These units are nicely located in my opinion. It’s a huge facility. So it’s not noticeable when people are around really it still feels pretty private most of the time. I like the layout of the units. Staff is kind. It feels secure as well- they have cameras as well as staff routinely passing through to make sure everything looks ok. Love it here!

There are many other storage places in SLC. Don’t try this one with shady fees and predatory consumer practices

Prices climbing, too many folks appear to be homesteading. Security needs improvements. Actually observed a unit being used as a paint stall.

Its a nice facility upfront but if you store anything you dont want destroyed do not store here they have a serious rodent problem. I have never rented here nor would Ive just seen it destroy 2 of my friends things in different units.

For a storage facility that large you would think they would have some security cameras.... a lot more than the 6 I saw. Originally I gave 1 star. But had to give 2 because they actually called me after my storage unit was broken into. With a storage facility that big... invest in some security. Its cheap these days for security cameras. You can spray paint signs all over. But if you dont have cameras??? Whats the use? But thanks for notifying me after the break in 2 stars.

Staff at alpine are very helpful .prices are comparable to other storage centers they offer insurance for your stuff . And I feel security there is good .

I rented a small unit today from Alpine and was very pleased with the entire process. Anna was very thorough and professional, making sure I understood everything. The process was quick. She answered all my questions pleasantly. I was given a few incentives which made a difference in my total cost. Overall it was one of my best retail experiences in several years.

Overall had an ok experience, they slowly started raising their prices so we moved our stuff out. Lots of people on drugs driving around inside the facility. Security definitely needs to be beefed up.

Called the phone at 6:28 and spoke with Susan over the phone and she was absolutely wonderful. The customer service over the phone was really great (especially from someone who wants to get off their shift and go home). She completely sold me on the units. Every question I needed answered was answered and she helped me find the best deal/situation for me.

Julie is the best employee. She is always so helpful and kind. I know the employees take care of the property and are very watchful of the area and do very frequent rounds and checks. The employees live on-site, and that makes me feel better. They have called before to make sure a lock on my unit was mine. Very diligent and attention-oriented. I really love my giant unit. Because of employees like Julie, I will always use AA Alpine Storage. The main office was just updated and looks very nice. Though this facility at first seems off the beaten path, its no issue after time and has been well worth it. Thanks!!!

I have been with Alpine Storage for a few years and have been very happy with them. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They helped me find exactly what unit size I needed at a great rate. Did I mention the fresh, hot cookie that they gave me last time I went in? Umm...yeah Alpine just went up even higher in my book!!

I have rented units here for over six years. The staff is always friendly and follows through and my requests. Secure location. Very prompt in snow removal so I can access my units after a snow storm. Great rates on the units as well.

Nice storage units. We unloaded a 26 foot truck into the 14x35 unit, and had lots of room to spare. The unit was much taller than I expected (probably 20 feet tall at the highest point). I only disliked that there were very limited hours of access. Probably a security thing, but otherwise I would recommend them.

I commenced using Alpine Storages facilities back in January 2015 and was impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. I was also comforted by the security features and LIKED how the gate locked after 8 pm each night, instead of anyone being able to just roam or hang out in the complex all night long.Positive experience overall.

I have been renting from Alpine Storage for a good amount of time now. I had given them a thirty day notice that I was done, only to find out four months later I was being charged some pretty outrageous charges. I never received any notice until this last week about these additional charges of a few items I had left behind going to auction. For example I was being charged a cut lock notice fee and a pre lien notice fee without actually being notified. When I went in to settle my debt I was treated unfairly and very rudely. I was told if I paid $400 and moved everything out they wouldnt charge me the rest.When I was cleaning things out (prior to the charges and after) there were a vast amount of rat droppings and severe damage done to my belongings. When I was cleaning out the remaining items I was startled when encountered two mice. Which scurried into a hole in the wall of the storage unit. Finally I had an explanation for the smell and the tremendous damage done to my property!Worst experience I have ever had in my life! Terrible customer service and an unsafe environment to store your belongings in as well as to be in for any period of time! Do not use them if you value your money and belongings!

Highway robbery. Thats what this place is. Gave 30 day notice and told them I didnt need unit anymore paid last months rent.They then send me a bill 3 months later for 600 dollars. I go in to talk to them, and they are completely unreasonable. Dealt with many storage units in my many travels and adventures. This place by far is the worst. Should of known by how trashy the place and the people look. Never again. Renters beware. They are rude, sneaky, and will rip you off.

Worst. I keep paying and they take my card number and give me a confirmation. But then when I call the next time they have no record and I have late fees saying Im months behind. They also will not update my information even when I give them the info over the phone or in person.. Everyone is on a different page there.. So its never their fault.. The customers.. Not away to run a business. If I lived closer to get my stuff out I would this place is terrible... Cant wait to get settled and get it out.. Ridiculous!!

YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT SAFE HERE!!! II rented a unit a while ago locked it with a lock I purchased from alpine storage and did not open my unit ever until I was ready to move my things. My personal items had been gone through thoroughly. Boxes had been open and reclosed. Anything of any value smaller than a washing machine was taken. Take my word I know what talking about- YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT SAFE!

The units are expensive, the staff is unprofessional, the Gate closes at 8pm etc. Horrible hours for someone that is in the process of moving. When I came in to rent the girl looked like she just rolled out of bed and into the office with a baby on her hip. Im pretty sure she lives on site. I was told you cant be inside the gate after 8pm or youd be locked in. She gave me a temporary code to be able to access the gate that night since I needed to unload my truck and knew Id be after 8pm. I needed to get back into the unit a day later again after 8pm (because my wife was arriving after a nearly 800 mile trip). When I called to verify hours and ask if I could access it after 8pm today she told me she would do it for an extra $15 charge because shed have to drop everything and go get me a temporary code. Really? That much trouble to roll out of bed again and help out one of your customers? If its that much of a problem why not have the gate open longer. Ive never heard of a storage facility closing the gate at 8pm. I really wish I had shopped around more before I decided to rent here.

This place is awful! First off the service is terrible and the staff are unprofessional. They come to work on their pajamas and are rude. There are roaches everywhere. Once you get in to your actual unit there are holes in the walls which mice come out of and leave their droppings everywhere and ruin your belongings. Dont ever go here!

They post the storage at storage treasure and when someone win the bid is messing things they stole the items from the storage, and they dont have to take the item from.there, they lady live in front and all the furniture they have are from the storage.

Large units, got a 40 footer, garage door on both ends. Storage units are so expensive.
