I originally left a bad review because I though I wasnt getting my full refund, but after looking over it, I did indeed receive a full refund for a sale they had. HRP did the right thing and I left a bad review in error and I apologize. I am currently enjoying my Dementor XP from Hobby & Recreation Products and have purchased a couple of parts that I have broken from the crazy speed this truck is capable of. The shipping was free and very fast. Because Im not in the state they do business in, I was not liable for tax at the time of purchase which is another benefit. All in all Hobby & Recreation Products have been good to me and it was a lapse in judgment on my part for having criticizing them the way that I did. I do recommend them and if you happen to purchase the truck I purchased, you will thoroughly enjoy it just as I am now.

They provide excellent customer service. I had a problem with a product I purchased from one of their retail dealers. They promptly sent me a replacement part and when that didnt solve the problem they promptly replaced the product.

I dont know the name of the person who was helping me, but I emailed them about a micro drone that had motor failure in flight. The rep was prompt, friendly, and helpful; I only asked what motor I could replace it with, but they instead offered to exchange my kit for an entirely new one ($50 value). That definitely beats me trying to fix it, or having to buy it again. Most importantly, I had initially mentioned to them that I had paid cash and had no receipt, yet that didnt change how they approached my issue. Im very grateful for their customer support.The replacement was express-shipped and arrived in perfect condition, and they sent a follow-up email to confirm that Id received it. The drone itself is extremely well built, and its clear now that my original purchase had been a defective unit.Because of my good experience with this business, Id be happy to look at more advanced products from them in the future.

Great R/C selection and prices. Very poor processing and shipping times. Im still waiting on a Dec 30th order and its Jan 8th. I live 50 mins away so it should be a couple day delivery tops. I contacted customer service and yesterday, they said my order is in process to be delivered. My last order, in mid Dec also took many more days than expected to be delivered. This seems to be how they process orders and the reason for my 3 star rating.

Spoke with one of you reps, his name was Joe, he was outstanding. He went over and beyond to address my questions, concerns, and ideas! Because of it, I am headed to the site to make some purchases I need!
