Wanted to like this place after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, the large washing machine I choose was a bad gamble. 👎🏻It started off taking my quarters and then stopped after I had inserted multiple dollars. I stood there for over 15 mins just trying to feed the machine so I could start the load and I couldn’t get it to take the rest of the payment. I ended up leaving with my duvet unwashed because I didn’t want to gamble on another bad machine. Won’t be returning.

I really like this laundromat compared to others in the area. It well kept and not really a problem center like other places. I can do mountains of laundry for a great price and it’s nice. The only downside is I’ve had the throw away countless items of light colored clothing because I’ve gotten stains on several occasions that do not come out. They’re like grey grease stains almost? I recommend only doing dark items here because of that. All in all, I’ll keep coming back. Just going to hand wash anything light at home

Best laundromat in the city. Nice selection of machines in a variety of sizes and styles, from the large front-loaders to the smaller machines like we had in my house growing up. This means a variety of price points as well. WiFi works, TV is usually set to sports and not too loud, which is great. Machines only take quarters, so do bring cash (both coin machines work and are clean). I go on Sundays, and its busy but I havent had to wait for a machine to be available. Sufficient parking and things to do nearby.

Cleanest laundromat I e ever been to. Had place I back to park a bobtail.(I’m a truck driver) Reasonable prices with a great coffee shop next door. Highly recommend.

My coworker mentioned this place now that I moved where I dont have laundry hookups.I drive from Capitol Hill just to use this laundromat because of how well kept it is. Able do to a weeks worth of clothes and bedding for a reasonable price. And best of all, unlike laundromats out here, it is clean, free of transients, and always fairly empty.Only downside is how warm it was when I went, but considering 100* temps outside and all the washers(with hot water) and dryers going, it was reasonably cool.

Best priced laundromat around, the old cleaning guy is back and hes the best, and the owner is awesome. Machines work great, and its always clean in there.

This place was ready and available, everything worked fine, they have a snack bar machine, drink machine, soap machine, change dispensers, large washers and dryers and stays open till 10 pmAlso the lady that takes care of the place does a great job.

At the 4th St. Laundry Mat it was convenient and clean. There were plenty of washer in all sizes available as well as dryers. The necessities like Xtra bags and laundry soap were stocked and the change machines were accessible. There was free wifi available and accessible. Thank you! We will visit again as we have a need in the future!

I was at this laundrymat thi morning ant the detergent dispenser took my mony twice but i got no soap. I called and left a message about the problem. It has been over 2 hours, I called again and still have not heard back. They hav just LOST a coustemer!!

Laundromat is very clean, reasonable coin machines with many sizes and choices to fit your needs. They are open until ten and you can put your last load in the washer at 9 pm. It it wheelchair accessible with wide open isles. It also has distance markers on the floor and requires a mask for the safety of everyone.

They are always washers and dryers available and it’s so clean. There’s AC and WiFi which is a huge plus. The only reason for the 3 star is that it’s a little more pricy than others in the area. I also had a 3 different machines eat up a total of 6 quarters and the machines wouldn’t return the coins 😑

The owner keeps it clean and most appliances are in working. He is friendly and responds when you call about a problem. Great place to do laundry. It is not very busy during the day.

Been coming here for a while and I love it! one of the machines ate some of my quarters and the owner was pretty quick in reimbursing me.

Machines here cost alot!!!75 cents for 7 mintues!!!!25 cents for an additional 4 minutes??? Are you crazy!!

This place is pretty nice. Its got a lot of open area, theres not a ton of seating, but when I went it wasnt super busy though. They even have an employee here that was walking around helping people, which seems nice. They have security & appear to be able to help if your clothes were stolen.

Pretty spacious and plenty of machines to do laundry. Even have machines for huge loads which is great when you dont have a lot of time or have a lot of things to wash. Definitely will be coming back.

Dont be fooled by the comforting smell of fabric softener that settles around the building like a silver cloud of hugs. This is, after all, a functional laundromat. If you have dirty or stinky clothes (and honestly, most of us do) this is the place to fix that. With ample washer selections ranging from single-white-male-sized machines to polygamist-family-sized machines, you can wash anything. The dryers heat up like the surface of the sun or can gently blow warm air on your dedicates (whatever you choose, it costs the same). Maybe while you are waiting you can visit Alchemy Coffee next door.

Overall its a great place, decent machines that work pretty well, but there have been very few times that Ive been there when I havent been hassled by a drifter to use my phone or give them money. They also congregate there to use the bathroom to shower and clean up. Its not really the fault of the owners, theyre just trying to provide extra services for customers but its being taken advantage of for sure and can be annoying at times.

A super great place to do laundry. I have a washer at home but not a dryer I go there to dry my clothes about 2 times a week theyre inexpensive and there dryers are. There is a coffee shop about 15 steps away so if youre looking to dry your clothes and chill in the coffee shop this is the place to go. The 4th Street Laundry also offers free internet as does the coffee shop. So try this place

Nice and wholesome tiny little laundromat with a cute mural on the wall and enough cameras that you feel safe inside. No employees were present, though.

The facility is always clean and has prices similar to other laundromats in the area. Theres always plenty of washers and dryers to use even when its busy. An added bonus is the wifi which means I dont have to be bored.

This is an awesome coin laundry place, the staff is amazing, I wish I caught his name, but he was helpful and took good care of the place. Highly recommend.

Its small relatively out dated they do have a bathroom small parking nice coffee shop next door its pretty cheap to do laundry you can buy detergent there and they do have security cameras but I would still stay with your laundry

This is a clean safe environment to do laundry, in the summer they have air conditioning and they usually have plenty of machines available but sometimes the most use ones are all full and you may pay more just because you have to use a bigger machine. This is place is not cheap but not really expensive either.

4th St Coin Laundry and its very nice!! Clean, LOTS of machines of various sizes, change and vending machines, A/C, color TV, and very fast Internet!! All they need now is a pizza place next door.

Its mothers day and my dryer broke. Here i am at the laundromat a few blocks from my house. I know this is a bad nrighborhood but really...Group of transients hanging out....People talking to themselves obviously high. Kids throwing trash everywhere and there mom is doing nothing...as Im typing this the transients are arguing about how the girls ran when the cops showed up last night...and now they are threatening to kill each other ( in front of the little kids) ...great...at least the kids arent throwing trash anymore.

The vending machine wasn’t taking dollars and it ate my coins. No delicious Milky Way for me. I also could not find the WiFi password anywhere and the bathroom was pretty gross, not well stocked.

One of the bigger machines kept my clothes washing for several hours and kept calling the number on the wall for assistance but never got a hold of anyone or received a call back.Waited for my clothes to finally stop washing then had to transfer to another washing machine to finish rinsing and spinning the wet clothes. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
