This is a very friendly office. Always smiling and happy to see you. And they are eager to make the visit the best possible... Even accommodating my inability to breathe through my nose when lying back! You should definitely come visit them!

This place was exactly what it sounded like. Everyone was warm, friendly, and efficient. I would say I’m excited to go back, but as I’m going back to get a crown put on, I don’t think that language would be entirely accurate. In any case, my experience there was everything you could hope and want from a Dentist’s office. Five stars, would recommend.

Warm Family Dentistry is awesome! They do an amazing job of explaining everything from billing, to what expect from your procedure. They customize a step by step plan to address all of my needs, and they do so without judgment. I felt at ease with Dr. Cold knowing that I was in great hands the entire time. And watching Netflix was a great distraction from the anxiety. Nobody loves going the dentist, but I actually enjoyed the entire experience!! They have earned a life long customer/patient in me. I will be referring all friends and family to Dr. Cold and all the friendly people at Warm Family Dentistry. 👍👍👍

I visited Warm Family Dentistry for the first time for teeth cleaning on February 11, 2021. I had a very good experience. The hygienist was very gentle. The equipment at the clinic is state-of-the-art. Dr. Scott Cold was very pleasant. I was impressed with my visit and will attend again.

I have been with this company as a customer for possibly 13 years. When I was younger, I did hate it because... well I was a kid. Although I did acknowledge that Dr. Cold and his associates were much better than my prior dentist. My prior dentist left me with some trauma and so my family and I left. I had some of the same procedures done at Warm Family and it soothed some of that trauma.Warm Family stays on top of the recent dental tech. They have lasers for cavities and recently I had a laser remove a tissue growth within my mouth. I havent had a bad experience with Warm family in the 13 years that Ive been coming there. I would recommend this dentist and crew to take care of your moth stones.

This was my first visit and I found both the hygienist and the dentist very thorough and explained issues and recommended follow-up very well. I’m very picky about dentists, have had more than my share of incompetent ones, but I’m optimistic that Dr Cold will be the dentist with the kind of expertise I’ve been searching for.

Be careful this dentist will tell you one price but then bills you a higher amount. I would always get a second opinion as this dentist cares more about money than patient care. They billed my husband for routine cleaning and X-ray. I will avoid this dentist if you can.

Emily was so kind, patient, and really made my first ever trip to a dentist so very nice. I have pretty severe anxiety, but she took the time to explain everything very clearly and I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Dr. Cold is very nice, and seemed very knowledgeable. I forget the name of the lady at the desk, but she was very welcoming and kind as well. I feel comfortable going back once I save up and can afford to get everything take care of.

Im giving four stars because it was my first visit it was a good place everyones friendly nice especially after I came a little late but once I start getting my teeth fixed and they do amazing job then I will give them the 5 stars. But I do recommend going there everybodys nice respectful friendly I enjoy that.

I have spent most of my adult life being terrified of the dentist which in turn makes for a mouth full of bad teeth. I needed all new teeth and Dr. Cold and his staff has been absolutely amazing! They took their time with me, explained everything and above all else made sure I was comfortable and not in pain! I have found my home and no longer need to suffer silently or hide my smile! I highly recommend Warm Family Dental!!!

AVOID THIS DENTIST !!!I was examined and quoted one price however after my treatment was over, a month later I received a bill that was more than double of what they had originally told me. Plus this dentist does not respects patients time. All my office visits, I had to wait at least for an hour for him to show up.I have never been charged for routine twice a year cleaning until I visited this office. They dont even deserve a 1 star but I didnt have the option of no star.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Every need was addressed, and I was given all available recourses for cost and I didnt feel like they were just trying to take my money and get me out the door. (This is generally my experience with dental offices)

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, warm, and so very understanding to peoples needs. I have serious anxiety, and fear, due to a horrible experience with other bad dentist. I came to Dr. Cold in serious pain. He determined, that it was due to a botched root canal the previous dentist did. Not only was he understanding, but he was thorough and gentle. He eased my fears, and made me as comfortable as he could. This place is truly amazing, and so is Dr cold. I highly recommend coming here.

After using this dentist a few times now, I am no longer sure. We always seem to be getting up charged or sold unnecessary dental work. One day we’ll be told we have a credits on our account due to insurance kicking in, then those credits will mysteriously disappear. Money seems to be a driving factor here. I always feel the need to get a second opinion.

WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!!I will advise you to stay away from this dentist but if you have to go always get a second opinion because he cares about his money more than your health. You will have to pay for Basic X-Rays and routine cleaning that I havent had issue with other dentists. During examination he will try to recommend as much dental work as he can to increase his own profit so always get a second opinion. They will also give you a wrong amount that you have to pay for your own portion but later almost double that.Oh and did I mention? both of my office visits he was more than an hour late. No respect for others time (but if you are more than 15 mins late they will charge you). I wish I could charge him for being more than an hour late. STAY AWAY !!! I will find another dentist.

I felt so taken care of!! It was a positive experience for me. Everything was explained clearly to me, and I was able to make informed decisions about what I wanted to do, and how I want to care for my teeth. I think this is my favorite dentist office - and I’ve been to over 6 in my lifetime!!

WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE of my life. My 11 year old son went in for sedated dental work. Dr. Cold was NOT compassionate. At my first appointment I told him that my son had had really traumatic experiences in the past. Explained the type of sedation wed used in the past. He scheduled him for conscious sedation without TELLING me that is what it was. When my son lost it during the procedure Dr. Cold got ANGRY with him, yanking instruments out of his mouth. He FAILED my son. If you or your loved one have any kind of anxiety about going to the dentist DO NOT GO HERE. He was so horrible. And after he didnt actually perform any work he then charged me $209 for the sedation that DID NOT WORK!!!!! Please dont go here it was so awful. I would give zero stars if I could.

YET ANOTHER UPDATE: Apparently, they forgot to submit my claim to insurance, so the outrageous price I was paying was just for my wifes work, which again we should not have had to pay for anything. So now the unthinkably high price I had to pay originally is likely doubled.ADDITIONAL UPDATE: We went in for a REGULAR. CHECKUP. and somehow they managed to slap on every service possible, which cost me and my wife a ton more money than I have ever paid for any cleaning and xray ever before.UPDATE FOR RESPONSE: No apology AND a backhanded response instead? Were you typing with your pinkies out? Because that response was super classy.I wish I could say that I had a great experience here, but I cant.- Called to schedule an appointment and was given a really awkward experience because I had questions about the treatment and the person told me the office would answer it....didnt I just call the office? Thanks Kathy.- We went in for a cleaning and x-rays for my wife and I. It took almost 4 hours. Even though we didnt do them at the simultaneously, that is STILL a very long time to just get that done.- To be fair, they did however let me sit with my wife during the procedures (she is terrified of the dentist office).- We both felt like the dentist (Dr. Cold) was talking AT us instead of TO us. He was a bit...well...cold. Like it seemed like he wasnt really listening to what we were saying.- The work they quoted us was almost $10,000 AFTER insurance. We went to my old family dentist and we were quoted about $300 after insurance. You read that right. 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS down to about three hundred.- We were at the family dentist and requested x-rays from this office (which again, took 4 hours to do) and the receptionist was less than helpful. Actually she outright told us she wasnt going to do it because it was too much work to do and hung up on us….Im sorry, what? We called 3 hours ahead of time for you to ship over some pictures of x-rays and the cost estimates you gave us. Surely, someone could find the 5 mins it takes to send an email. Luckily our family dentist was willing to retake all the x-rays for free so he could give us a proper 2nd opinion. I doubt Dr. Colds office would have done the same.- Remember how I mentioned that my wife was afraid of dentist offices? Like absolutely terrified? She felt comfortable (enough) at the other office.- We will be going to Mont Blanc dentistry from now on.

Love going to this place...always letting me know what I need to get done...very thorough even the hygienist she explains the xrays in detail...had a deep clean done.. and of course Dr Cold knows I like to get put out so I feel No Pain .

Very dishonest dentist who does shoddy work. Lied about the estimate, lied about what he was going to do, caused an entire year’s worth of pain and multiple visits due to lousy work, and now after barely two years, one of the crowns fell off.

Doctor Cold and staff are extremely knowledgeable, always on the cutting edge of research and best practices to take care of my genetically cursed teeth! I always leave feeling so cared for, physically and otherwise. These excellent people really want the best in care for everyone that comes through their doors.

Worst experience!!Always get a second opinion With this dentist. Doesn’t seem honest. I had to wait an hour and half for him in the chair for him to finally show up.Not honest with billing either. Will tell you what your portion be and then will bill you a much higher amount.

These people are my peeps. They are friendly, informative, they keep me smiling and my smile pretty.I wish I could make comments on other peoples reviews. But since I cant, Im going to add to my original review. I feel like Ive been using Dr. Cold for as long as Ive been married. Im not the best at going every six months. But hes always been nothing but kind, friendly, and jokes around with me. Theyve never lied to me about estimates. They are very clear about the fact that it is indeed an estimate based on what my insurance will cover. Sometimes a bill will be generated before the insurance covers your payment. All you need to do is call that number and theyll explain that to you and tell you to disregard the bill. Instead of leaving a terrible review about the dentist maybe you need to just cage the rage and redirect your frustrations where they belong. Yourself, for not having a grasp on the word estimate.

++good dentist, best time to get drilled is now. They have many new machines since the last time our space intersected and the warm and charming staff will have you chugging classic coke so you can hurry back to the gentle pulse of the laser drill. Did i mention this is the most fun Ive ever had getting a crown?Today my mother needed a bridge reattached, the dentist is very accommodating, he came out to the parking lot to do the work which I thought was very considerate.

They are great people who know how to make an unpleasant experience easy to deal with. I love their high tech imaging system.

I really love this dentist! They are quick to get you in and all of the staff is super nice. I feel like a wimp sometimes and feel like I need more anesthesia than maybe others do but Dr. Cold is super nice about it and Ive always felt comfortable letting him know what I need. I FINALLY found someone I feel like I can trust. I will continue to see him for life!

The staff as well as Dr.Cold are very kind and helpful! The new office is awesome, heated massage chairs, TVs, as well as a nice hook to hang your jacket and purse on are just a few of the comforts that make going to the dentist easier! Dr.Cold is a very kind man and cares when you ask questions, he takes his time to explain things to you! I have been to several dentists looking for a good one, so if youre like I was reading reviews to decide on a new dentist, look no further :).

2 reviews1.0 star rating 12/17/2017This was one of the worst dental experiences that I have ever had. Typically, I have always enjoyed going to the dentist. However, the experience I had here was so unprofessional. During my entire treatment, Dr. Cold did not tell me what he was doing when he was filling my cavities. I never knew when he was administering the numbing injection. He would start drilling on my teeth without even telling me what he was doing. Not to mention he was chewing gum with his mouth open the whole entire time. It was overall just a very bad experience. My filling also fell out the next week and I developed a really bad sore on my gums after he cut them by accident. I will never go back.

Went in for an emergency Root Canal assessment, left and came back the next day for the minor surgery. Was treated great, superb service. The surgery went really well, no problems with any immediate pain after a few days. Except for the few expectations after having a root canal. Nothing ibuprofen 500’s couldn’t fix!! Great dentist! Thank you, Dr. Cold!!

I went to Warm Family Dentistry a few times and was pleased with a nice office and good customer service but found one major drawback. After they told me that I had a few cavities during my second visit in a row and I felt no indication that I had cavities, I was slightly suspicious and got a second opinion. At the second dentist (Foothill Dental), they said that different dentists have different philosophies for when to fill cavities, but that there were no significant signs of cavities or that I should get any fillings. I believe Warm Family Dentistry is a nice place, but I believe Dr. Cold may be jumping on every possible opportunity to give you a filling.

Corporate Cronies, they pad there bill hard to the insurance company. They say free x rays and cleaning. Then hit your issuance 109.00 for a basic x ray, 85.00 for a cleaning. Thats not even the kicker they charge 43.00 bucks to tell you to brush your teeth.. (Oral Hygiene Instructions )

My first experience here was great! When I first walked in, everyone was all smiles. The doctor let me know what I needed to get done and helped me understand why I needed the treatment. Staff was amazing! I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

Ive neglected my teeth, and have a LOT of dental work that needs done. Dr. Cold makes it easy to digest, is happy to answer any questions, and was very nice to work with. Hes also gentle and makes sure you have enough anesthetic.I still have several visits with him, but its going great. I will update again when Im finished.

I am leaving 2 Stars because the hygienist was amazing and friendly, but I would advise that you NOT go to this dentist. During the procedure, a device was put in my mouth in a very rough manner and it hurt my lips and gums. I also had trouble breathing during the whole procedure and didnt feel like the doctor cared to not cover my nose. I felt like he rushed everything and now I cant floss on one side of the tooth and there are rough edges. I also looked at my bill and noticed 2 charges that could not be billed to my insurance, one of them for tools the dentist uses during the procedure in the amount of $125. I asked another dentist if they are honest, legitimate charges and he said no and that he had never seen those charges included in the cost of this procedure. I do not plan to go back.

Words cannot express how great Dr Cold is. He and his staff are caring and wonderful, and he is the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever been to. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease and I would highly recommend him over any dentist. Give him a try and you wont be disappointed.

I absolutely love Dr Cold and everyone on his staff! I have had some pretty bad experiences with dentists and never wanted to go back to another one! But the first time walking into warm family dentistry i felt completely comfortable and at ease. Dr Cold has done a lot of work in my mouth and each time i go in i know with out a doubt that i am going to be taken care of. I cannot thank him and everyone else in his office enough for what they have done for me. They have saved my smile. I would and have referred everyone i know to him. I give them 10 stars.

Dr. Cold and staff are very helpful and explain what they are dong and give alternatives when asked. Prices seemed reasonable and worked well with my insurance.I had to have an emergency appointment after hours and he met me over there and replaced a temporary crown in short order.Would recommend to anyone.

I have had a difficult time finding a dentist who can successfully numb my mouth when I have dental work done, but I finally found a dentist who can! I was actually able to relax enough to fall asleep during a root canal. Great dentist, even my kids like going to see him. The dentist even came in early on a Saturday to help me with a problem I had. I would recommend to anyone. The receptionist is also very nice, she reviewed all of my insurance and helped me maximize my benefits.

I have for all my life hated the dentist, until I found Dr Scott Cold and all of his wonderful amazing, friendly staff. Dr Scott Cold put all my fears to ease. I just recently had a root canal done and being totally honest I could have taken a nap it was so easy. Even when my temporary crown came out and I was freaking out Dr Cold answered the emergency line himself and ensured that I would be ok and they fit me right in that next morning to get it re fitted. I would recommend Warm Family Dentistry to anyone and I will be a lifelong patient of theirs. Thank you to everyone in that office for being so amazing. See you in a few weeks and forever. :)

The new building is amazing! For the first time, my children actually enjoyed going to the dentist! I love the tvs, back massager, choices of flavors, the bright environment, and the service. They are quick to help out in dental emergencies, are fun and playful with my kids, and have solutions for whatever problem you are having. Ive been having migraines, and who would have known that the dentist found the root of the problem was in my mouth! Whatever doubts I had about keeping Scott Cold, they are all gone! (Updated 10/27/2015)Original post April 2015: We have been very impressed with Dr. Cold for many reasons. It is hard to find a dentist who works Fridays, which is nice. However, we also are impressed by how he not only runs his practice, but teaches at the university as well. He has treated my family a few times, but has been extra careful with my husband especially. He sometimes is hard to numb and had a filling from another dentist fall out and Warm Family Dentistry resolved the problem promptly and with great quality work. The fun play with words with his practice shows his sense of humour (Dr Cold at Warm Dentistry), and he is a devoted family man while also showing great care to his clients. I highly recommend this well-rounded professional.

Dr. Cold is very warm. They are clean, professional, friendly, accommodating, and thorough. They have payment plans that anyone can afford. And their nurses are cute.

Went in with my wife so that she could have some work done on her teeth (three of them had to be pulled). Dr. Cold was very efficient with his work, and my wife has had minimal amount of pain afterwards. He kept himself very professional, worked well with his staff (one did not know where a certain tool was before the procedure, and he was courteous enough to say, Thats okay, here, and got up and showed her where it was), and the overall experience was a good one. Going next week for my own check-up.

When I went in with a molar problem, Dr Cold quickly assessed the issue and fixed it. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and quickly escorted to an examination room. My experience was quick and painless which is always a bonus at the dentist office. I was impressed by their state of the art equipment.
