If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! They are absolute trash and thieves, and they only care about screwing you over and not helping you out. One of the girls who worked there was nice, but the one I talked to the most was so rude every single time I talked to her. I went in there and explained to her that I was trying to build my credit. So she suggested a title loan, and I listened to her because I didn’t know how everything worked, it was my first time doing this. After I made my payment every month for six months, when I went in to make my last payment, she told me that I owed an additional $658 on a $500 loan, after I had already paid over $600 into it. When I asked her how, she said my monthly payment was just my interest, not anything towards my principal. When I asked her why she didn’t explain it me when I got the loan, because if I would’ve known that’s how it would work I would’ve NEVER got the loan, she said “umm I’m not sure but there’s nothing I can do now because you already signed”!!! She didn’t know how to explain anything and absolutely screwed me!! They came and took my car without even sending me a notice!!! I received it in the mail THREE days after they came and took my car. Now not only am I having to pay 1200% interest on this loan, I have to now drive 2 hours away to get my car. She really needs a job NOT working with people because she clearly doesn’t care about them. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK, and encourage everyone to stay away from this place! They don’t care about helping you! ABSOLUTE TRASH. They literally don’t even deserve the time I’ve spent talking about them, I just want to warn everyone about how awful this place is, and hopefully stop other people from giving them business because they absolutely don’t deserve it. They are the WORST business I have EVER dealt with, PLEASE for you own sake, DON’T GO TO THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A LOAN OFFICE. Trash.

Poor service wouldn’t even hold the account on hold just 4 days but back in San Antonio the agent amber would hold it with no issues and be very helpful and understanding. Only had to ask once and this would’ve been the second and final time for it but obviously they didn’t help me out. So one star since I had to at least choose one to rate.

I had one individual really treat me badly. I got harrassed by phone. Called coperate office, letting them know he threatened me saying he was coming to my job. He then called to my job and told my manager he would not give his name, and that he would be at my job in 15 mins. Its not like i didnt call the office i always responded to them and told them my situation. I do not recommend them anymore. So if you get a referral its not from me. Go somewhere else please.

These people are shady and sketchy as heck. A girl I know was harassed by their district Mgr. The guy kept calling and threatening they were on their way to her employment. First of all it’s illegal to even go to an employer to collect payment from a customer. I would not recommend anyone to get a loan there.
