The staff at natural smiles was exceptionally cordial and professional. I have struggled with cold sores my entire life, so I was thrilled to find them and their special laser treatment! I woke up this morning to my cold sore already feeling a million times better and almost gone after being treated yesterday!! I have a very long history of working in the dental field (nearly 10 years total with 2 as a hygienist and the rest as an assistant). Though I no longer work in the field, I am very picky about dentists. This office absolutely nailed it. Everything from the way they are handling the covid pandemic, to their general protocols of care are absolutely stellar. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and Dr. Provine is thorough, thoughtful, incredibly talented, and most importantly trustworthy. I came into the office thinking I was going to have to have a tooth extracted. The tooth was kind of an important one (as all of them are). Dr. Brickey saved my tooth !!! Root Canal !! It took longer than an extraction, so my time in the chair was taking away from someone elses appointment. My time in the chair was like I was the only patient in the whole office. They ( Dr. Brickey and Britney)were so attentive and made sure I didnt have any pain at any time. I would recommend this office every day of the week !! So pleased with the whole experience !

Hands down one of the best dentist offices Ive been to. Dr.Provine is super nice and friendly. I love how her and the staff explain things to you so you understand what they are wanting to do, or suggest you have done. I also love how they are respectful of your time and get you out asap if your on a time crunch. Im super paranoid about dentist offices because they are playing around inside your mouth and no one wasnt their teeth or smoke ruined, but these guys are amazing and Im glad I picked them 😊

After a few unpleasant experiences at other practices in the area, Dr. Provine and her staff have been very refreshing to work with. They do a great job treating you like a human being rather than just a set of teeth!At my initial exam and cleaning, they were very thorough in explaining my overall dental health and areas of concern where I should consider having work done. My first filling with them was super quick and they did a much better job explaining what they were doing and how the process went than any other dentist Ive been to. Theyll even show you pictures they take mid-procedure if you want to know whats going on in your mouth, which I really appreciated.Office staff has been great as well in providing accurate estimates of what will be covered by insurance and what Ill owe out of pocket.

Long term patient and Ill never go elsewhere. Dr. Brickey is thoughtful and conscientious and a real craftsman. Does solid, quality work. His staff is also top notch and professional. Plays great music, too!

My previous dentist was wonderful, but his location was a bit of a commute. Friends highly recommended Dr. Brickey and his staff. Being that their office is only minutes from my home and work, I figured Id give them shot. I was skeptical. Finding a good dental practice is a bit of a gamble and to willingly leave a good practice is somewhat foolish. Well...Im glad I did!The atmosphere is friendly and professional and the conversations are engaging and personal. Everyone takes the time to make sure youre comfortable, educated, and well taken care of. They give encouraging and honest advice, plan and perform procedures that work within your comfort, and they dont give you the run around. Dr. Brickey and staff truly enjoy what they do and it shows in their work and their actions.They are phenomenal and their work is impeccable.

Dr. Brickey is one of those rare individuals that can make everyone feel like they are his favorite patient. He has taken care of my teeth for over 25 years, and my children as they have grown up. Dr. Brickey has taken an active role in coordinating with orthodontists for braces and oral surgeons for implants as the need has arisen he has made sure that every aspect of dental care was done with long term planning and superior results in mind. He is also very practical doing what needs to be done, by planning for the future and not doing unnecessary work that will have to be redone. I have recommended him to many of my friends who have become patients. I would not think of letting anyone else oversee my dental care.

By far the best dental care Ive have so far. Always willing to work with you, the staff is pleasant and accommodating, and there is no judgement if you request gas for dental anxiety. They make going to the dentist a little less of a trial.

Dr. Brickey came highly recommended by a few friends, so I took a chance. Amazing!! Dare I say I now look forward to cleanings?First, the women working with Dr. Brickey - from Lori at reception to the hygienists who have the pleasure of staring down our throats - all remarkable, friendly women. Conversation goes straight to climbing, travel, ... life (not my teeth and gums). Although the feedback does come eventually, its kind and nonthreatening.Secondly, Dr. Brickey is so cool. What other dentist sidles up next to you with a cup of coffee to chat about your teeth. I always felt like I had to fib about my coffee and wine habits. :) And it helps that Dr. Brickey is an amazing family man, has a good sense of humor and has a strong desire to just be a good human!As far as my smile goes, I literally got new front teeth - veneers built onto my existing, ground down front teeth. I went from rating my smile a 5 to a 10. Loving your smile is so important. I really got such a confidence boost from that transformation.Now I live in Vermont and when Im in Utah, I make appointments to see Dr. Brickey. Hes just that good!Thanks, team!!
