This property is top notch. Megan in the front office is so sweet to me and is always willing to help me with my unit door, getting my phone set up with the app or even just a friendly conversation. Having storage isn’t ideal but this place isn’t so bad.

This particular Public Storage is one of the better ones here in the valley. The manager is kind and helpful and keeps the lot clean. If your in need of some extra space I highly recommend this location.

Stored my stuff here for 4-½ years. Convenient location, secure and clean. Best part of the experience was the people. Margaret was the manager when I moved in and she was awesome. Jamie is the manager now and is cut from the same piece of cloth. Both will go the extra mile to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. Highly recommended.

I only go in to make my payment but the girls are always so sweet and helpful.

Jamie was absolutely astounding, she knew all the answers to my questions about security and the locks and codes etc, without any hesitation. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She seems to truly care about my stuff being in a storage unit and reassured me that everything would be safe. Jamie is definitely one of the best public storage employees I have ever met!

Ive been with Public Storage for well over a year. The service at the North Temple location has the most helpful staff (Jamie). There are plenty of storage units in the area but the process with Public Storage is easy and worth it.

It was my first time renting a storage unit and Jamie was wonderful in helping me go thru the process.

Let there be lights!?No light socket inside the 10x10 drive unit I rented this month. Nowhere even to plug a light in! It makes it difficult to find anything in your unit if it’s after sunset. Don’t know if it’s the case with all of the units, but it is a major inconvenience.Update: Came during business hours on Friday March 20, 2020. 19:25 (7:25 pm) I enter my gate code, it displays message saying “See manager” and the gate won’t open. What’s gives? It’s after office-hours and the management phone number just rings and goes to voicemail. I watched somebody else come and go without issue. Why am I being barred from accessing my prosperity during “gate-hours”?

The staff was fantastic to work with, and when it was time to close out our account, Jaimie was so helpful. It truly was a pleasure doing business with her. Needed a storage unit on pretty short notice, and Margaret hooked us up. She was incredibly professional, pleasant, and very accommodating. My husband and I went to get a storage unit last week. Margaret was the representative that helped us and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about everything concerning a storage unit and was willing to help in any possible way. She explained everything very thoroughly.Side note: We did get the 1st month for 1$ but getting a storage unit also includes getting insurance for your unit and purchasing a lock.

They are hideous. Way overpriced. No one is ever available. Now they increased their prices for no reason.Customer service over the phone is terrible. District manager says one thing, employees say all different things, web site says another thing, e mails say something else too. A nightmare! Rent storage units somewhere else, like a local company. Do not help these greedy Nationwide companies at all!

Very nice.... GREAT deal on a huge unit. Chuck was so fantastic! Hes very friendly and personable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his job and customers. There were a couple of customers accessing their units while he was showing me the one I was renting and the exchanges were more like old friends not cold like most business/customer exchanges are. Theyve earned a new long term customer.

My son moved to Utah recently and had to use storage for a few months due to his apartment not being ready. Me living so far away was a struggle but Jamie at public storage took care of everything . Very reasonably priced and very friendly treatment . She has to be a mother because she understood how hard it was for me not to be there to help my son . I used public storage in Northern California with my sister and was very pleased there as well . Thank you Jamie for creating a comforting experience, as a Mother, I feel better knowing my son had you to help him.

This Public Storage is a little hard to find, but for its proximity to downtown and value for the unit, I couldnt find anything to beat it. The office is also open on Sundays and communication has been easy unlike other places I tried contacting. Margaret in the office was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. It can be a little hard to navigate a large truck and trailer in the complex when its busy, but thats the only not-positive thing I could say.

Very pushy salespeople, forced us to get insurance even though we already have renters insurance that covers more than theirs does and provided proof of that, tried to bully us into giving a 5 star review on Google before wed even been with them for 1 day, and there are homeless people living in at least 2 of the units which makes it feel very unsafe to go there. Unless these issues are addressed, well most likely be looking for a new storage facility. I dont understand why this is allowed when its very clear that its against their own rules and policies. Price was good for the space we rented, thats the only plus right now.

Moved my stuff into a unit about 2 weeks ago. Upon move in I was greeted by Narciso. He got me all set up with my unit and made the process seamless. The Unit was clean and ready for me. Great experience.

I recommend this location to anyone. The gentleman that helped us, Chuck, was professional and very courteous. It is clean and well maintained. The process was quick and painless. The hours for access, the price and the availability all fit well together. This is not the first time we have used this location to store things and the amazing customer service along with knowing our items are in a secure, clean place made this a great experience.

Margaret, the front desk women is spectacular! She knows that people using a storage unit are probably going through a hard time, so she goes out of her way to make sure your experience with her is the best it can be. She is willing to let you in after hours if you make arrangements. The units are clean. And there are generally cheaper prices for the first month. Love love LOVE this place. Made going through terrible circumstances much better. If you need a storage unit, Margaret is your girl!

Great storage place! Our only complaint was that they didnt have any smaller units available, only mid size units, but it definitely wasnt a big deal, just means theyre getting business. The hours are good and the place doesnt close too early, like the place down the street. The customer service was the best part. The person who helped us was Margaret, and she was awesome!! She was really funny and easy to talk to, and very honest and detailed about the unit renting process. I hope if you go, its when shes working. :) I would definitely recommend renting here to a friend, and well probably come here if we need to rent another unit in the future and were still nearby.

Ms Jamie was great, attentive & knowledgeable.

Avoid this place. Its difficult to even catch anyone in the office in person, and the phone just puts you on a forever loop of automated options. Not to mention its extremely expensive with a rate hike nearly every month

Absolutely fantastic service!I went there to pay rent on a Public Storage unit I had rented in Texas, which had had the automatic payment interrupted when a new card was issued. I had not found out about the payment problem until late fees had already attached. The manager at this SLC location not only straightened out my problem, but also made an appeal for reversal of late charges....that was granted!Top notch!!!

Yesterday I came in desperate for a unit. Jamie gave me all of my options and suggested I come back first thing in the morning, because what I needed wasn’t available.
