I have been with Glen Jr and before that Glen for 19 years. Glen and Glen Jr. were and have always been amazing and absolutely incredible to work with. Sadly his staff over the last months have been the worst and have undone years of wonderful service from Glen and Glen Jr. I have hung up every time I’ve had to call over the last several months because most of the staff are extremely rude, degrading, sarcastic, short and completely unhelpful. When I ask to speak with Glen they say his is always busy. If this continues I will find another agent which breaks my heart after 19 years with Glen and Glen Jr. whom I’ve loved being with for so many years. Glen Jr. I hope you can turn this around.

Just called to add on another vehicle, and the girl helping me was rude, short with me and sounded irritated. I felt awful hanging up with her, and am now changing insurances.

Agent was very knowledgeable about policies and went through every detail of mine to make sure I understood it. Staff was outgoing and friendly, with free candy to boot!
