Jesse came out today to clean my upholstery a few spots on my carpet. There were some stubborn stains on part of the carpet, but he got all of the stains removed. My couch and recliner look brand new. This is the first time working with Common Cents Carpet Cleaning, but they will be the company I will always use! Ive tried using other companies, but not only were their prices better, they did a better job. If youre looking for a great and wonderful smelling carpet please give them a call. Highly recommended

Jesse was our technician. Arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Due to cool, rainy day the carpets took about 6 hours to dry enough to walk on them; upholstery took longer which was expected. All items are quite clean and smell fresh. By the next morning everything was dry and looks great including a wool rug that was cleaned. Will use this company again.

Larry arrived promptly on time, and did not deviate from his quote, something I really appreciate. He was very efficient in his work and had my rugs looking spotless by the time he left. My house has a carpeted area of 1000 square feet and he was able to clean the area in roughly three hours time. His job was impeccable too. I will be calling Larry to come back in the near future. Ive used Common Cents carpet cleaning several times. These guys are thorough, polite, very careful, and very reasonable. Ive tried several other companies over the years, but none can compare with Common Cents.Note that there are TWO companies in Salt Lake listed as Common Cents carpet cleaning with two different phone numbers and two different web sites. They are, in fact, the same company.I highly recommend them.

I compare prices every time before I get our carpets cleaned and I always end up going with Common Cents because their prices have always been the best. This time there were scratches on the corner of one wall. The technician was honest and admitted that he didnt use a wall protector. I received a check to cover the cost of touch up paint within a couple of days of reporting the issue. Neither the technician nor the owner were rude or defensive about the issue. They apologized and quickly resolved the issue. I will continue to work with them in the future.

I am very satisfied with Common Cents and there service. Old coffee stain and other stains were gone from our couch. The service guys were punctual, polite and thorough.

They did a good job. I had to call them to re clean my living room because there were still some visible stains. Mind you we have two small dogs, lots of visitors and its been about 1year and 10 months since a clean. When I called to let them know I wasnt to satisfied with the living room,there were no questions asked. They just found the soonest available time and came out. Andrew was my cleaner today for the revisit and he let me know my expectations about some stains. I am very happy especially because they gave me no hassle. Thank you!
