Avoid if you can. They left sewage water in my sons room after they told us they had throughly cleaned the house. Told us they would get a contractor out to replace the drywall they had to rip out then called a few days later to tell me it would be better if I just found my own contractor to do it because they were too busy. Just want to pay the bill so I can be done with this company for good, but they are even dragging that out.

They say they are open 24 hours, but I called on Saturday at 11:00am, repeatedly, for over 30 minutes, and their phone was never answered by anyone. It just went to a fast busy signal after 4 rings. I finally called Service Master who had an answering service answer promptly.

Shout out to SERVPRO! Called them today and they had a team here within an hour to start on water mitigation! They walked me through everything and their staff were extremely professional and friendly. They explained everything to me every step of the way and I know everything to look out for if there is a next time. Thank you to the SERVPRO group!
