Good place to deliver, takes awhile but not their fault because theres a lot of mixed stuff on the trailer.

I manage a local flooring store and I try never to order from Mohawk if I can help it because of the warehouse. There is no order at will call and I have routinely waited for 30+ min to pick up an order. I really like the product and the company but I am way too busy to hang out at will call.

Online it says it closes at 4pm when you arrive after 3 but before 4 you are treated like you have a low IQ and are told they close at 3pm that your information Is false. The prior staff was amazing these new guys we’re and are currently a bad decision, in my opinion of course.

We have had a terrible experience with Mohawk. We purchased their Luxury Vinyl product and installed it in 5 rooms on our 2nd story. The product looks nice but our issue came 2 months later. As soon as spring hit, the sunlight coming through the windows began warping the floor. This isnt the normal expansion you need to plan for, this is 4-8 bubbles anywhere the sunlight hits. These warped panels do not fully recede once the the sunlight leaves the area. It stays warped! We contacted the retailer who sent out an inspector. The retailer told us they had seen this in several cases and was quite common and a problem they are seeing more and more. The inspector confirmed this same thing. When the inspection report came back it said that we should at our own expense and using materials we would be should replace it and then Install window coverings that could be closed during periods of direct sunlight preventing the sunlight from hitting the floor. That is right, they told us to replace it at our cost and then not let direct sunlight into the room ever again. That is the actual quote from the report. Now, thinking that was ridiculous I asked them to reconsider. After going back and forth many times they told us that they would NOT replace or refund our money although it is clearly defective. I heard multiple excuses. One is that their warranty doesnt apply if the temperature exceeds a certain amount... but then later they came back and said that would only apply for fading and sunlight should be able to shine on the product. They agreed that sunlight should be covered for warranty but then wouldnt actually do a warranty. They asked us to do test after test taking off the quarter round and ensuring appropriate expansion even though we told them again and again this isnt a problem with expansion. So the bottom line is that they didnt want to replace or refund us and there wasnt anything more that we could do about it. Keep in mind that it isnt our batch that is defective, it is the entire product line. So not only should you not use their products, you should not use them if you expect to get any kind of customer service or reasonable warranty. I will never purchase another Mohawk product again and I wont use my local retailer again either since they didnt do anything to help us resolve this issue.

We went to a local carpet store to choose new carpet. They didnt have the sample colors in stock that we were interested in so the carpet store ordered some samples from Mohawk. The samples came in a 6x6 square- too small to even see the overall color, let alone the texture pattern. I called the main warehouse in SLC to see if they could help me or had larger samples to look at and the phone number just rang, and rang, and rang. I refuse to spend thousands of dollars on carpet based on a 6x6 sample. Not sure this is a company I want to buy carpet from- chintzy on samples and no customer service.

The description of this location is carpet store and this might lead someone to believe that if they wanted to know more about the different types of mohawk carpet and get recommendations of what they should use or simply go over the samples they have there this would be the place to go. Dont waste your time. There are displays there, but no one to go over them with you or tell you about their products. Again, dont waste your time by going here
