Im so glad I did. Money well spent! My 14 year old carpet feels nearly new.

This place is amazing! I moved into a house where the previous tenants had a dog and there were pet urine stains everywhere in the living room. John came in and detected the affected spots right away. Hey worked fast and efficient. When he was done he looked under our couches and he found more spots. He had some extra cleaning product from the previous job and he didnt charge us extra. Great company, great man!

They came and did a he horrible job my carpets dont even look like they cleaned them it took over 48 hours for them to dry so much for Chem-Dry they havent made it back yet Ive had to make two different appointments for them to come back for their guarantee so I could spend more money theyre horrible I dont suggest anybody ever use them

The service was excellent. They cleaned my carpet and furniture for a very reasonable price. Within hours my floor and furniture were mostly dry, and by that evening were completely dry. No wet/damp floors to deal with for days like the previous cleaners I used. There was one spot that didnt come quite clean so they came back and just hit that spot at no charge.I would definitely recommend them.

It had been too many years since we last had our carpets cleaned & honestly, I didnt hold out much hope that a variety of spots, stains & heavy traffic areas could be restored. I was very, very pleased that after the cleaning our carpets look fabulous! The difference is amazing.Paul & Natalie were timely & efficient, yet very effective at what they undertook to do. They answered all my questions, give some good advice & suggestions and then got after it producing fantastic results.Paul even detected some cat urine odor evidence that I guess I had just become used to. The PURT product did the trick in neutralizing the smell.Definitely will use them again and give them my highest recommendation.;

Got carpet cleaning at the house I just bought, and Natalie did an amazing job! The previous owner had an indoor labrador and there was hair everywhere, but I won’t have to worry about it anymore because the place was perfectly cleaned. I’m happy with the service and would totally recommend it.

Natalie cleaned the seats/floors of my car on 5/9/19. She was amazing! 10 stars! I hid my keys on my car while working out of state, and she came to my car. I received updates from her via text message and returned to the office with the pleasure of jumping in a car that smelled new again. Give this woman a raise!

The only negative I would have is that when I read the reviews, most people said the traffic patterns and what look like worn areas will come clean. The company claimed the same. The technician said the opposite. My carpet looks much better than it did, but I was disappointed that some traffic patterns did not come completely out.

The employee that cleaned my carpets was very nice and professional. I was home alone with my baby but felt completely comfortable having him in my home, which I greatly appreciate. My only complaint is that the cleaning was quite a bit more than my quote. I was expecting it to be more, but the end result was a little pricy. The carpets look excellent though and I would definitely recommend this service.

Paul was my technician. He was friendly and came pretty close to when they said someone would be there. He was accomodating (I had a rug and two rooms cleaned instead of 3 bedrooms). He did a great job on the rooms and got out all the spots my kids made with food and who knows what else. I would go through them again.

Natalie was WONDERFUL. super friendly and worked SO hard at getting our carpets and sofas clean. we have two dogs (& a lot of dog hair) and our sofas have never looked better. She also did a stellar job on our carpets as well as getting out old stains on our stairs. I would highly recommend this company and Natalie.

The guys who came were professional and friendly. One was mentoring the other on how to perform some duties. The trainer was instructing the other to do whats needed to be thourough. I felt like I was in good hands. The smell of the cleaner is an orange dent, which doesnt bother me, but I feel my throat getting a little tight. Maybe if it werent so hot Id open some windows.

Chem Dry has been cleaning our personal home and rental apartments for several years, and I have always had complete satisfaction with their cleaning services and professionalism. On several occasions a stained reappeared and they came back promptly to take care of it. Recently, I spilled a plant with soiled water on our carpet. I was convinced that this was going to be permanent, since it penetrated the pad down to the flooring. Paul, the owner at Chem Dry, said that theres a good chance it will come out, but it might take a treatment or two (at no additional cost). True to their word they needed to come out on two additional trips to get the stain out. I have always been impressed with their professionalism, commitment to their word and reliability; I highly recommend them.

I have used them many times to clean the furniture and carpet in my high-rise condo. They were one of the few carpet cleaners that have the equipment to do so. Theyre always very quick to accommodate my appointment needs and are in and out very quickly and have a very friendly and courteous staff. Im always extremely happy with their consistent results.

In and out in an hour. They cleaned 650 sq ft of carpet for me. Left a fresh orange scent for a day or two. Dried in a few hours. Got out some dark stains that had been there for years. Looks so great and clean now!

Best carpet cleaning this house ever had + Natalie was all about customer service. I’ll only ask for her-

My wife dropped off a urine-stained area rug to have it cleaned. When the rug was done, they delivered it to our door, which was great, but sadly it still stank of urine. They also left a bill that was about half the cost of the rug. We tried a few more things ourselves before throwing the rug out as the smell made it unusable.I dont fault them for not being able to get the smell out, it was a pretty thick rug, but we were under the impression that they could clean it. If we knew that there was any doubt that they could get the smell out of the rug, we would have told them not to attempt to clean it, knowing the cost.The reason I gave them 5 stars despite this, was their customer service. When I talked to them on the phone, they apologized for the communication issues and dropped the charge. That kind of customer service is difficult to find these days. I would go back to them again in a heartbeat. After this, I want to give my business to them.

Can you say bait and switch? They advertise low prices but the low price is for a room the size of a closet. The rep will give you the good cop bad cop routine blaming it on the main office but the bottom line is you will pay more than advertised. The late Friday afternoon rush job wasnt great either missing corners, underneath doors and the edges of the room. Main traffic area was better but not great and it really wasnt that bad in the first place. I ran a white towel over the area and it came up brown. Not sure they really cleaned much of anything. It did dry fast though. :)

I called on a Wednesday around 4pm and was scheduled the next day. The technician was here within the time frame and only took 1 hr to clean my carpets. He did an amazing job, they look brand new and the pet smell is gone. They also were the cheapest around. When I called I explained my situation with my sons room and the lady confirmed that they can get pet urine out of the pads this was the 16th company I had called, they were the only ones who could clean all the way down to the hard surface. Thank you Ryon for making my carpets look and smell new.

I had used Chem Dry when I lived in California, almost 10 years ago now. Zerorez had been talked up quite a bit here in Utah, but the results were not long lasting at all. Tried another carpet cleaning service, but was less than satisfied. Then I saw the Certified Chem Dry ad in the yellow pages of the phone book, and called immediately. I was so pleased with what Chem Dry was able to do for my house. I will now never use anything else!

I had a great experience with Chem-Dry! I ended up with some stains at the bottom of my stairs that mightve been from the dog running in muddy or someone dropping something (and forgetting about it) but after multiple attempts of scubbing with upholstery/carpet cleaner and soap and water it wasnt getting any better. The Chem-Dry folks got it out no issue and gave me the product they use to take care of spots inbetween carpet cleanings. They were honest and friendly and explained how the different services/treatments work and made sure I wasnt buying something I didnt need. Will definitely use again~

I had my carpet cleaned by someone else and there was still a huge dark stain in the middle from wear. Chem-dry came in and completly removed the same stain. They did a pet treatment and when the dog urine came out of the carpet and left spots they came back for free to remove those as well. They also did customer service calls to make sure I was happy. A++ They were more expensive than the other company, but you get what you pay for.

I have used Certified Chem-Dry for years. I have had issues with pet accidents. I have used several different carpet cleaning services come in to remove the stains and smell. Certified Is the only company that removed the smell and stains out of the carpet. Money well spent!
