Had a water leak awhile back. Called to have two rooms cleaned. The lady said the amount per sqft, she Mentioned a $70 minimum. Insisted we not clean one of the carpets until the room dried. Which was fine, so I said well lets do this other room instead so I dont have to pay $70 for one room. She said they couldnt they had to be somewhere else. In my eyes you planned on doing two rooms anyway, OK. Charged me $70 for the one room and a month later the stain reappeared. I wont be using them again!
