Normally I love this laundromat, it’s small and usually not busy. However, I went there today and the power kept going out. I had to wash my clothes twice due to that, and they still didn’t finish washing. They were soaked and still soapy, then not only did the dryer not dry my clothes due to the power outages but it also ate my money. I ended up needing to go down the street just to dry my clothes. Hopefully the issue is fixed soon.

Owner is incredibly rude. Ive been coming here over a year and just arrived to put my clothes in the dryer after washing them (I went to get groceries while they washed). I had gunk on my hands and went right to the bathroom to wash it off.I was met with an incredibly accusatory Can I help you? and told him I had laundry.Even if I wasnt a customer thats the way you would treat someone who might have an emergency medical condition and needs access to a bathroom immediately?Awful person and will not be back.Edit: Owner chose to respond with a condescending reply that said I was being overly sensitive while half heartedly apologizing and chose to lie about his tone towards me. He then edited this reply within a few hours of posting it. Thanks for reinforcing my beliefs about your character.

Although this is not a large laundromat, it was clean and all the washes and dryers worked. It was $2.25 for a load of wash, and 25 cents for six minutes of dryer time. The dryers are large and can hold more than one load of wash - they look big enough to dry a comforter or blanket. There are also a couple of larger washers. There is an ATM, change machine, drink machine, and detergent and fabric softener dispenser.

Clean. I used the oversize washer for comforters. No complaints!

Fast, friendly, and the big machines are wonderful! It’s very clean, tidy, and the machines are well maintained. Biggest plus is the friendly owner, though. She was super friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate this place. I will be back for my next big laundry jobs that just don’t fit at home.

It was clean and well kept. We needed to use their commercial size washers for our big blankets and it was easy to use. Coin changer machine onsite as well as folding tables. The location is good and not in a shady place; I think laundromats are always in shady places 😊It was $6 for 25 minutes to use the big washer and $0.25 for 6 minutes for the dryer.Good place.

Great! No problems whatsoever besides the detergent dispenser being too complicated for my pea-brain. Didnt expect it to take as long as it did, but my clothes are washed and dried and I only had to spend 15$, so not bad all things considered lol.

Very clean and convenient. We did our laundry in record time and also for much less than at other laundromats. Love the free WiFi and no minimum on the dryer times.

My go to place for bigger items my machine can’t handle. Their prices are fair. They offer WiFi for customers and their dryers are always hot.The best part about this laundromat is that it is constantly being cleaned. I appreciate that as a customer.

The place is super clean!!! Really appreciate that, so I have to give a solid shout out to whomever answered the contact point on the website. It was closing time I was getting my stuff out of there. The doors automated and they locked, All my clothes were in there....thank you for answering and resolving the issue. I can not thank you enough, that service for that second is priceless #karma

I come here to use the bigger machines for bedsheets. The place is small but clean! All the units are new and very clean. There are convenient parking spaces. Definitely will recommend !

Amazing. Always clean, no broken machines, and it’s really reasonably priced. I live in downtown Salt Lake, I drive past probably 7 laundromats to get to this one. Worth the commute!

Clean and easy to get to! I love Holladay Laundromat with the new front load washers in different sizes so I can get all of my laundry done in one visit. My comforters and large rugs easily fit in the 4-load washers and even the 6-load washers are so nice and easy to use.Being open 7-days with early open (and even late close) is really convenient especially with my busy schedule. Holladay Laundromat is a hidden gem that has a clean environment, great hours of operation, super accessibility, and top of the line equipment. Id highly recommend Holladay Laundromat to anyone, with or without a washing machine and dryer.

This is a great laundromat! I went in to wash my sleeping bags from a recent scouting trip, and the washers are huge! Fit everything perfectly. Brand new washers have been installed and the place is immaculate. Highly recommend swinging by next time you need to get something washed. I think you can tell that these guys really care about how the place looks and makes sure that it stays clean. A+

Left my wallet several days ago and just realized it today. Contacted the owner and they were very prompt in their reply letting me know their cleaners found it and turned it in. Also, come here once a week to do laundry and it is always super clean.

It was great! I happened to be there the same time as the owner. I had left a shirt out that I needed for work the next day and he showed me how you can now stop the machine to add laundry if you need to. Saved me from wearing a dirty shirt the next day. Thanks again Craig

Really clean every time Ive been in here. Open 24 hours which is nice for those of us who keep weird hours. The best is they dont have a TV/radio blasting the most asinine thing possible.

Small, but very clean and the customers who came in were very friendly and offered advice (I am new to the area/laundry at a laundromat). I planned to spend the whole day there, but there were so many machines I was done in less than 2 hours.Wi-fi worked great and kept my 4 year old entertained with a movie while we waited. They do not have a staff available on-site at all times, but the phone number to reach someone for issues was clearly posted. I had an issue with a dryer and the person on duty was extremely responsive to my text (a surprise for it being a Sunday and all). He was also very friendly and quick to mark the dryer as out of service and looked to be investigating the problem.I tried very hard to avoid going to a laundromat because i was very uncertain of what it would be like. I am so glad I chose Holladay Laundromat. My experience was incredibly pleasant and I will definitely come back often!

Great laundromat. I was there when the manager/owner was there and he was really nice. Great wifi ~ 50 Mbps down! :) but dont abuse it! I was camping and this came in handy to get caught back up in the middle of my trip.

Love it and open 24 hours. Not enough parking and doesnt have high efficiency dryers nor uptodate equip with card reader only coin operated.

Convenient location. Had the pleasure of meeting the manager due to a dryer not working for me. He paid me back for the loss and assured me he’d get it fixed! Will be back weekly!

Very clean. Not busy at all. Had a little problem and the owner responded quickly to resolve it and was AMAZING!! Seriously. Best customer service Ive had in a while. Did I mention the wifi is strong enough to watch Netflix?? Yeah. Its fantastic. This will be our go to place until our dryer is fixed.Thank you guys!!

Washed a medium sized area rug in their giant washers to avoid a $70 drycleaners fee. It worked out well.

I use this laundromat rather than the laundry at my apartment complex because the machines are reasonably priced, clean, and they work well. Ive only come across one dryer (ever) there that didnt get up to 180 degrees quickly.

Never been here but just reading the reviews I am quit concerned.. the owner decided to get on and comment on the good reviews but didnt address any of the concerns anyone has specially the fact that her employees are closing the store 45mins early. And for that I will not be spending my time in that shady place. Ill stick to RedHanger. You are the weakest link... good bye.

This place is really expensive and it ruined a pair of jeans and the dryer burnt my favorite shirt and a pair of pajamas got ripped. When I talked to someone they said it was not their problem.

Put my laundry in at 840pm came back and forwarded to drier at 910. 48 minute drying cycle so I returned a few minutes after 10. The doors to the laundry were locked. The door on the laundry mat states it closes at 11pm. It was locked up at 1015 at the latest. Costs 50c more per wash than the laundry mat 1 mile north on highland. Never coming back here.

Its open 24/7. Has good Wi-Fi. A restroom. Dryers are cheap. Not very big inside is my only complaint.

I travel a lot and am always worried of what kind of place Ill find to do my laundry. This store was the cleanest I have ever been to and I was in and out in 45 min

Somebody stole all of my belongings. Called and text the owner. Said they were out of town. Nobody ever got back to me. Just a terrible way to treat a customer. Dont run a business if you really have no intention in running it.

Its just kinda small but the people who come here seem nice enough! They need a vending machine with candy & chips n stuffs though, I think, they have a soda machine, but Im always hungry when i do my laundry!!

Cramped but clean. Seemed expensive but I dont know how that compares to other laundromats. Probably comparable. Went solely to wash large blankets.
