Please STOP DCFS ABUSE NOW!!! Zero stars. DCFS is corrupt on a national level but sadly we experienced it first hand in Utah. Royce Webb and Mary Wilder are 100% unethical, dishonest, untrustworthy, incompetent and corrupt yet getting paid and awarded to not protect innocent children. They destroyed my child’s life, future and our family. I have hours and hours of recordings proving they lied and destroyed evidence in our case. They protected an abusive drug addict and had it out for me after filing a complaint yet they are all in it together so what does one do when there is such injustice. They have zero competence and are not trained to conduct investigations. Investigations should be handled outside of DCFS by trained officials that actually care about a child’s safety. Three schools called in abuse on my child’s father for years and years yet DCFS did nothing but harass me, the only loving parent and only provider for my child. The father abandoned my child to show up years later and take me to court trying to take my child from me. The father didn’t pay child support and was an abusive heroine, pill addict and alcoholic that didn’t work. He lied on the financial declaration about his inheritance that unethical attorneys cared less about. Family court is nothing but a multibillion dollar business destroying families. They forced my child in an unsafe, abusive environment when the father bothered to show for parent time. The emotional, mental and physical trauma and damage done each visit became worse and worse. My child was found several times sitting in feces due to encopresis. My child was forced to hold the fathers head when he had seizures due to drug use. After years and years of being terrorized my child’s father has died leaving my child nothing but wounds that last a lifetime. My child is now abusive and dropping out of school which is exactly what they want to put children in foster care and receive federal incentives. Our lives have been ruined thanks to Mary and Royce and the immense corruption of DCSF in Utah. Shame!!!!!

Once again DCFS has proven that the child is not a priority. A special needs girl was taken from her loving grandparents where she was safe and given back to a mother who will never care for her and allow her to be with criminal associates of her mother and be present when the mother continues to go back to her abusers. What a horrible situation, just because a mother gives birth doesnt make her a mom.

This state took my son when i proved my case worker petitioned my services away without just cause and as soon as our spot in a Fathers and Childrens program opened up and i notified them. The courts stripped me of my baby boy.EVERYONE WHOS BEEN DONE WRONG BY DCFS UNITE!!!!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT. Did you know that an allegation of sexual abuse against your child’s caregiver will basically get tossed in the trash by both our wonderful DCFS and police force if the child is under the age of 4????I have worked really hard from day one of my daughter’s life to teach her how to communicate, whether by baby sign language or by words as soon as possible on both. I taught her early the difference between pretending for fun and lying, the importance of telling the truth. We have taught her the difference between being in public and being in private. Sure, she’s only two and barely mastering English. But we had our first conversation Sunday the 21st. She tearfully and with obvious fear in her eyes told me, without me prompting it, that her day caregiver’s husband had been touching her inappropriately and not just once or twice but a lot. All the warning signs and symptoms of child abuse were there and I was too dumb to have not pieced it together sooner. I’ve taken college classes about children’s psychological development just because I wanted to be a dad one day. I followed all the current and proper tips on teaching my child so that if she was abused she could tell us, her parents. So I believed her immediately and call the CPS intake line.Sunday the 21st the intake worker tells me we can definitely file it as sexual abuse and that a case worker will be assigned who will contact the police for us. Thursday of that week we got a brief rushed visit from Torri the case worker who started with making excuses about how it hadn’t been filed right so she didn’t see it was hers and then while we told her our story she interrupted, basically scoffed at our descriptions of our daughter’s level of intelligence and was extremely rude, defensive and argumentative, she took all of two seconds to even meet our daughter.Then Tuesday, the 30th!!!, we finally get a call from “Detective” Rigby of Unified Police. She made me explain the whole traumatic experience all over just to tell me “yeah we aren’t going to interview her, she’s too young, and so we don’t have a case and we won’t be contacting the alleged perpetrator. Best thing we can recommend is keep her away from the guy.”WHAT A GREAT SOCIETY WE LIVE IN.

This place is WORTHLESS. Shame on everyone here, you are failing these poor children. I filed a report, and since they couldnt get in touch with the abusers they closed the case! Um newsflash, no one is going to answer the phone for CPS and admit to everything. Now three little children are being left to suffer. Shame shame shame.

Horrible job. They make things worse

My child was so frightened of his abusive father that he literally ran away. They supposedly investigated it but nothing ever came of it. Hes still forced to live there when its his fathers custody time. I divorced him because of domestic violence and now hes doing it to my children and this LAZY agency wont do a damn thing to stop him.

This is a joke of incompetent bias slackers that really have no concern for protecting children that are neglected
