Am grateful for Service Masters help. They were prompt, polite and tidy. Regret not knowing about them at the time of the incident.

I would highly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration & Cleaning by Texas. I had some water damage in my kitchen and dining room, and they took excellent care of us. Lane and the team were very communicative, professional, and kind. They were also very trustworthy and kept me in the loop about everything involved in the process. Once again, I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your restoration needs.

We installed an under sink water filter system that worked for two days. On Monday i left the house for four hours. I returned to a flooded home. My wife & I had removed 112 gallons with a shop vac in an attempt to limit water incursion on Monday. I contacted Service Master and asked them to come in on Tuesday. They did a thorough assessment of where the remaining water went, ripped out sections of carpet in 3 rooms and a hallway. The brought in 16 blowers and two de-humidifiers. They started on Tuesday and they came in every day and ran humidity level checks and thermal imagery in the walls. As the checks warranted, they removed or re-positioned blowers. They brought in a veritable army of guys in who, with a minimal of discussion, went right to work and moved furniture and were very efficient. Their manager, Kevin Johnson thoroughly explained the process and unhesitatingly answered my questions. He also stayed in contact via email and phone. They were all careful in the handling of our personal property, and one of them established a bond with our Yorkie. I dont know what the final bill will be but by mid-week it was still estimated south of $2,000. Our insurance adjuster and contractor met with them on Friday, and it was significant to me that they all knew each other from previous on-job encounters, it helped them to move along efficiently in discussing the job. I was amazed that there is a whole system of truly professional people in San Angelo who take their jobs seriously and treat their customers so well. Mr. Johnson stays in contact with me as questions come up. They have thoroughly prepared the home for the next restoration part of the job. i do not regret having contacted Service Master.

I just want to thank everyone at ServiceMasters!! You all are so awesome! My house was wrecked into on a Monday morning and it was boarded up and cleaned by midnight! The operations manager will feed you with so much helpful information and the guys there are just so nice and helpful as well! Thank you all!

Discovering a flooded church building late night of Good Friday is not a pleasant experience. That was our experience this year. A quick call to Servicemaster by Texas Best in San Angelo got the ball rolling. The crew was on site and working very soon, especially when you consider the lateness of the call and an 85 mile trip! They had the water extracted, furniture moved, baseboards removed, fans and dehumidifiers going, and the drying process well underway in just a few hours. Friendly, courteous, and professional in every step in the process. I would encourage anyone experiencing a water damage to call Servicemaster by Texas Best.

I had to call them out at 130am and 4 of them showed up and and starting working right away. Very polite and professional crew. They came by everyday to check the status of my damage. Kevin was in contact with me every single day and worked closely with my insurance company. I would use them again and highly recommend them to family and friends.

Quick, same day service! These guys were professional, reasonably priced and they came out the same day. There is another company in town that came up on search engines, but I called and left messages 3 different times and to this day (2 months later) I still never got a call back, Bobs team answered on my first call and he sent guys out that day. I would use them again for basic carpet cleaning if I ever needed them and I recommend them to friends looking for a carpet cleaning service or help with de-flooding.

These guys do great work and are very intelligent, but the owner does not treat general labour employees very well at all. Got angry with me for drinking water. They do great work and are very professional. I really enjoyed working with the guys I did.the owner then called the temp company and told me to take off the bad report I left facebook. Lol fat chance bubba. I dont wish you or your company bad, but you aint gonna silence me either.

I had Service Master of San Angelo do some work on 2 different jobs. I was very pleased with the work. They got right on the job. Very professional! Highly recommend.

Got up on a Monday morning with almost 2 of water in 75% of the house because of a defective washing machine overflowing. Were at my place 60 minutes after my call, arrived with 3 people and all the necessary equipment. By noon, they had removed over 120 gallons of water, and installed 26 - 3,000 CFM blowers and 4 industrial deshumidifiers. Came everyday to check on the status. Communication was constant and very pleasant. Brought all the carpets back to their initial condition. Very satisfied.

We had a late night water leak within an hour and a half ServiceMaster was there...helped move the furniture and did everything they could to reduce the costs of a three-day drying of carpet and walls.
