Called on a Friday because another company couldn’t clean carpets because they needed stretching. Tenants move in on Monday so I was pressed for time. Ally helped me get with James who came out Monday morning, stretched the carpets and cleaned them! Also help me figure out why my door wasn’t opening easily and quoted me on cleaning the grout in the tile! Great service from James and the team!

I used this company for carpet cleaning, and the services and quality exceeded my expectations. James the technician was so professional and friendly and did an outstanding job. The prices are so reasonable and saved me what would taken probably 5x a long to do the same job. James also did a demonstration of their tile cleaning products and I was amazed- I thought we had brown grout all along! He got our tile looking amazing and grout back to its original light gray color. We were listing our house and it totally changed the look of the house. Highly recommend!

I wish I had taken before pictures because there is SUCH a difference. We are a household of 2 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs, and all but 1 of us are home all day every day. Our carpets were in the condition youd expect from high activity. Playdoh, dog hair, dust, paint, dirt, urine, and spilled drinks had created stains that normal cleaners never touched. The guys were very professional and friendly. They cleaned our 3 bedrooms, sun room, and large living room rug and were done within an hour. We had used this company for duct cleaning before and Im SO glad we decided to finally clean the carpets. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Awesome company and awesome price. James actually arrived early took his time and explained every part of the process of cleaning our carpet. He took the time to explain what he recommended and exactly how much it would cost before he did anything so their was no surprise at the end to cost. Our carpets looked pretty horrible before James worked on them and they are a hundred times better when he was done. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

My wife insisted that our house smelled like a dead animal and tracked the smell to the vents. We called and they sent out a guy the next day he inspected our vents gave us a price and made an appointment. Quality carpet did a great job they were very quick to get to me for a emergency cleaning. Cleaning guy was very professional and did his job well! Very thorough job cleaning carpets. We have 2 dogs that track in everything, and the technician was able to get stains out. Also had them out for duct cleaning at my in laws and they were able to work around their busy Drs schedules. Very reasonably priced!!

Awesome air duct cleaning! We called Quality because of some allergies and breathing issues we have had. We thought our carpets were the issue, but after doing a home inspection, they found that our Air Ducts were filthy! Quality did a free inspection and used a camera to let us look at them also. Since they cleaned our air ducts, we have not had breathing problems and nearly no dust in the house! Highly recommend calling quality to look at your air ducts if you have breathing issues like us.
