We needed a specific color vinyl to correct a customer sign. We checked with all our current suppliers and came up short. One of our directors suggested Region. They came through with samples that our customer approved which allowed us to meet their expectation. The ordering process was easy and their service people were very helpful. A lesson our local suppliers could learn from. We will use them again and I highly recommend them.

I have been ordering cut aluminum sheets for a number of years and I could not be happier. The sheets are cut precisely and packaged securely.I use them in oil painting and find them infinitely superior to canvas. Light weight strong. I feel blessed with the service I receive and would highly recommend them to anyone in the art arena looking for a quality product and great professional attention

I’m a small contractor that spends what regional would consider insignificant amounts of money. I recently purchased a window covering product at the Salt Lake City location. After purchasing I found out the price I paid for the product was at least 50% higher than a friend pays for the exact same product. My friend does a large amount of business so a mark up is understandable, but 50%...? I called the sales rep for my area two different times, left a message both times, never received a call back. When I called the will call desk they just told me they couldn’t help me. How exactly does a small business ever become anything other than small when they are required to pay so much more for materials. I’ll close by saying, I truly understand the economy of scale, but 50% markup seems a little extreme!Follow up comment: it’s been roughly 1 week since I left the original review. The manager did contact me and explain what happened with the pricing. He made it right going forward and refunded my overpayment. I was pleasantly surprised to see the follow up, thank you.

Seems that no one in sales has the ability to think past what their computer says. And, theyre so lazy about getting vinyl sample books that they expect a customer to drive MILES to check will-call for a sample book instead of taking a minute to put a caller on hold and checking. I have always had good a experience with regional. My salesman (Boyd) has always been able to help me with technical questions about different types of material. Material is delivered that day or the next. Unless it’s a non stock item. You may be able to save a few bucks somewhere else. But the service wont compare. And in most businesses service means everything.

A little more expensive than some of the online places, but if you buy more than $100 in supplies (really easy to do) theyll deliver it to you for free, therefore making it cheaper than paying the online store for shipping! These guys are great and were very helpful with my questions. I went in to purchase vinyl by the yard for a car vinyl wrap project. They went out to the car with me and suggest how much to get. It did take about 10 minutes for the vinyl to be cut to length and put on the roll but this was expected. If you order before hand Im sure those 10 minutes would be saved but I wasnt worried about it. Also picked up a few of the necessary tools and all were reasonably priced. Will recommend to friends!

Excellent service. Needed to pick up some smaller sheets of vinyl for a project, and Regional had all the colors I needed in stock. Took about 5 minutes to get what I needed and on my way! I purchased the 3m 1080 and it’s awesome quality!

The staff here at the Salt Lake Regional Supply is always great to work with. I can always find the colors of Vinyl that I need and if I dont they are usually able to order it in. Next project, Wrap a 1990 Miata MX5 with custom color order.

Too expensive for what you get! In my experience it was just acrylic for a basketball hoop (backboard) and came to over $115.00 as I was willing to pay it because I left it (hoop) with this company! Good people just a bit pricey.

Called to see if I could get an acrylic sheet cut, the first lady was pretty nice but said she had to redirect me to sales who was super rude and said theyd only cut them If bought them from them. I personally wouldnt deal with this place it was a frustrating phone call to which I only needed a simple answer. The bad review isnt because they couldnt/wouldnt cut them its because the sales lady was a jerk.

The class was well presented, the instructors were knowable and get to answer any and all questions. The material provided was very helpful and informative. I have some prior experience with HTV and so I left off one star because I felt like the presentation could have gone deeper into the how tos. But then again it was advertised as a beginner class.

There website is horrible to order from. If you select customer pick up, they automatically put it on there truck and try to deliver it to you. There ability to do easy math on on orders is very lacking.Besides the bugs in there website, they are a company that sells artistic products and lets just say there is not much art on there website. Looks like something from 1998.

Useless. I went in there and needed to get a sheet of clear acrylic, they were out. No big deal I asked if I could order 2 sheets. The dude stared at me a sighed like somehow it was a big inconvenience for him to do his job.When he could finally be bothered to roll his seat up to the computer he just asked what color? Oh ya know the color I literally asked you for 10 seconds ago. No questions about thickness, grade, or anything else relevant.Dont bother dealing with them. Get your plastics from a company who actually cares about what theyre doing.

When Ive needed a sheet of plastic, theyve always had it on hand. They cut it to my size and are suprisingly accurate for a rough cut.Nothing extraordinary to earn a 5 star, but no complaints either.

So I never thought I would leave a bad review for these folks but if I could leave -5 stars... they would deserve it! The terrible customer service I got led me to the reviews. Others have said sales team is garbage, Ill say that Brian with his poor suggestion for an over priced semi rigid roofing when I repeatedly told him i wanted a d needed rigid corrugated roofing in bronze plastic/plexglass ordered overpriced coreplass, forgot to submit the order so I got it a month late... hes worthless! His supervisor Boyd, justified the mistake by saying he has made the same mistake I was stupid enough to continue with the $1000 order only to receive a partial order, not enough product to do the job I notified them of the problem and Boyd said he would order a $9 piece to make it right then went back on his word when his supplier sent non-specific pics attempting to cover up their error. In a nutshell, had I seem the reviews I would have noticed that sales team is not good, their leader is dishonest and I way WAY overpaid for an incomplete order! They wanted $9 FOR missing part plus $191 to ship it! SHAME ON YOU BRIAN AND BOYD! You certainly didnt deserve a commission for botching this order and since you were all to unprofessional and poor at math to realize that I ordered enough product and shouldnt have to beg for the missing pieces in order to get the job done, you screwed up! I did what I should have done in the 1st place, had I read the reviews, i went online, found another company and bought detect. Instead of $200 to regional supply $45 to my new plasic supplier. RS will not see another $ from me!
