Love this office! I have been going for over a year for check ups and had bridge and veneer work done in 2014. Dr. Roberts listens to what you want and gives you the best options. The assistants, hygienists and office employees are amazing! They are so nice and make the process extremely easy for patients. Its a great experience every time. It can be hard to find a great dentist and team so I will be going to this office even if I move out of this area.

I absolutely loved Dr. Roberts office. The front desk (Elaine) was amazing and friendly. Even when I forgot to give her my insurance information until I showed up for my appointment she quickly took action making numerous phone calls to get the right information on coverage for my treatment. The hygienist was super nice, had great personal skills and was very professional yet took the time to care. Dr. Roberts listened to my concerns and gave a very detailed exam and explained everything so I had no doubt what was going on the entire time. What a great experience!! I highly recommend this practice.

Kim Roberts has the best staff and his table manners are great. I have waited to post a review though because who cares how nice people are because actual service is far more important in dentistry Well, after a few years of regular cleanings, I had a filling break. I called Monday afternoon and they offered to squeeze me in the following Tuesday morning. The filling was perfect and I was very pleased I was able to get in so quickly.

Not a big fan of the dental chair. I have been going to Dr. Roberts for the past year and a half. His staff is professional and helpful with regards to appointments, insurance and reminders. The 6 month teeth cleaning, prophylaxis, by the hygienist, I feel, is very thorough but gentle. Dr. Roberts is also kind and also gentle and explains the best options for your teeth. I have total confidence is his work and processes.

Dr. Roberts and staff are quick, kind and professional. They always seem to remember our past conversations which is surprising when you only come 2x/yr.

Dr. Roberts and his staff really were amazing. While no on likes going to the dentist, I have real fears (so much so, I limited my review to 4 stars instead of the 5 they deserve:). His staff was professional and really caring. I normally do not write reviews but that is how I found Dr. Roberts. I would highly recommend him!

If you dont have a dentist that personally treats you like this dentist office does, why would you not make a change to get this type of care and experience? Great Dentist! If youre anything like me, and hate going to the dentist, this is the place for you. They make you feel right at home and take great care of you whilst youre in there care. I have had cleanings and fillings there, and every time I leave feeling great.The Take away is: If you hate Dentists, you will love Dr. Roberts.

Wait time is minimal and the staff are helpful and friendly. Dr. Roberts knows his stuff and is an excellent dentist! I would recommend them to anyone!

Being fairly new to Salt Lake City. I didnt kmow where to go for dental work. So a friend /co-worker recommended this dentist to me. I got lost and very late for my appointment. So i called and they stayed on the phone with me until I arrived. Once I arrived I filled out all the necessary paper work and immediately they had me in the back taking x-rays and accessing my teeth and gums. Told me straight up what needs to be done and what steps they were going to take to help me with my situation. That made me feel very comfortable and willing to trust them to do all the necessary work. They were there for me with no judgement just respect. Great staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.Thank you all.

Dr. Roberts and the entire staff are awesome! Ive always been nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Roberts is patient and takes time to listen to my concerns and calm my fears. The hygienists and assistants do a great job. They are thorough and I actually look forward to my cleanings!

My father-in-law recently retired as a dentist, and is out of the country, so I didnt really know where to turn when I started having some pretty serious tooth pain. I was referred to Dr. Roberts from a co-worker who has been using him for 20+ years as his familys dentist. I was squeezed in to be seen that same day. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal, but they were able to get it taken care of the next day which happened to be before a long holiday weekend. It was great to get the tooth fixed so quickly so I could enjoy the holiday.We set a follow up appointment 1 1/2 weeks later. During that time, I received a text confirmation of my appointment, a text reminder a few days before, and even a personal call from Dr. Roberts himself to make sure I was okay and to see if I had any questions or concerns!Great all around service, follow-up and general concern for me as a patient. I have already referred 2 people to him and wont hesitate to do so again.

Dr Roberts and staff are the best, I know Im getting the best and honest care. I strongly recommend this office to everyone, they have the patience for any special needs and really small wiggly children. Thank you Dr Roberts :)
