I love coming here, all the dental staff are caring and good at what they do, and they make sure you are comfortable, even with the little things like using warm water in the sprayer when doing a cleaning so it doesnt hurt. I am also confident in the fillings they do and they dont overdo it either. If there isnt a reason to drill and fill they wont. Their hours are also amazing.

Great place to go if you have a fear or disdain for dentist offices/procedures.I only had to wait 2-3 minutes from the time I walked in for my appointment until they were sitting me down.They have amazing customer service, super kind staff and provide free second opinion exams!Dr. H. was very thorough and provided several options for how to proceed with my major restorative services.At the end of the appointment they they showed me a breakdown of the entire plan and went into detail on what was and was not covered. (Thanks Christine!)I never felt rushed, they patiently and thoroughly answered every question I had, and they are conveniently open past regular business hours, so I didnt have to miss any work!I havent had any actual work or cleaning done yet, however, I have every confidence that they will continue to provide an excellent level of service on a consistent basis.

Love this place!! They make you feel welcome and at ease and they don’t try to get you to do anything that isn’t necessary! It’s always a good visit when I go which is hard to say about a dentist appointment, but they are amazing! I live in West Jordan and I drive about 40 minutes to get to Legacy Dental. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great experience and best emergency dentistry in Salt Lake City. Came in one weeks ago in emergency and had an infected tooth pulled out. Very quick and easy service. Went again today for teeth cleaning and have 2 wisdom teeth pulled out. I was working with Dr. Jonathan Campbell was professional, friendly, and very prompt.

Excellent care after another dental practice essentially failed. Not an easy procedure. Dr. Campbell knows his stuff, is skilled, professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEGACY DENTAL.

I have not had the best experience at this office. I went in because I had a cavity which Dr Campbell took care of but also said another tooth needed work because the filling wasn’t done right so he wanted to fix it. That was a big mistake because that tooth wasn’t even hurting. After he was done with that tooth it has caused me pain ever since. I can’t eat or drink anything on the right side now. Anything cold causes the worst pain. I went in three times to have him fix it because it was hurting so much and he is not able to fix it. He now says I will need a root canal because it’s too damaged. I would’ve been perfectly fine had he not touched that tooth. He kept saying to give it time and it should be better. Well it’s been at least a month and it’s not better. Not the first time something like this happened to me at this office. On top of that, I got sent a bill which is obviously unfair to have to pay. Like why should I pay to have my tooth ruined. This is why I hate going to dentists.

I had a cracked wisdom tooth pulled. The dentist made sure I wouldnt feel any pain. I ended up with a dry socket, I went in and my dentist took care of it free of charge and Im in so much less pain. Ill only be going to legacy from now on.

Legacy Dental is the best dental group we have gone to (and we are 55 which means a lot of dentistry 😉)! The communication, staff, and overall care is exemplary! When walking in the door, you’re greeted with a friendly face and every face you see thereafter is just as friendly and kind.Generally, I have avoid dentists because of past treatments elsewhere, but with Legacy, I have no qualms/anxiety about walking in their door-even when going in for major work.

Dr. Hesselgesser was incredible! I have extreme dental anxiety and he and his team went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. I needed a root canal and I didnt feel a thing. The other amazing part is he doesnt charge for oral sedation. My past dentist charged $300 for the nitrous/Valium combo yet Dr. Hesselgesser charges $0 & you are only responsible for whatever charge you incur from buying the prescription. In my case it was only $2.16 @ Walgreens after insurance. 💯 Another awesome thing about this dentist is theyre open till 8pm! This is great so I dont have to worry about it conflicting with work schedules and baby sitters. 😊 I dont care if I move an hour away Ill be going to this dentist for all my future dental care.

Legacy Dental is a best Emergency Dental Services in Salt Lake City. Dr. Jonathan saw me at 8:30 at night, I was out of severe pain within minutes. Nicest dentists ever. As a child, I had a quite mean dentist who really left me hating having my teeth worked on, and as an adult I didn’t go to the dentist for over a decade.Eventually I did need to get some dental work done and came in to Legacy Dental. Despite my being on the verge of panic, everyone was SO nice and worked hard to help me feel comfortable and pain free. They even include relaxing gas at no charge, which is the BEST ever. I have an inherited resistance to Novocain and need extra shots to get numb. No big deal here! They’ll patiently give me extra shots as needed. I’ve seen Dr Campbell and another dentist there. Both are great, and all the staff and dental techs are wonderful.I’ve gone from dreading the dentist and not going for over a decade, to always coming in for regular visits. When I first came to Legacy, I didn’t have dental insurance and they were happy to have clear fees and costs.I highly recommend Legacy Dental.

I had to get 2 teeth pulled today that were causing me pain and 1 of them was infected. Dentist H was my dentist and he did amazing work. Dr. Hesselgesser got me in fast when I had a really BAD toothache that my regular emergency dentist couldnt see me for. I think it was maybe an hour between when my husband called to when I was in the office and I didnt have to wait very long to be seen. Even better, I was sure my regular dentist would have preferred to just pull the problem tooth but Dr. H said it could be fixed with a root canal and crown. Im definitely coming back here for the rest of my dental work. 🙂

Went into shock during a tooth extraction. My body went cold and I started to shake uncontrollably from head to feet. Dentist and staff failed to read my chart and notice that I am diabetic. They fed me frosting and orange juice an waited for me to stop shaking. Dr. Belkhe (dentist) had said that they must have got some local anesthetic into a blood vessel that resulted in shock. I appreciate the honesty; which is why I am rating two-stars instead of one. Honest professionals who admit errors and then do what they can to solve the problem are a rare breed. That said, I went in already suffering from dental-anxiety. With this experience I think Ive graduated to severe dental-anxiety.

One of the most painful experiences in my life. Got sent home with a hole in my sinus cavity then they pawned me off to a different dentist to fix what they did. Found out how much damage they actually did and how much it would cost to fix everything. Ended up getting the tooth extracted after Legacy had already charged me for a root canal and crown. Its bad enough being an adult and having this happen dont ever bring your kids here.

Dr. H and his staff have always been very professional and made every visit comfortable. Legacy is also very upfront about the cost and your options for paying.

I had an emergency with a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled, these guys got me in the very nxt day! The staff were very polite and made me feel comfortable. The Dentist, Mr. H, was very quick and thorough and made me feel comfortable and less anxious with the procedure. Price was also fair and they give good options for payment. I’m 2 days later and I already feel a huge difference pain wise. He hooked me up with pain meds and antibiotics and am expecting a quick recovery.I highly recommend Legacy Dental to anyone that needs a good dentist! Very professional. 5star rating

I bounced around a couple of dentists trying to find something that worked for me both in budget and quality. I looked up a bunch of reviews etc and decided to give Legacy a shot and made an appointment. I am sure glad I did! Since I first called I have been impressed with this place. I got in for a cleaning and checkup within a few days of my first call. Had to have a crown replaced, it was affordable and quick. If I need anything I call and they usually get me in that day or maybe a day or two later. This place is the best! I have found my new dental home. Thank you to the whole Legacy team!
