but she was not wearing shoes which seemed pretty unprofessional and she proceeded to talk about her many relationships for the entirety of the session when I inquired how long she had lived in the area. She finished up and left the room only for me to see that I only received an hour massage not the 1.5 hrs I booked and paid for. The girl doing my facial was very polite, but over the next 2 days I had scabbing on my face from where she used a needle to clear blemishes and my face broke out really bad, which it never ever does. I definitely wont be back and would recommend everyone find a different location to go to.
