We needed all our carpets cleaned and a 2’ section patched from an old fingernail polish stain so we could sell our house and he did an amazing job! When we called Jimmy to clean our carpet after our basement flooded, he also informed us that he could help us with other aspects of our basement renovation (replacing our carpet pad and replacing our existing carpet, putting in drywall and puttying, replacing our baseboards). He fit me into a same day appointment on a Saturday, which I was very happy about!He explained that his cleaner has the right ph to not leave soap residue, so I’m excited to see how the carpet dries! The couch smells allot better! There is some small dried food marks on my couch I can get out myself, and also some sticky marks from my kids. In the end of the service he explained a sticky spot he couldn’t get out of my carpet so I’m glad he let me know. He gave me tips on my fuel injectors on my car and also advice for my husbands engine on his cruiser, nice of him to do that!

I have some heirloom furniture that I was reluctant to clean, velvet arm chairs and they turned out gorgeous! I’m so happy. He talked me through the process and then had me FaceTime with him so he could get a better idea of what the chairs were like. Others who I have gotten bids from before just said “sure no problem”. We needed newer carpets to be re-stretched as wrinkles/creases had appeared in numerous areas. After asking around, we found them to be super responsive to our inquiries about cost and time frames to do the work. We decided to have them clean the carpets while they fixed the problems. Their prices were very competitive, and they were able to fit us in their schedule in a short period of time. They showed right on time, and were very friendly and informative about the process and work while they did it. The were speedy with the work, and the carpets looked wonderful when they were done. A Fresh New Look did exactly exactly what their name says. Usually, weve had to sacrifice quality for price, but we got a great deal AND great quality. Jimmy, was very personable, professional, and thorough.

I reached out to A FRESH New Look through Facebook, he was very responsive, and immediately wanted to call me. (Red flag #1), after talking with him he told me that he could get at least 90% of the pet urine out of my carpets. He arrived at 8am the following morning, after walking around with a flash light, the removal turned into 70% (Red flag #2), and the cost was wait for it .... almost $900 (Red flag #3), he literally stood and stated he was the best in the business (Red flag #4), he could not keep his stories straight on how many companies use his technique (Red flag #5). Additionally, we needed some carpet damage from another dog repaired in a doorway, he wanted to take a piece of carpet, and GLUE IT IN PLACE!!! He then said that was all he could do and it would be rough and not soft. (RED FLAG #6). He then recommended we just replace all the carpet in the bedroom, I know the urine is bad, but we spend $6k for carpet, we paid extra for the water barrier pad that he told me would help with the extraction, now hes recommending complete replacement. (Red Flag #7) When we decided that the cost was more than we wanted to pay he continued to text me, pushing and pushing (Red flag #8). When we pointed out that his math was off he then stated I do not have to give you a discount to which we replied youre right. You dont have to discount anything, but I nor my wife have to use your company. We appreciate your time but have decided NOT to go with A FRESH New Look, L.L.C. his reply your loss. (9th and FINAL RED FLAG) He was told then not to contact us, so what did he do?? Sent a FACEBOOK message. If you want someone to push your around and tell you how bad your house is by all means give this guy a call, hell take your money and insult you while he does it. We really tired to give this guy a chance, but after closer examination Im glad we didnt.

A fresh new look came out to clean and stretch my carpet as well Repair a leaky lose flange on my toilet. A true one stop shop handyman. He was extremely quick to come out and had the knowledge of how to fix it immediately. The toilet is now more solid than it’s ever been.
