The owner and staff were very friendly. They made room for my mini pins during a very busy Holiday and pricing is very reasonable. Oh and the live chicken in the front yard. You gotta love it! :-)

Seriously so pissed with this company! My boyfriend had upstairs carpet put in about 3 years ago....well we needed to get carpet for our sons nursery downstairs ...so we ordered the carpet about a month ago or more I have been talking with Richard and he was very nice....well it was supposed to be delivered today July 10th, 2017 and Richard called me this morning to let me know our carpet was placed in someone elses house two weeks ago! You talk about pissed off!!! I dont get how a company doesnt know whos carpet is whos. The guy that got our carpet got an upgrade for FREE, but yet we still have to pay the rest of our balance! Nope we should at least get some kind of discount! Its their mess up! They should call the guy that got our carpet and explain to him what happened and if he wants to keep the carpet he can pay the difference but if not then he needs to get the carpet he paid for ( which I was told is a lot cheaper then the carpet we got) Richard told us that this guy walked in and said dang that sure is some nice carpet yall put in so he gets the discount while the people whos carpet that is dont get anything! We asked for a refund and will never shop here again! Richard did nothing to help us or try to get us a discount! He was very rude in the end when my boyfrienf was trying to explain why we wanted the refund and Richard cut him off and said no need to explain so yeah we will never be shopping with them again!!
