Empty pockets and remove belt to exit the building. If you dont completely have it down with no mistakes after two days, they let you go. The background talking, with my own wandering thoughts I guess made it frustrating for me and I couldnt concentrate fully, feeling insecure and stupid while being watched, and while learning the functions of their system on their hand helds with tiny touch screen buttons. Instead of one person training me through the week to guage my learning curve and working style they passed me around to 3 different trainers in a day, and they all expect you to have it all figured out and know where everything is right off the bat. Its not for everyone.

Company expects more and pays less. If you cant speak spanish, then dont expect a raise or higher position. Temps come and go very quickly. On the positive though, if your looking for a job and you cant pass a background and/or drug test then this the place for you.
