Ashley was super helpful and stayed after hours to help me get signed in so that tonight when I go to my storage after hours I can get into the storage unit. So shes safe extra time over just to help me get all my paperwork worked out. I certainly appreciate her help. I will recommend this place to anybody that needs a storage unit.

The Manager, Ashley is very professional, considerate & personable. The grounds are always clean& tidy. Problems are always taken care of promptly, like the gate or units.Very BAD price hikes without notice. Ouch!! ANOTHER problem that Ashley was able to help temporally adjust. She gives me faith my belongings are in safe hands

The best unit Ive ever had the people are so great I feel like they would take care of me its always clean I feel like my stuff is safe. And for the price Im getting for it I feel a little guilty, like i owe money because Ive got way more service than I expected. Thank you. This is actually helping me out in a hard time in my life.

You should only use this place for temporary storage. Their business model is to continually raise rates, well beyond what theyre charging new customers. Ive had my stuff stored here since 2005, and Ive had to renegotiate my rent numerous times, and they fought me on it every time. Right now, Im paying double what they advertise online.I wont play the game anymore. I have moved my stuff to a climate-controlled facility, where Im paying less money. I shouldve moved years ago.The current manager is a very nice person, and this isnt her fault. Its just CubeSmarts standard practice.

We arrived late and worked with the gal there to allow us to unload our trailer after the 10pm cutoff time. Honestly, the best! We were concerned about leaving our trailer on the street after driving 15hrs from Oregon and were soo grateful that they allowed us to check-in before our arrive and gave us extra time to move into the storage unit. 10/10 would recommend.

Ashley was awesome to work with! We only needed the storage for 3 months as we relocated from another state but in our short experience she made the difference. From our sign up, her friendliness as we entered periodically throughout those 3 months and her flexibility as we made our move into our new home.

We would use Cubesmart again if we needed a storage unit. The reservation process was quick and easy, and theyre always quick to respond to emails. The checkout process was quick and easy, too. Costs are competitive with other storage unit facilities.

Another company that offers competitive move in prices but will continue to send you rent increase cards in the mail. After the third rent increase, I decided to reassess my needs in hopes of avoiding a forth. I had too many issues with the office personnel here. One person would tell me one thing that another would not honor. This took an excessive amount of time and energy on my end to get things resolved. Finally calling Corporate was the answer. I was offered a covid discount one month but had to wait 2 months for it. I think they were hoping I would just vacate first. This place was at least reasonably accessible from the main road. Please think of others when you access your unit. The driveways between the units barely have enough room to allow two cars space to pass. Think ahead when you park in front of someone elses door or start stacking anything outside.The free moving truck was never available when I asked to borrow it and I tried several times over the years at different locations. Never once was it available though I was willing to work my schedule around it, nor was I given a date when it would be so I could reserve it-which I was told they dont allow anyway. Its on a first come first served basis.

Between raising prices often, especially after leaving a negative review. I decided I will NEVER again use CubeSmart Storage. It was the worst! I never could find anyone on site. I spaced paying on month, and when I paid the bill. They failed to remove their lock on my unit. When I couldnt find anyone to remove it I had to waste a day until someone finally removed it. They failed as a storage unit provider.

The Staff will go out of thier way to make you happy.But need to know when we set are clocks back a hour. Last night i was told i was there past the allowed time and that i needed to leave by a staff member. (Kinda rude) only to remind her that clocks went back an hour and that i still had a half hour.

Ive been using storage units for over 10 years now, but this is the first time Ive felt the need to share my experience. Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ashley at the South Salt Lake Cube Smart facility. She took the time to explain all of my storage unit options and made me feel welcomed to the facility. Her professionalism and combination of customer service should be noted. It was greatly appreciated.

The office staff was very informative and accommodating. There was never i time that I wanted to get into my unit, but couldn’t. The hours of operation were very convenient. The size of my unit was perfect for my needs, and the auto pay option made payment very easy.

After a few months of being a customer we got a notice they were raising our rates just because. Just a bait and switch. Its a good location, so well stay there through the end of the year then we will be gone. Wouldnt be surprised if our rates go up again between now and then.

So far so good! I just started renting with Cube Smart just a few days ago and Ive had a good experience so far. The front office staff is very helpful so I feel pretty confident from that end. There is some definite wear and tear on the exterior of the units but the interior has been sufficient.

Ashley was amazing!! She stayed late to wait for me to come down after work from park city. She was super accommodating and knowledgeable about all of the systems and processes with my storage space! Super stoked on the experience I had with Ashley and very happy with the secure and safe spot for my camper van!

Manager got me into unit with operating light fixture . I am so tired from moving so leaving short messag. Our unit is not climate control so if anyone has food rats and mice can get in. Has a bathroom you can use during business hours with key from manager. Would like too see vending machines on inside locked gate, but cant be too choosy. Property is inspected.

If i could give this location a million stars I would. Ashley went above and beyond the call of duty. I had to move to a different state and hired a moving company that screwed me over. This lovely lady kept me up to date and protected my belongings. She deserves a raise, a dinner out on the company and a huge flower arrangement delivered to the office! I cant thank this woman enough for all the help she has done for me

If you need short term I had no problem. But rates were going up. I left before that.

Zachary was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our storage unit was clean, located inside, and it is tall! The walls of the units arent very sturdy so you cant rest heavy things on them (no problem), my only wish is that the unit had some lighting. I love that they have RV/vehicle storage. The location is hidden in an industrial area which makes me feel secure about our belongings- my opinion. Cant beat their online pricing. We chose them for their cheap prices and the convenience of their location.
