I had two guys come out to clean my sectional sofa last week. Here are the pros:1. They were on time.2. They were communicative.3. They were polite (taking off shoes, offering to wear masks, etc.)4. They were honest. We talked about them cleaning my jute rug and they shared their concerns, which I really appreciated.5. They got the job done in an appropriate amount of time.6. The couch looks better.7. Payment was quick and easy.Here are the cons, hence the reason for just 3 stars:1. There were several spots they couldnt/didnt get out.2. I paid for the protectant but have seen no results i.e. the sofa seems no less protected now than it was before.3. While the couch looks better, it wasnt worth the money, in my opinion. If Im going to pay as much for a cleaning/coat of protection as I did for the couch itself, I want to be impressed. I wasnt. It looks like I cleaned it....except that it cost me $300.

I have nothing but good things to say about Scott’s Carpet Cleaning!! We have 10-12 year old carpet that feels brand new after getting it cleaned by Scott’s Carpet Cleaning! The price was reasonable, Randy, our technician, was on time, communicative, careful with his equipment, very friendly and worked really hard to clean our carpets and listen to my concerns about some stains (which were all removed). I have fallen victim to ZeroRez’s “carpet rinse” and just thinking that my carpet was too old/dirty and just needed to be replaced but Scott’s Carpet Cleaning did the job and i’m beyond thrilled with the results! Scott was just awesome. He really helped me out in a pinch before a move out inspection. Another carpet cleaner came over not once but twice and still didnt clean the carpet all the while with an attitude! When Scott was done the carpet looked ten times better. This is one incredible company - they showed up 5 minutes early, spent time to clean the carpet correctly and Gabe took time to explain what he did to remove the pet stains and odors. I have used the chain carpet people (stanley etc) this company puts them to shame, great value, great service, incredible people. If you get your carpet cleaned and dont use this company, your a fool. .

I rarely write a review, but my experience with Scotts today is some of the best service that I have ever received. Had my MILs sitting chair cushions cleaned of some paint/glue (?) stains and they got them out. It took them much longer than they thought--but they stuck with it until it was perfect. Quick service, reasonably priced, and we have a new looking chair. Could not have been a better experience...and he and his sons were super easy to work with.

These guys are amazing! We just moved and didnt want to replace the carpet downstairs yet but it was GROSS. They cleaned it to the point I actually like going down there now. Amazing work on my two microfiber couches. They were on time and extremely professional. Very polite and personable as well. My couches look amazing and the pet odor and stains are gone. They even did my throw pillows. They worked very promptly and kept everything clean. Also very fairly priced! Family owned and operated and they will be my go to for any of my carpets or furniture!

Theyre punctual, professional and provide great quality. Weve used Scotts three times now and I highly recommend them. As a family run business, they are wonderful to work with and make the process very easy. We have a small dog that has left some stains in several areas on the carpet, but they cleaned up well regardless. Both the odor and stains have come out and the carpets looks several shades lighter.

Scott Carpet Cleaning did such a fantastic job cleaning all the carpet in my three level house. They took extra care to treat some very stained areas. It all looks fantastic! They were on time and were excellent workers. I used them to clean just my light colored basement carpet about five years ago. I haven’t needed to clean that carpet again until now because it stayed cleaned so long. I just decided to do it for routine cleaning and a few spills we had. This goes to show that they use good products and good methods because the carpet does not get dirty again quickly like when I used other services.

Very happy customer! Fred cleaned my neighbors carpets and I waited a few days to see if they were happy once the carpets dried. They were very happy so I called for an appointment. Amazing results! We have used Scotts carpet care for years now, although we frequently wait too long between cleanings and our 3 dogs take a toll on our carpet. This week, we asked Freds team to clean our carpets & tile again. They got the stains out and our carpet looks new. Our light-colored tile and grout just looked dirty from all of the traffic. They were able to get the dirt out of the grooves in the tile and get the grout back to its original color. I highly recommend them. I appreciate their upfront pricing and that they dont try to upsell their services.

Pretty disappointed. They cleaned our carpets prior to moving into our new home. The main goal was to remove the pet odor. Carpets were supposed to be dry the next day. 4 DAYS later, carpets are still wet and pet odor still prominent, with an added smell of mildew due to wet carpets. I would rather have used the $500 to go towards carpet replacement, had I foreseen this outcome.

Scotts is fantastic compared to all the cleaners Ive used in the past. Fred came out and just did two rooms for me, my living room is basically a toilet for my two small dogs and it smelled terrible. He took the carpet off, cleaned the pad, back side of the carpet, and the top side. He applied some odor eating enzymes, and now it smells and looks fantastic.Previous cleaners in the past just steamed the top, and then left. It almost smelled worst after they left since all they did was bring up pee from the pad into the carpet.If you have animal smells, Scotts is the only place to call. They da real MVP.
