The place is cool but unfortunately its awful in an earthquake (if youre looking to rent or own) and some of the units smell (need better ptrap so it doesnt easily smell like sewer).It is a great location. Awesome roof space if youre willing to pay and cool layouts.

A lot of homeless people there.

Call numerous times to inquire about an unit and nobody picks up the phone.

I loved living here. It was very quiet and the AC worked beautifully. They could improve them by making larger closets, and the calk in the shower had some issues but matainance was very fast and responsive. I felt safe living here, however my car did get looted when I left the window open when parked in the parking garage behind the lofts, and my bike was stolen from outside too but thats SLC for you.

I applied for this housing and payed for a background check. They took my money and I never heard back from them. They wont answer their phones either.
